My vehicle was in an accident with one of there clients (who was at fault) in the first week of May and it's now July. My car is still not fixed always put on hold for at least over a hour, never return my calls, and are very unprofessional. One time after I was on hold for over a hour lady I spoke to hung up on me. I hope nobody ever has to deal with this company they are the absolute worst. I am currently thinking about getting a lawyer and all I want to do is have my car fixed! I wish that there was a way to give negative stars.

I never leave reviews but after this horrible experience I think it's necessary to warn people about dealing with this insurance company, if you get hit by one of their customer PLEASE don't even bother just let your insurance deal with them. I got rear ended by an ACC customer have been dealing with them for 5 months now, Claim rep Jamie Pruitt is worthless never return calls, when I finally got a hold of her she said they weren't covering the complete cost of my damages because it had prior damages, and that it was basically my say so against their adjuster. What company does that ?? Their adjuster Peter Kelly is just the same told the body shop owner he would cover the cost then proceeded to report a different amount that doesn't even cover HALF the cost, at first I though maybe the body shop owner was lying but after reading all these review it's clear to me that this company is a fraudulent and has no regard for how this might effect the customers they deal with. No integrity what so ever.

They did offer a settlement though... before they ve even seen my car. I just wanted to see someone for my back. Not trying to make a buck. Good grief

They change the numbers every month no explanation whatsoever they never answer the phone when you call I am not sure why this company is not being investigated by the proper authorities too many anomalies so far over 350 complaints on these reviews. Do not make business with this company. They will try to Rob your money.

I got hit by a person insured by this company. Called two weeks later because I was busy at the time. They wanted me to fill out the application and processed the claim the same day after business hours. The next day, they called me and directed me to the next steps such as appraising and adjusting the cost. I received a check of a reasonable amount for repairs two weeks after my claim stared.

I am impressed by their professionalism and and sense of customer satisfaction. Thanks.

I will start with I am not even a customer of this company. I received an e mail with a confirmation of payment. I called to find out what was going on. After calling for two days I finally got to talk to someone. The person I talked to was an idiot she could not under stand that I leave in Utah and that my cars were registered in another state. Because I told her that I lived Utah she said I need to talk to the Utah branch. When I asked to talk to a superviser I was told they were not there (all were at lunch. Right!) I took the number and called hopping to talk to someone smarter. I called and the number wasnt even a valid number. I called back and after being on hold for 45 min. again I talked to someone that had a clue that person gave me the policy number and a phone number to call the place that started the policy. Again not a custermer and this place just gave out the policy number no qustions. When I called the site that started the policy they said that they would take care of it. 2 weeks later I am still getting e mails for payment confermation. If you have insurance from this place I would look for a new company.

Got a bad attitude from a claims representative by the name of Monica Flores, left message after message for her , and upon returning our call after weeks had a rude attitude , and thats towards her clients. If she dont like her job maybe she should look into a different profession. Not our fault you hate your job. Acted like we were at fault even though they are our insurance .No wonder they are so cheap , you get what you pay for I guess . Stay away from these people at all costs. On another claim we had with this company we were paid but called numerous times daily to stay on top of there every move.

I beleive the employees are burnt out and are overloaded with work seeing that their customer service is non existent.

On December 2, 2015 I was rear-ended by one of their clients. He went straight to jail for DUI and now I'm dealing with these idiots. They paid for the "cosmetic" damages without any problems but when Sugarland Mercedes did the estimate for "mechanical" damages, which I might add was considerably more, now they are refusing to accept responsibility for that damage. They are saying that is was "normal" wear and tear, although the damages were on the left side on the rear-end which took the brunt of the impact. Their adjuster told me that the technician had told him that the issues were wear and tear. That was an outright lie. Sugarland Mercedes informed me that they made no such statement. The adjuster Carlos Hoffman, then to his supervisor Steven Pham and next their manager named Steven Folmar, all claiming normal wear and tear that they are not responsible and will not pay for those damages. I am contacting the department with DPS that regulates these insurance companies even if I have to drive to Austin. I don't understand how these fly-by-night insurance companies can get licensed.

This "insurance company" is a joke. I literally have no clue how they manage to stay open. I was rear ended by one of their insured and pushed in to the car in front of me. The accident was 100% their insured's fault. It has been over 20 days and i still haven't heard anything, despite my constant calling and several demand letters. I have finally decided to file the claim on my own insurance. I am now out of pocket for the rental car and my deductible. You should hope and pray that you never, ever have to deal with this company. But, if you do, here's a piece of advice: If you are hit by one of their insured, i suggest that you do not waste your time dealing with them like i did. The longer you wait on them, the more out of pocket you will become. You should hire an attorney, or file the claim on your own insurance as soon as possible.

EVERY time I call, I am told the claim is still under review and I will get a call back within 24 hours. Not one call has been returned!! Absolutely terrible company to work with!

I was a victim in an accident with a driver without license but who had ACCC as the insurance company. I never heard about this insurance company before. Surprise to me, few days after I contacted the company, and I placed or made the claim, they sent an adjuster to verify the damages, a decision was done right away, got some money from the insurance company, and I took care of my truck. I had no problems with them (ACCC), and I am even thinking about having them insuring all my vehicles very soon. Guys, insurance is just like buying a car: next time you need a vehicle to move around you can buy a Mercedes or you can buy a Yugo. In other words, you pay for whatever you want or need.

Update: 2 1/2 months after they claimed to have paid medical bills I still have outstanding balances. Laurie Robinson is totally inept at her job as a bodily injury adjuster. Im just letting my lawyer deal with them now.

Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Ive basically done the adjusters job for her up until this point. She has called once to get my statement and say she's sending a packet to fill out for medical bills and lost wages. Every other time we've spoken is because Ive had to call her. Now being told my lost wages wont be covered. I requested to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. Took another hour being transferred 4 times to attempt to file a complaint and have claim reassigned. Still nothing. Next step is a lawyer. ACCC is WORTHLESS!

I was hit by their driver more than 2wks ago. Now...

I was hit by their driver more than 2wks ago. Now the driver is avoiding them and I have to wait at least 2mths before I can get my car fixed. Their client, the at fault party, will not cooperate and speak with the company. I was told by this company that since this is the case, I could get the police report and then they can move forward. I also have a 911 call I made because their client never stopped and left the scene of the accident (ACCC stated I did not need to obtain the 911 call) . Now I'm being told they have to speak with liable person, which is their client, or wait until after 2 months. This is crazy.

ACCC suggested that since my car was a newer model that I could go through my own insurance company and to let my insurance company go after their client. I informed him that I'd still have to pay a deductible, which isn't fair since it was not at fault.

I've tried communicating with their client via text and she promptly responded to me in hopes to pay my deductible so that I could go through my own insurance. Yet, I run the risk of my premium increasing.

This isn't ethical nor professional.

This company is not even worthy of 1 star. One of their policy holders - Eulalia Gorosquieta Perez - carelessly hit my car in a parking lot! I have called and followed up with this insurance company. They never call when they say they will. It has been almost a month since the incident, and there is no progress on my claim. The estimator was rude to my husband when he asked details about his estimate. When I asked them to not process the initial check, because I did not have the correct body shop name, they did not listen and still issued the check. I asked them to void it and they did not. Now, I have to wait 2 days to void the check and this is delaying my process, because they say that they never received the call from me to ask them not to issue the check to that body shop. I am on hold for 2 hours to speak with someone!

This insurance company went in circles when I filed a claim against one of their insured drivers when he did a hit and run on me. Took me at least a month to get them to agree to pay for the damages. Asked me the same questions about the incident about 6 times.

Long story short: was hit by one of their insured. Waited months for claim to be paid out because of their failed attempts to contact their insured to get their side of the story. Keep in mind, this person was driving drunk and nearly ran head first into me. I had to chase this person down and have them arrested. This is all documented in the police report so I m not sure why their investigation took so long. I finally receive funds to get work done on the car and they give me an allowance for renting a car. Awesome. Flash forward a month later and I receive a charge from Enterprise(also horrible) because ACCC decided not to pay the full term of my rental due to my car being in the shop over a weekend. How is this company still in business?! If you re ever in an accident, pray to god that whoever hit you is not insured by this company. Better yet, just have insurance go after them to avoid this headache all together.

Not only does her car have significant damage our two toddler girls were in the car at the time of the accident. So we had to replace both car seats. This company should be shut down. I was recently in a car accident where a truck hit me on the side, there in insurrance is ACCC, It has now been over a week and they have said that my claim was accepted but I still do not have a rental and the adjuster has still yet to give me an estimate, along with that they have also misplaced my vehicle and are claiming they have no idea where it is at. I have spoken to a few people that were very nice, but over all they handle situations very unprofessionally and are dragging this out as long as possible and giving me the run around, I am beyond frustrated with the situation because the least they can do is give me a rental while they get an estimate but I am sitting without a vehicle and I am not able to get back-and-forth to work, I will be going over their head if need be.

If I could give NO STARS I would. I got a policy with these people May 24th, paid them $180.. My first bill was suppose to be due June 13th, today is the 12th.. I go online only to find out my policy has been cancelled! I haven't received a letter, phone call, email or anything! So I was driving illegally and didn't even know it! I could have been in JAIL, this is a serious matter and when I ask these questions as to why I wasn't notified, the older lady has a very nasty tone with me and says the post office has been sending the letter back to them and they have it in my file! Soooo duh lady, if its getting sent BACK to u, OBVIOUSLY that tells u I'm NOT receiving them correct? So u may have them in YOUR file but what about MY knowledge?! If u couldn't get me by mail then why not phone or email?? They have both those contacts! and the "address" she said it was being sent to was one i have NEVER heard of or lived at in my life. I have never lived in union city, which is where they claimed my letters were going to and getting sent back to them from. They insured someone who did not have a driver's license and she is listed on the policy. I don't see how they can insure someone who does not have a valid drivers license. She rear ended my car and it was a total loss. I have injuries to my head, left eye, left shoulder and arm and kneecap. No one will answer the phones....what a joke. I would love to give this company a negative 2 stars if i could. I have been a LOYAL customer for 3 years. Early payments, no accidents, no claims, nothing but a CONSISTENT payment history even while i haven't had a drivable vehicle in a year. I go to renew my policy early only to be told that my policy is no longer available. The only policies available to me are 1 to 6 month policy at a MUCH HIGHER RATE AND IS LIKELY TO INCREASE OR "ADJUST" AGAIN AT ANY TIME! This is what i maintained my payments for? This is what you get for loyalty, a higher rate subject to become even higher whenever they see fit. Then they have the nerve to advertise a lower than $30 policy option knowing full well that when you get in there, they're going to come up with all types of excuses as to why YOU don't qualify. You are taking advantage of customers because it's the law to have at least liability insurance which depending on the driving history should never be above$50 considering YOU DON'T COVER ANYTHING!

One of yalls insurers was coming out of a private driveway into the street and wasn t paying attention and kept going while I was going straight and crashed. I made a claim and have check on an update on it and y all keep giving me the run around. I called Sunday and started the claim process the first representative took the call was nice, she provided me a claim number and the adjuster extension. Fast forward to Tuesday I called the adjuster and she tells me that the policy isn't active and what I need to do is call my insurance company. She offered no apology ,no empathy even decided to hang up after being provided the claim number stating she said she didn't find anything. I was rear ended by one of your policy holders 2+ months ago. I have been dealing with your horrible agent Gloria at ext 1362 for months now.My car was undrivable and had to be towed, something jarred the electrical system in the car, I'm assuming from the massive amount of rain we got that day, and the wiring being exposed from the damage, I'm not a mechanic, I'm assuming. I contacted Gloria several times, she kept saying she was unable to contact the policy holder, she did not have a phone number for her!! WHAT???? She waited almost a month to tell me this, all the while I'm paying for a rental out of pocket. I gave her the ladies information, you know, because it's my job to track down your policy holders. Fast forward a month, my car is still not fixed and I'm out over $1000 in rental car fees. Nobody from your company will call me back, nor will they call the shop that has the car. They're denying the claim for the electrical work that was damaged in the accident. I'm beyond frustrated and nobody there seems to know whats going on. I need to speak with someone in the corporate office immediately!

WORST INSURANCE EVER! My son was hit by one of their drivers on 8/21/20 and I called to see what the delay was on processing the claim. The police were called, but since there were no injuries and minor damage they said it would be hours before they could get someone out. My son got the guys info and called our insurance to report the accident. The guy that I spoke with was not helpful at all! He said that they can t reach the guy that hit my son and he is not responding to their messages and there was nothing they could do and the claim would be denied! This is ridiculous to just hit someone and not be held responsible.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with around an insurance company. The level of professional negligence is unbelievable. Was involved in an accident who rear ended me back in June. Have yet to hear from them. This resulted in my insurance company reaching out to them. They have yet to hear back as well. Left voicemails with a Marilyn portier who states in her voicemail that a return call will be within 24 hours. Still no response, or resolution to date.

Companies like this, make drivers nervous of ever leaving their homes in the instance of being involved in an accident with one of their policy holders.

They're only getting 1 star because there's no rating low enough to describe how bad this company is. I've been waiting over a month to get a relatively simple claim resolved. My totaled vehicle is still sitting in my driveway, damaged by their insured. There were some minor injuries involved as well. I've had to get an attorney to deal with them and he's having no luck either. I've filed a formal complaint with the Insurance Commissioner and the Better Business Bureau, but to no avail. This company should not be allowed to rob the public of monthly premiums, but not resolve valid claims when they arise. Their unethical business practices are just CRIMINAL!! To add insult to injury, they insist I give them the title to my vehicle without payment for the loss. Where are our elected officials when we need them?
Something needs to be done to stop them from taking advantage of the public. You should run whenever you hear the name "ACCC Insurance."

Was rear ended by someone that had this insurance. I got on here and looked at all these bad reviews and was terrified, I just knew it was going to be a bad experience.
Total opposite, they answered the phone every time I called. There was an issue about whether the person that was driving the car would be covered because they were not on the list of drivers, but they ran it up to management and covered everything 100%. They even exstended my rental car coverage twice to allow the body shop more time to fix my car.
They handled everything professionally.

Having read from all bad reviews for ACCC, i admit that i was kind of nervous at first. However, i honestly believe that it's my responsibility to share my little story and why i gave ACCC Five stars.

I had my very first time "accident" in my life. Luckily, it was not my fault, but a young ACCC customer accidentally hit my car from the back : broken tail-lights, dent bumper, dent trunk lid. He didn't file a claim, so i guess i had to file a claim with ACCC.

I contacted ACCC & a very nice woman named Sylvia Lira was in charge. After explaining the situation, she noted down every information, she said one adjuster would come at my place & did the damage estimate. Two days later, a very nice man named Miguel Lopez showed up & took pictures of damage. One day later, Sylvia confirmed that the claim had been approved & i should get my check in 3-5 days. Few days later, i got the check. The whole process took around 10 days.

Maybe I was super lucky. But still, ACCC + Sylvia Lyra + Miguel Lopez really deserve 5 Stars.

There was a parts delay and the appraiser/adjusters knew about it. I had to pay 19 days of the rental out of pocket when everything was documented, they refuse to reimburse me for the amount.

My bumper has a crack and they are not willing to replace my bumper with a new one. I had similar experience in the past and Ameriprise replaced my bumper. However, they said it doesn't require one and they will work on the existing bumper and paint over where the crack is. That's one thing. It takes forever for them to response on any of my requests. I can't drop off my car at the body shop because it takes forever them to make a reservation.

Please go to the TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) and file a complaint. This company needs to be investigated/audited.

WORST COMPANY EVER. my claim took almost 2 months to close and was paid miserably. All I wanted was to repair my vehicles nothing more.

A careless driver hit our 2017 Toyota RAV4 LE from behind. The driver was an ACCC Inurance's policyholder's girlfriend. The police ticketed the driver. We, of course, filed a claim against ACCC Insurance for the damages done to our vehicle. This was over a month ago. The insurance agency's delaying tactics consist of telling claimants that its policy holder or the driver has not provided a statement. We called ACCC Insurance to inform it that I had personally spoken with its policyholder and that he had said that he had already provided the company with his statement accepting liability. However, ACCC Insurance claimed that it cannot contact the driver and that it was barely going to mail certified letters. We told ACCC Insurance that we just wanted our $500.00 deductible reimbursed. We, however, kept getting the same response. If we had waited for ACCC Insurance to actually take responsibility for our claim, our vehicle would still be in the shop! This insurance company is dishonest and should not be allowed to operate in Texas or anywhere, for that matter. We have decided to file a suit in Small Claims Court. ACCC Insurance is just scum!

Very unprofessional. Never pick up the phone. Left several message and no respond. The insurer hit my brand new car rear end and for 3 weeks, this company never sent an adjuster out to inspect. When I finally able contact them, they said they are unable to contact me which is a falsify statement since I don't get any message on my phone from this company at all. You are throwing away you hard earn money for a BS company. Since 1 star is the only option I can pick otherwise I have to give this company a negative 5 star rating.

One of ACCC's insured ran into my car over Thanksgiving. Upon hearing her insurance was ACCC I googled their reviews and was terrified at the prospect of dealing with them. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They were no better or worse than any other insurance company. To their credit, they always answered my calls, yes I had some long wait times, and they always promptly addressed my issues. There was a customer service rep or two that was not up to par and rude but most of them were ok. In particular I have to give a shout out to Yahnelda Mozia and Judy Stovall they were exceptional at what they did. Without Yahnelda going out of her way to call the insured I may perhaps be still waiting for my car to be fixed. Thank you for working with me. I hope you keep up the good work and turn around your reviews.

The same thing happened to me, I was in traffic and their customer deliberately sped up and slammed in the back of my car. What are your intentions? You absolutely won't get away with this. Been 9 days since their customer slammed in the back of me and still haven't heard a peep from adjuster! When you call they leave you on an endless hold. They promise to call back, never happens. Tried to file complaint and was told they don't have anyway to file a complaint against the company. Guess I will have to call my lawyer and insurance if I don't hear anything today! I will never use this company for my insurance and can't imagine how their customers are treated!

Got rear ended by one of their insured. He admitted that he was driving without his lights on well after the sun set. Said he saw me coming out of the exit, but didn't honk until right before he hit me. I'm pregnant and went to the ER to make sure my baby was okay. The other driver's wife/baby mama/whatever had the nerve to tell me I probably didn't need to go to the ER and that the baby was probably fine. The appraiser came out to my house and everything. Oh and guess what? The insurance is refusing to pay for this claim. So now I have to get an attorney to sue them. They probably calculated the claim and figured that either this kid couldn't pay it or he didn't have that kind of policy. Like others have said, if you're hit by someone with this insurance, expect a LONG wait time for a resolve or just get an attorney straight up, because you're going to be out of pocket for a while.

I honestly would give this insurance company no stars been going back and forth trying to get my claim resolved waited forever to get someone on the line then get transferred to another department to wait longer or lose connection the agent i spoke with Sara Leos never responds and crazy part is they've cut a check to my lien holder without any notice to me and tell the lien holder they couldn't get in contact with me lol what a joke this company is far from professional thought i was taken care of but undoubtedly i was 99.99999% wrong.

I'm on my third attempt of the day to get through to this company to get the estimate from them, but I keep getting disconnected after more than an hour on hold. No body shop will touch my car without the written estimate from this company ahead of time because of difficulty in getting payment from them. Their adjustor came out two days after the accident (their insured ran a stop sign hit a school bus, went over a curb and into our office parking lot and hit my parked car) took the pictures and watched the video from our security camera and told me I should be able to have the estimate in 48 hours. It's been 3 weeks. Still waiting. Much like other reviews, when I was able to get them on the phone more than a week ago, they told me they had not yet been able to get in touch with their insured. I'm pretty sure she needed to get her car repaired and would be anxious to get everything handled. It's not like there isn't a police report, and a video... Guess I'm going to have to file through my insurance. Worst company ever.

So me and my husband purchased a vehicle we drove an hour away and it was late, of course you need insurance before you leave the lot, we ended up paying $291 to start our policy, we cash app the salesman because he said he was going to take the money to her at la insurance find out all she received was 146 they are saying, i didn't find all this out until i bought a car from longstar auto and added this vehicle to the same policy and they made us pay another $169 they have no show for that money so long story short we gave them 460 and only 119 and 146 is accounted for .... And to add to this the inspection form we had to sign they forged our signature on it WOW!! Now we are having to find another insurance company so we can have some freaking insurance ..... So Carlo from champion stole 95 dollars from us and selena at la insurance took our 169, yall need to check yall policy and STAY WOKE

I had the miss fortune to be involve in a collision with one of their client, at the time of the accident the police was call and the driver was declare at fault by the peace officer, who assure me she was insured. I filled a claim the same day with Accc. Insurance I was given a claim number. I called the very next day to find out the status of my claim no answer after two days I received a letter from them claiming that they have been calling me unsuccessfully, (Not true) and said that they were not able to contact me. So fanally I was able to talked to one of their ajusters name Jonathan who told me that their client was an excluded driver and they had to denied my claim I told him that I was going to hire an attorney. He answered very rude and said "do whatever you want we still not going to pay you"! I don't understand why their client was insure at the time of the accident but not three days later. How can this sham company still in business?

A window of mine got busted out and in SC insurance covers window damage. my adjuster accused me of doing it prior to getting insurance with them on more than one occasion, when I did get ahold of him he would ask the same questions and continue to bagger me about the window situation and explain he needed to clear it with his supervisor. meanwhile a month goes by and there were several terintial down pours and storms as it was summer time, despite my efforts to cover the window (which was the very back rear window) water began to get in the car and damage it, they said it wasn't their problem. But OK that's fine but can you please send me the check so I can fix it before I have to replace the entire interior!?! For real!!! They wanted to charge us $185 to switch vehicles. So we cancelled with them. All this happened before the new policy began. They just sent letter to us saying that they were only sending back $436 out of our $511. And they were very rude all through the process. I was shocked at their rudeness. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. This is stealing. They stole it from us. They flat-out told money for services that hadn't been rendered. What creeps.

They take FOREVER to conclude a claim, you wait weeks upon weeks to get responses for simple things. Adjusters aren't doing their job, nobody ever calls back and a supervisor is suppose to contact me within 24hrs of complaining about the adjuster not contacting me...it's been 3 weeks and counting. All the supervisor does is tell the adjuster to call and nothing gets resolved. At first they say they will pay for the damage but then wiggle their way out of their responsibility to pay. This insurance company told the repair shop to find out what was causing a strong gas odor coming from my car. It was determined a gas leak due to the accient. The insurance said fix it and send a supplement and that's what the body shop did. Now they're denying what they said and won't pay. The appraiser acts like they're profession is a macanic telling me my issue is ware and tear when the repair shop clearly states it's a loss due to the accident. I have filed a complaint with Texasome Department of Insurance and will with the BBB also. How is this company still in business. I rate this comany 0!

I had one of their clients hit my car in a parking lot when my car was parked, they were faulted ... I'm still waiting to have my car taken care of and this happened in December !!! They haven't sent me anything by mail or contacted me after my car was looked at by the adjuster .

I've never heard of a scenario where a victim from an accident ends up with the worst outcome. 2 weeks ago an ACCC insured driver backed up into the side of my car as I was parked. I expected it should be an easy fix, just to simply fix my severely dented in door. When the adjuster came to take pictures of the car he did not even follow my basic instructions. 1. Canan Ortiz came early and called me during a work meeting when I specifically agreed to a certain time. He was already aware I wanted to be present for this session. Absolutely unprofessional. It is not my fault someone cancelled on him early and he was able to come at a more convenient time for him. We agreed at a certain date and time specifically cause I was at work and wanted to be present. 2. After explaining to my employer my situation, I told him I would be down right away and again noted that I wanted to be present at all times. He was already taking photos of my car when I got there. When I received my offer through email they only gave me the choice of salvaging my title. They came to this conclusion based on my car's "worth". My car runs smooth and soundly. Although, they came up with a ridiculous value based on the cosmetology of my car. Something I had no control over when I bought it. I was a young college student when it was purchased 2 years ago, the looks of the car didn't matter to me as long as it ran fine. Which it did and still does. They were very nit picky when it came to devaluing my car. They even noted minor things like the hub cap was missing. Which was actually in my trunk, I just have not found he time to put it back on. Their procedures are deceptive and absolutely unjust. How on earth is it fair that they offer me a very low amount because SOMEBODY HIT ME?! I can't even find a car that runs as great as mine for the amount they offered. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely awful; you can barely get a hold of somebody over the phone. I'm extremely upset over this seeing that I got an unfair end. I am only 20 years old and they expect me to be able to afford a new car?? They also have been sending letters saying I should quickly make a decision and that I could be incurring a storage fee. WHAT STORAGE FEE? This insurance company is a scam! I was stuck by a driver insured by ACCC on 10/12/2017, totaling my vehicle. The driver was lisenced out of NY, the vehicle was registered in GA, and the policy is out of TX, where ACCC is based. The driver was on her phone and illegally changed lanes. I should also mention she struck me hard enough to break my rib, which ACCC is also fighting, ignoring my ER X-rays and medical reports. It took ACCC insurance over 1 month to accept liability. Once they did they continued to transfer me to 5 separate adjusters, having to restart the process each time. They then low-balled me on valuation and refused to include sales tax in their settlement. It is currently 2/20/2018 and I am still waiting on this settlement check. Their adjuster advised the check was sent on 2/5/2018. 15 days to mail something from TX to NY is ludicrous. I truly believe this check was never sent and it will take a court to get paid. I have since hired an attorney and was forced to file suit against ACCC. Stay far away from this company and anyone that is insured by them! It is nothing but a scam!

PS. I have also filed a complaint with the Texas department of insurance which has done nothing to assist.
