Really nice cinema, very comfy sofas and a nice atmosphere meant you could focus on the film. A little bit of light flicker around the image was a bit distracting at times but overall still definitely better than most city centre cinema's.

A lovely cinema with fantastic staff, who ate really helpful and friendly. The seating is on sofas and armchairs, so it's nice and comfortable and less crowded than most cinemas. They do a nice range of food and drink, which is delivered to More

Fully redesigned and refurbished about a year ago, this once traditional two tier large screen cinema is very popular. It now offers three screens, each with large, comfortable, sofa-like chairs plus a large bar lounge area for pre and post More

Out of order toilet stall and death smelling urinals, no sweet popcorn or sweets...on a Saturday night. So basically paid premium prices to sit with a craned neck in the front row for two hours, with no cinema snacks.

Wouldn't ever bother to go back.

Beautiful cinema with old school English charm. It shows both mainstream cinema, some art house, independant, shakespear live, met opera cinema casts, and..... you can grab a beer or glass of wine whilst you enjoy your evening. Oxted was the cinema that hosted my first ever trip to the movies (Who framed Rodger rabbit) I'd be thrilled if it were the last! A jewel in Oxted's crown for sure!

A newly decorated cinema with great facilities and amazing decorations. The seats are comfortable and the screens are very relaxing and well ventilated - a great cinema experience and there's free wi-fi!

Great revamp of the old high street cinema.

Great revamp of the old high street cinema.

Now with a nice cafe/restaurant serving a limited but tasty range of light snacks and the usual cinema fair of popcorn / nibbles etc.

The revamp has transformed this cinema into a pleasant cinema going experience. Now with three screen (screen 1 being understandably the largest, with screen 2 and 3 having seating for approx 50 so quite intimate in comparison to some of the soulless O chain.

Being able to have alcohol served and food taken into the cinema is a great benefit and makes for a pleasant evening.

Again, I guess so to the newness if the revamp, the cinema is mostly clean and tidy - even in comparison to others locally in the Everyman chain (avoid Reigate as it is a disgrace).

Most of the Everyman team are delightful - helpful and accommodating. The manager in particular is a star as is one or two of the ushers.

Would recommend it.

Also particularly like that fact that the Everyman chain is one of the cinemas that do live broadcast from the NT, ROH and live concerts from the o2 for example.

Meant to add that sitting in comfy sofas or armchairs is a really great idea... only suggestion would be to offer my screenings with subtitles for deaf patrons like me!

32 minutes of pompous, pretentious twaddle disguised as advertisements with a few irrelevant (to the movie we saw) trailers thrown in. Turn up 30 minutes late and save some brain matter.

Screen was small and the speaker to the lower left of it rattled like a meth addict without a fix.

Wouldn't recommend.

A very nice cinema in the heart of Oxted that serves nice food and cocktails. Fancy watching a movie on a sofa with a glass of red then this is your place. Staff are friendly and welcoming best cinema in the area.

We went to see Cats this afternoon and having made a mistake when I booked, Joe, one of the staff members, was so helpful and sorted it out for us. He also went above and beyond, looking after the elderly audience, helping them out of their seats and getting them drinks and food. What a star and credit to the cinema.

Really liked this cinema; targeted for adults. Much better than the usual cinemas. Lovely bar downstairs. Seats are like sofas; plenty of room and leg space. Milkshake was good. Alcohol on offer. Friendly service. It is obviously more expensive than the usual cinemas but definitely worth it.

What a great little cinema! We were really impressed with the Oxted cinema, something out of the ordinary.

The bar serves a range of drinks and snacks which you don t normally find in cinema, no standard sweets and Pepsi here. It was odd at first but it which makes a nice change.

The seating in the cinema is made up of two person sofas which is different but we really liked it.

The screen and sound were excellent and we really enjoyed the experience.

The staff were polite, friendly and courteous.

Enjoyed our first visit here. Shared a comfy sofa and had plenty of leg room. Top notch food and drink available but as you would expect is pricey. Got a bit of a stiff neck in the front row and would go further back next time!

I was very impressed with this unique experience and to be served in the cinema was delightful. Great ambience. Only let down was the hot chocolate was not very nice at all. But otherwise a very nice experience.

Lovely little cinema with plush sofa seating. Very nice staff. Received tap water with ice for free! Only setback was that there is no lift to the first floor screen. My elderly relative could have done with one! Thank you for looking after us so well. We will be back.

First time to an Everyman theatre - new experience... combines a cinema with your living room. Sofa was a bit soft for my comfort, but nice to have a beer - in a glass whilst watching a movie.

Quaint 1930's feel to the place, certainly unusual and intimate but was it worth the extra layout? I am not sure

Hate the new refurb... used to love the place for what it was. A simple local cinema, now it's trying far too hard to be a trendy bar catering for millenials. The actual cinema seems to be an afterfought. Stupid tiny screen, the sofa was uncomfy with stupid cushions in the way. Hate it and will be going Odeon Tunbridge Wells in future.

This is a wonderful little cinema. So cosy and comfortable and the service is second to none. We took our son to a morning screening so didn't partake of the well-stocked bar or food menu (which looked fantastic) but the coffee was delicious and it was nice to be able to get plain, salted popcorn! At the price it's a real treat, but well worth it and we will definitely be back.

Really good evening. It is a cinema unlike any other. Seats are comfy sofas, food and drinks are brought to you by the staff, and it isn't just the usual popcorn and fizzy drinks. Only slight downside was the cost for us as a family of 4, but as a treat it is a lovely place to go.

Interesting local cinema where you can enjoy food and drinks served to you in the comfort of your arm chair while you enjoy the film. Not big so worth booking and menu of burgers, pizzas and small bites adequate to be washed down with your choice from the licences bar. Somewhat chaotic downstairs and on two occasions the service of food and drinks out not kept pace by the clearing away after left the bar and seating area disappointingly messy and dirty. One young gent did respond well and do his best when the mess and puddle from spilt drinks pointed out but really someone should be on top of the situation in the bar area.

Not a fan of the refurb. The bar is noisy and expensive. They should have spent a bit more money on sound proofing the actual screens as it is very frustrating to get the quiet parts of the film filled with music and voices from the bar below. Pointless cushions every where ... We ended up throwing ours on the floor. The ability to order food and drink in the cinema is ok but annoying when the family sitting next to you order ice-cream that gets served in glass jars .... The sound of metal spoons constantly bashing against the glass is not a great addition to the cinema experience.
