A window of mine got busted out and in SC insurance covers window damage. my adjuster accused me of doing it prior to getting insurance with them on more than one occasion, when I did get ahold of him he would ask the same questions and continue to bagger me about the window situation and explain he needed to clear it with his supervisor. meanwhile a month goes by and there were several terintial down pours and storms as it was summer time, despite my efforts to cover the window (which was the very back rear window) water began to get in the car and damage it, they said it wasn't their problem. But OK that's fine but can you please send me the check so I can fix it before I have to replace the entire interior!?! For real!!! Worst insurance company I've ever had and I'm looking to switch ASAP! just in case you guys care that you are losing a customer.
