I would love to give this company a negative 2 sta...

I would love to give this company a negative 2 stars if i could. I have been a LOYAL customer for 3 years. Early payments, no accidents, no claims, nothing but a CONSISTENT payment history even while i haven't had a drivable vehicle in a year. I go to renew my policy early only to be told that my policy is no longer available. The only policies available to me are 1 to 6 month policy at a MUCH HIGHER RATE AND IS LIKELY TO INCREASE OR "ADJUST" AGAIN AT ANY TIME! This is what i maintained my payments for? This is what you get for loyalty, a higher rate subject to become even higher whenever they see fit. Then they have the nerve to advertise a lower than $30 policy option knowing full well that when you get in there, they're going to come up with all types of excuses as to why YOU don't qualify. You are taking advantage of customers because it's the law to have at least liability insurance which depending on the driving history should never be above$50 considering YOU DON'T COVER ANYTHING!

9/28/20 Three months after they posted that supposed help link and i still havent heard anything from them. Total BS.
