You can never get in touch with anyone and their customer service, when you do reach them, sucks!!! They take FOREVER to conclude a claim, you wait weeks upon weeks to get responses for simple things. On top of that, worst of all, you have to pay for your own rental car and wait for reimbursement and pray that you receive it.
