I would rate it a Zero.
Bad unprofessional people, you can only pay in ONE office, they charge u for EVERYTHING.
TAKING a person of the insurance? $10
Taking one off? $10
Doing this? A fee of $50
Etc.
I crashed a parked car left it with a scratch, then 6months later actually hit someone from the back didn't real do any damage but a dent, they send me a letter saying they're not gonna cover me cuz I got into "too" many crashes.
Well int he end a cop stop my dad(we have same Insurance) "hold up the insurance doesn't show up on the system,TICKET"
