I was rear ended 12.12.17 by ACCC insured driver in which the driver was pulling a landscaping trailer. The adjuster declared my car totalled in which it's a new car. I don't have a car nor do I have a rental. This company is horrible and don't care about the inconvenience for the victim. They're dragging their feet and I'm stressed out! Legal action in the next step. People get yourself together. You have horrible customer service. Karma is a b****! My life is upside down. Smh
