Dr Hudson was very through in his examination, he explained each step. He told me his diagnosis and told what it meant. He also advised where he thought I should go to seek treatment and what treatment options could be available.

Dr. Falkenberg did my lasix in the late 1990s which turned out great. In my later years, cataracts plagued me. That led to another great job with my lens replacement surgery. Since then I've been a bit of a hard case with various issues, but he's always been there to help and he continues to give me outstanding professional care. I trust him and recommend him.

They promised free lifetime touch-ups with LASIC surgery, but when I contacted them ten years later for a touch-up, they told me that I would have to pay because technology has changed.

He performed flawless cataract surgery for me in 2015 and a follow-up procedure last year. I see better than I ever have. He understands the issues with how PD can affect sight, and he has means to deal with it. I have total confidence in him.
My physician, Dr. Thimas Falkenberg, explained my pending cataract surgery thoroughly and explained the results that I should expect. The two surgeries, one for each eye, went well and the discomfort of recovery was minimal. Best of all, results were even better than I had hoped. My appointment with Dr Hayes was a follow up after post cataract laser treatment and for refraction. Dr Hayes explained everything completely and I feel I have an excellent eye glass prescription. I appreciated the time she took to be sure I received the best prescription I could get. I am now waiting for my glasses to be made.

I have no complaints about the actual services I have received at this location. Dr. Falkenberg is always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I do feel the lobby area could use some changes to make it more Covid appropriate. The day I was there, when three doctors were in the office, there was a continous line that contained both arrivals and patients who had completed their appointments and were waiting to hand in paperwork and leave or set up new appointments. People coming in and those leaving had to find a way to avoid the line as best they could. This situation never got better. I don't know what the solution is, but something needs to change. Perhaps a separate exit where those leaving could take care of business and then leave without lingering in the lobby.
Took a month and a half to get a appointment for my mom. I took a day off from work to take her. Drive a hour to get to the appointment and they cancelled it.
Very efficient operation. Have been Dr Hudson's patient for many years and he is always thorough and professional in his examination. He is aware of issues, such as diabetes, and checks thoroughly for any problems.
I don't ever care to go anywhere else.

My mother had cataract surgery back in Jan/Feb. Both eyes. She needed a follow up and eye exam for glasses. She is 84, disabled, and has some dementia. I explained this to them several times and was told that I was allowed to come with her. We finally get an appointment and I drive all the way over there today only to find out that they will not allow me in with her!! I love Dr. Falkenberg and so does my mom. But after months of waiting for an appointment, being told on the phone that I can go back with her, and then getting there today and being denied, we will never be back.
I understand COVID-19 issues. But this is not acceptable for the disabled and handicapped.
We already found another eye doctor and have an appointment.

My mother has seen Dr. Hayes twice in 2 weeks. She was told she has an eye infection and stressed how critical it was to clear this up. Was given two prescriptions and instructed to bathe with baby shampoo and rest with a hot compress. On the second visit, my mom told Dr Hayes that her eyes were worse, she did not seem concerned, and said to stop the medicine, and use over the counter drops. Going for a second opinion.

This is a fantastic facility! I had Lasik with Dr. Falkenberg over 2 years ago. The procedure was explained thoroughly and on surgery day, I was in and out in under an hour.
My annual check up with Dr. Hayes was quick and easy...and she told me I am still 20/20. All of the staff from the front desk, technicians and doctors are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this office for your optical needs.

Absolutely horrible. They book way too many people. I waited an hour and a half in the waiting area then 20 minutes in the back. The doctor was rushing. The staff didn t have very good attitudes except for the receptionist who were nice. I tried 4 times to get a test result left to me on my voicemail yet the nurse refused and had the nerve to question why I wanted the result in the first place even though I explained four times my history of a major eye problem and that I wanted the result for peace of mind and to be able to tell my regular eye doctor. I also sent a message to the doctor and he did not reply. Stay away from these horrible and unprofessional people
I contacted the SIEHT office on a referral from my eye doctor who could not see me that same day. I was given an appointment with Dr Hayes that afternoon. The office was prompt in seeing me and Dr. Hayes was absolutely phenomenal! She listened to my concern and knew exactly how to treat my problem. I do absolutely love my current eye doctor, but I would definitely recommend Dr. Hayes 110% !
Over the years, my wife and I have been to a number of eye doctors, ophthalmologists and opticians in the Fredericksburg area. But after seeing Dr. Hayes, at Sieht, none of those other eye professionals can measure up to the comprehensive, quality care we received from Dr. Hayes. It was evident during our examinations that Dr. Hayes genuinely cared about our eye health. She pursued additional testing, when warranted, and she explained all results clearly and in an understandable manner. We highly recommend Dr. Hayes. Five well deserved stars!

I am extremely pleased with Dr. FALKENBERG and his staff. Everything went well on surgery day, there were no delays and everyone treated me with courtesy. The results of the surgery have been incredible! The day after surgery at my appointment with Dr. Falkenberg, I was seeing almost 20/20 at distance without glasses. I have not seen that well in at least 25 years. Also while waiting for my appointment, one of the staff can out to let us know that Dr. FALKENBERG was running a little behind. I was seen and finished with my appointment less than an hour after my appointment time. At most of my doctors, I frequently don't even get seen for at least an hour after my appointment! I am extremely pleased with Dr. FALKENBERG and his staff. I would recommend them highly to anyone!
My eyes are getting worse with every visit.not getting good answers or satisfactory treatment. Dr.only spends a few min.no treatment has improved anything.

My experience has been nothing but exceptional. You do have to wait awhile but that's everywhere you go. Kasey Etheridge one of the technician is the best. She treats you with care and respect. And is very concerned about your eyes. She always has a smile on her face and is very upbeat to her patient and their family.

I was taken in after about a half hour wait. I was there for cataract surgery consult. Once I was in the back, things rolled right along. The staff is pleasant, makes you feel comfortable, is extremely thorough, explains things clearly, and welcomes questions. When Dr. Falkenberg came in, you are instantly put at ease with his demeanor, the confidence he exudes and his professionalism. It is my eyes, yes. I'll be nervous, yes. But I know I'm literally in good hands.
