Bad customer service . They dont answer their customers until weeks later after leaving tons of voicemails. Got a bad attitude from a claims representative by the name of Monica Flores, left message after message for her , and upon returning our call after weeks had a rude attitude , and thats towards her clients. If she dont like her job maybe she should look into a different profession. Not our fault you hate your job. Acted like we were at fault even though they are our insurance .No wonder they are so cheap , you get what you pay for I guess . Stay away from these people at all costs. Switching insurances ASAP....
