I was hit by one of there insured drivers a drink driver at that and went through the whole process of hiring a lawyer and seeing several doctors due to being hurt just to be told that I may not even get pay cause there is a hold on acc ins supposedly by the state due to bankruptcy . This is bull I was not at fault your driver was drunk I was hurt and someone needs to pay . Don't trust accc ins.
