Been 9 days since their customer slammed in the ba...

Been 9 days since their customer slammed in the back of me and still haven't heard a peep from adjuster! When you call they leave you on an endless hold. They promise to call back, never happens. Tried to file complaint and was told they don't have anyway to file a complaint against the company. Guess I will have to call my lawyer and insurance if I don't hear anything today! I will never use this company for my insurance and can't imagine how their customers are treated!
