I was rear ended Saturday night by one of their policyholder. Big surprise he didnt have a license. I called Sunday and started the claim process the first representative took the call was nice, she provided me a claim number and the adjuster extension. Fast forward to Tuesday I called the adjuster and she tells me that the policy isn't active and what I need to do is call my insurance company. She offered no apology ,no empathy even decided to hang up after being provided the claim number stating she said she didn't find anything. I find it odd that they were able to do a claim with a policy that isn't active but this is not the last she will hear from me. she repeatedly cut me off when I was talking She needs to be fired
