This company refuses to pay a claim because the other driver "cannot be found" I just can't understand how this is able to go on this long.

On another claim we had with this company we were paid but called numerous times daily to stay on top of there every move.

I beleive the employees are burnt out and are overloaded with work seeing that their customer service is non existent.
Pray nothing ever happens to you with this company.
