Terrible insurance, I was hit by a driver in Houston. Their insurance adjuster Rayvn Francis kept giving me to some bs story that can t get ahold of Daniel Sanchez Cervantez. Just about everyone in the entire country carries a mobile phone. All their reviews are bad, they re just a fly by night Mickey Mouse operation. They can t even afford to 450 dollars to fix my truck. What a joke of a company ACCC is. And the underwriter Fiesta Auto Insurance should be ashamed of themselves for selling it.

VEHICLE WAS STOLEN OUT MY DRIVEWAY AND THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY SENDS OUT THEIR INVESTIGATOR AND THEY QUESTION YOU LIKE YOU COMMITTED A MURDER WHEN YOU ARE REALLY JUST THE VICTIM ! LATER ON SAYS THAT YOU ARE COMMITTING FRAUD AND TO GET AN ATTORNEY ! THEY ARE VERY GOOD TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NEVER HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY.

It is exactly as horrible as most other reviews read! My adjuster was very unhelpful and rude and did not know ANYTHING about her job. I had to file a law suit against them and hope it works! I am also going to Texas Department of Insurance to file a complaint. Something might eventually happen if there are enough official complaints about them.

We are dealing with ACCC Insurance company since April 4. MY son was Pushed off a overpass on I45 DOWNTOWN Houston rush hour 8am TRAFFIC his truck dropped 15 feet on top of another moving car. HPD came out. The ACCC Policyholders was found at fault from all the witnesses. He stated he was late for court. My truck is total. This Insurance company has done nothing and refused to accept responsibility. They stated their policy holder has not given his side regardless of the police report. They stated to file on my Insurance and the could take 30 Days. If you have this Insurance and hit someone having anyone to deal with ACCC will only make Everthing worse...Today is April 21. Come this Wednesday it would have been 3 weeks since my son's accident. ACCC still have not done anything, but a Anetta from ACCC called and left a message about the body shop fees for storage and stated they were excessive and I need to call and get them to lower it or it would be coming out of my settlement. I callback to see if the accepted responsibility yet and she said, no. That they, ACCC just got the police report and she would forward so it can be review..ACCC is blaming everyone but ACCC for the ridiculous bill. Not their delays. I will report when ACCC accepts responsibility...Today is 4/26/18, Thursday and It's been 3 weeks since my son's accident..I called ACCC Insurance this morning and talked with Ruby, Team One and asked if ACCC INSURANCE has accepted responsibility. Ruby said "Yes" they have after she reviewed my clam. I asked Ruby when did they accepted. Ruby said Monday, 4/23/18. I asked Why was I not informed. She stated Team One is no longer handling and the Total Loss Team will contact me. I ASKED about a rental car, since we're been without for 3 weeks and needed a car to get to work and medical treatment. Ruby said someone else will contact me and she could no longer help. I am sure the fees for the tow have increase and ACCC INSURANCE blames us for allowing the towing company to taken as my baby was rush to the Hospital from the accident by ambiance. Today is Friday, April 27 and we still have no help from ACCC INSURANCE. I called this morning and talked with Glenda, who State Team One was my Adjustor. I informed Glenda I talked with Rudy who said that they were not because my truck was a total lost so I asked to speak to a Supervisor because I need a rental car. JENNIFER, A sup got on and said she would take a message and have Someone call me back. AS OF Noon no calls. Today is June 26, 2018 and this miserable Company is still Miserable. My property is Still not settled and Janetta Garcia and Erica both hung up on me without hesitation when I called trying to get it settled. Panetta yesterday and Erica today....

I was like is this a business or someones house? The "customer service is non existent. I called to make some changes on our policy and she said I had to call another number because she couldn't help me. If you're thinking about going here DON'T!! there are better options out there.

Unhelpful. They canceled my automatic payments then charged me $30 to reinstate which when i logged into their online system it stated that the "cancellation" date is never so it NEVER should have been canceled. I was requested to fill out a form and then email them back or call. I did and was told, to give her 5 Minutes so that she could finish with another customer. I received no call and the company is now closed for the day. Additionally, on their online system, although the agent made me repeat my email and phone number, she input the WRONG information! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this horrible excuse of an insurance company!

Trying to get a claim resolved is like getting teeth pulled with no anesthetic. They sent me one letter in two months saying get my car out of storage or they would say I did not compile and reject my claim. After four weeks they said oh the guy that hit you is filing a claim aganist you so we have to do that first. Over two months later I call and wait 30 minutes then get hung up on.

This company is full of crooks and thieves. I was involved in a collision with an ACCC insurer; I immediately started a claim and followed up with the numbers provided by their ACCC rep but to no avail. I was provided an agent who no longer works there then reassigned another agent who was fired or quit the same day she reached out to me! I've called and left voicemails and have yet to receive a call or meet with an adjuster. Thank God I have StateFarm; they're handling my claim and will surely get their money back.

One of their clients hit my wife's car on July 30th. An adjuster appeared at our house on the same day and life seemed good. It is now September 19th. My wife's car has been fixed for 14 days but the promised check only covered partial repairs so the collision center (who HAD been authorized to go ahead with the repairs) will not release it. They and us have sent messages, texts, faxes and still no response. My own insurance company has covered the rental car - at least partially - but now its up to me until these incompetents at ACCC resolve the issue. My wife visited their "office" yesterday. There is no way in. Police protect the building and stop you going up to the ACCC people. These people need to be shut down and put out of business ... But hopefully after my wife gets her car back, Enterprise rental gets its car back and i see some money. In summary .... WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!

My vehicle is in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off at Downtown Body Shop. Jason Qiuram from ACCC is the most rudest and disrespectful person I have ever had to speak to from a insurance company. Someone needs to put this company out of business.

I was struck from behind and their office refuses to return calls. Almost three weeks now and they have yet to allow for a single phone call, let alone a rental replacement or an appointment to get my vehicle repaired. Talked to local body repair businesses and most refuse to do business with them at all. It seems this company wants to be sued by your personal ins or an attorney. Don't understand this attitude.

As a dealership owner, we do not accept this insurance based on the fact that they are so unprofessional handling their claims. Customers end up paying out of pocket for a total loss vehicle. Avoid yourself some trouble, I'm sure price might be low, so it might be beneficial to avoid those tickets while driving a car, but their coverage just isn't good.

No stars should be given to this company! I'm currently in the process of hiring a litigation attorney to go against this company and the individual that hit my car. The insurance company is refusing to pay for the damage to my car when their insured hit my car. Their insured party hit my car in December of 2015 and they claim they haven't been able to reach their insured so they won't pay for the damage to my car. Meanwhile, their insured tried to file on my insurance and of course the claim was denied because she was at fault.

I was hit by a client of this company and initially they were responsive and worked to get my vehicle repaired quickly. However, once the repairs began, I was charged for a "betterment" for a part they were going to have to replace anyway, and was NEVER advised of the charge until I went to pick up my vehicle. I've been given the run around by multiple adjusters, and their appraisers REFUSE to answer my calls or return voicemails. I'm glad I'm not a customer of this company, and hope to never be hit by one of their clients again.

Their client ran a stop sign and was seen and reported to HPD. The so-called 'adjuster' took weeks to return a call, never answered the phone, and sent a denial letter without ever really speaking to me.

MIND YOU I HAVE AN SUV!!! and I asked TONICIE JONES ROSS the so called supervisor to help upgrade to the same size car they declined... It has been over two weeks since I was hit by one of their insured motorist and they are horrible. I can't get anyone to call me back let alone answer my calls! I have been told my car is not drive-able and I need a rental and still no rental or call back! This is ridiculous they need to be reported and shut down! The reviews alone show how horrible and unprofessional this company is! They denied my claim b/c the guy was driving down the center turn lane and they said I failed to yield! ARE you kidding me! He was at fault. They do not use police reports as a reference and they are all a bunch of idiots! I actually had an okay experience with ACCC Insurance while it was my car insurance. We made a claim and we were at fault. From the first person to the third person I spoke to from ACCC, they helped us get our claim moving. They paid for all damages except for some scratches on the back because they said it must have been unrelated which actually makes sense to me too because the hit or main damage was in the front. So I blame it on the towing truck or on the repair shop but it wasn't prior damage. I did struggle some time and so did the repair shop getting them to answer some of our inquiries but it wasn't that bad; at least they responded. I just switched to a different insurance company because of better price (after the accident).

In was involved in a wreck with one of their liability policy holders. It was one excuse agter another from ACCC about why they could not make a determination. Driver was in Mexico, phone tag with driver, blah blah blah. I was informed to get to through my insurance company and they had 30 days to make a decision. Fine. My insurance company had no problem reaching the other driver and making a timely decision about fault. I waited 30+ days and never heard from them. I finally called and was given the run around(by a supervisor) and eventually offered me a 50% deal. Of course, I didnt accept this and ended up paying my deductible and will allow my insurance company to fight with them to get their money back and mine. I have no idea how this company is still allowed to operate in Texas. I have filed a complaint with texas dept of insurance. I could go on and on about my experience. Ive never been though this much with an auto insurance company. You better hope you are never involved in an accident with one of their policy holders.

Got hit on July 3rd by one of their "Driver" and on July 24th I finally received a phone call stating that the claim as been declined due to the person that hit my vehicle was not on the Policy Holder Insurance and apparently doesn't have a Driver's License. I had a Police Report as well. They are hard to reach. Won't answer phone calls and makes you play the waiting game. I can see by all the negative reviews on this company. Two months ago I was in an accident with someone who had ACCC insurance. I went all the way up to the point where I had to upload pictures to their app and then they never contacted me again. I have been trying to get this resolved and I always get the run around. This is by the far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I just tried calling right now, waited for almost an hour on hold for them to pick up the phone and then instantly hang up. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

We have a pending claim from like 5 months ago and we have been calling and calling and calling our adjuster and even got the number for her manager which we have called repeatedly as well and have not received any call backs. They sent us a payout for our total loss and they labeled our vehicle as a salvaged vehicle and they are trying to pay out as if it was salvage title from the beginning. I do not recommend this insurance to anyone at all, ever. Cheap isn't always good and they are very cheap in price, coverage and customer service. This is just ridiculous, I don't usually do reviews but i wouldn't want other people to go through this either.

Was in a minor accident with their insured. Had to extend my car rental because my vehicle was not ready to be picked up. Now ACCC says they did not cause the delay in my vehicle being repaired and now want me to pay for 3 extra days for a rental.
Auto repair facility said the subcontractor used to pick up the part that needed to be repaired could not pick up the part because the vehicle was in paint and to move the vehicle would have risked ruining the paint job. The repair facility and I both have tried numerous times to file a supplement with ACCC explaining the reason for the 3 extra days of rental. ACCC still claims the delay was not their fault and thus, they will not pay for the extra rental that carried over into the weekend!
So, I the innocent one, has to pay $135 to the auto rental place or it will hit my credit!
ACCC is horrible and I will be writing the state insurance board as I have names, dates and times I spoke to people and the attempts to call, leave a message and never called back.
ACCC is a buyer beware, or in this case, accident beware insurance company.

I knew I was in trouble when I saw a one star rating. I was rear ended by one of their insured on 5/23/16. I had to pay my 500 deductible, plus another 150 for my share of the rental car. I get a letter today saying they want pictures. Fortunately for me, I still have them on my phone. Guess I will find out tomorrow when they plan on paying me. I have a real insurance company. They are also trying to get paid. This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with an insurance company. Guess that is why people who use this company don't care, either.

I was rear ended by an ACCC driver on December 18, 2015. This is by far the most unprofessional and shady insurance company out there!!! Wish I could give them lower than one star. They do not answer your calls and take their sweet time to do anything. Not to mention they have illegals that have no drivers license, insured somehow. Beware if you get hit by one of these customers, CALL THE POLICE!! And good luck getting your vehicle fixed in a timely matter. Oh and you better make your own arrangements for a rental because they drop the ball on that too. Neither their adjusters, managers, OR branch managers answer their phones!!

How unprofessional this business is. From adjusters to supervisors, this company is a joke!

One of their insured hit my vehicle. For three weeks, they claimed that they could not claim who was at fault even though their insured received a citation at the scene of the accident for failure to yield the right of way.

When finally admitting fault, and since I already had the vehicle fixed, I requested that they covered the loss of repairs. They sent me a check for a grand less than what it cost to repair the vehicle, claiming that I could have replaced with cheaper parts....I do not want cheaper parts, I want factory parts on MY vehicle. Its my business, Its my vehicle, it was your insured that caused the accident to occur.

If I could rate this business with negative stars I would. I see all the other negative reviews on this provider and wonder why they are still in business.

If you are in an accident with this company, I would pursue a lawyer immediately.

i had a policy with them which i paid for three months and was cancelled a few days later for some weird and i was expecting a full return but was giving 50% of what i paid because they used "my money to verify my drivers license" . I am so mad right now. Run away from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They claim they cannot get a hold of him and therefore have not settled my claim. I have pics of the driver from my doorbell cam as well as confirmation from my neighbor. I got rear ended from one of their customers and they first did not adjust my car correctly, only allowed me a 3 day rental and my car took a week they called called and called about when i was bringing my rental back, they did not like that they had to provide extra days now they are trying to make me pay for a day of rental and lose my deposit on the phone right now this is crazy these people are so helpless. they also wanted to use USED car parts for my car to be repaired. Got rear ended on a red light a month ago on Saturday night on my way to a birthday party with my 6 year old daughter. Made the claim Monday morning. This was my first accident so I was new to the entire process. I kept calling and calling to keep myself updated. Finally I asked them what was it that they exactly need it, they told me a police report and guess what?! In minutes I went online got it myself and fax it myself to them. Kept calling and calling to keep updated because it s the only car I have to transport my daughter to school and myself to work. Weeks pass by and finally they call me asking to choose a body shop to get my car fix. I was getting excited because my car was finally going to get fixed. So now I kept calling the body shop and the insurance to be completely sure my car was going to the right place and to keep updated when my car was going to get drop off. Keep in mind I work as well but seems like I was doing their work as well making all the arrangements and phone calls. Just for them to send my car to the WRONG shop!!
I DOUBLE CHECKED WITH THEM TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE RIGHT SHOP AND EVEN MEMORIZED THE ADDRESS OF THE SHOP.
Finally my car was send to the right shop and it s been weeks since I ve had my car and I had to take my daughter walking to school and during those days it was freezing cold so both me and my daughter got extremely sick.
Since my car was at the shop I was thinking I would be getting a rental for the couple of days.
I was completely wrong. Not a single rental car was assigned to me or scheduled for me to pick up. Not even a rental car check was sent to me.
At this point I was overwhelmed with these people.
The last phone called I asked to speak to the manager just so they can transfer me rudely to the WRONG manager.
The worst part of all this ....the person who was at fault has the same insurance as well so it should ve been a much easier process.

This company is the worst insurance company ever. They make sure to take the money of the people they insure but when it comes to paying for a damage, they act so irresponsibly. They just delay the process for as long as they can eventually don't pay up. One of their insured hit my vehicle while it was parked back in August 23. It is now October and they have not come to a solution. I've been trying to get a hold of the "adjuster" Angie Ceron and the supervisor, Melany withcomv and they NEVER pick up the phone. Useless people that don't their jobs even when getting paid. Or wait, they are probably getting paid to rip off people. DO YOUR DAMN JOB!!!!!!! It's frustrating when somebody damages your vehicle and no one takes responsibility.

This company is a fraud, why they are allowed to sell insurance in this state is beyond me. Claims take months to process, ultimately just to be denied. They never answer the phone, and their responses are scripted. I recommend that if you get hit by an ACCC insured motorist, get a police report filed, showing that you are not at fault. Then be prepared to lawyer up OR have your own insurance company go after them.

Prepared to be SCREWED over if you ever get hit by someone insured with the company. Won't pay you for loss of your car until THEY decide they are at fault. Then once THEY decide they are at fault then they only pay you from that day. Being nice and considerate doesn't get you anywhere either. My insurance company paid for my car to be towed to the shop. They didn't even have to pay for that. I used my spare car to save them the $35/day that they would of allowed for an rental car. They agreed to pay me $25/day. Sent me a check for a $100 stating that it was covered for $25/day for 5 days. They must use that new math, because 5 x 25 used to be $125. So I was without my car because of them for over 2 weeks and only got reimbursed for 5 days. Biggest ripoff company EVER!!! Don't be nice if you get hit by one of their insureds! Go ahead and claim injuries, etc! UPDATE 11/28 - You can see below that the company responded with their generic response. I have submitted complaint to their link, so we will see what happens! There are truly no words to describe how HORRIBLE my experience with ACCC Insurance has been. My car was totaled by a driver with ACCC Insurance who was texting and driving. 2 months later and I haven't seen a single penny from them. They are unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I have been on the phone with ACCC Insurance everyday for the past 2 months and have gotten no where. It is very clear they only care about money and screwing people over. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My suggestion to ACCC Insurance? CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND STOP ROBBING PEOPLE.

Rip off, terrible customer service. I had so many problems with this company that I switched after one month. They changed premiums, changed policy terms, changed policy prices, took my money and sent me a cancellation the first week for a documentation issue they mentioned to no one. When I called and asked why they didn't talk to anyone they said it was "implied". Implied to who? Second months bill came with a 30% increase for no reason at all. These guys are straight up con artists. Avoid at all costs.

Was hit by someone with this insurance company. Took 2 months to finally be done with claim. Was instructed by their appraisor that my car was safe to drive when it in fact was not (found out after 3 weeks when they finally got it together enough for us to take it to a body a shop). Had to threaten to hire a lawyer to get a rental and had to threaten to call a lawyer AGAIN to get them to pay for the rental car. BY FAR THE WORST "PROFESSIONAL" EXPERIENCE WITH HUMAN BEINGS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Claim representative was Portia Blake and she eventually just stopped returning my phone calls after leaving 4 voice messages for a span of 3 weeks to get approval to the rental car company for my rental. I was rear ended by an ACCC insurance driver thanksgiving weekend 2015 and I had followed all the required procedures in order to file a claim and get my car fixed. The ACCC Rep that was handling my claim was Maria Anaya and she provided me the most horrifying customer service ever. I have been yelled at, hung up on and have been ignored by her. I have not once disrespected her nor have felt that i have come cross rude but maybe frustrated from this situation. All i want is to get this situated, but I'm coming to terms that with this Rep i will only get so far. I would like to think that not all ACCC Reps are the same, and that ACCC Insurance strives to have good customer service. But clearly my experience with this young lady has left me flustered.

This company is a fraud. A client of ACC hit my car, and the adjuster who will not answer her phone did not go to look at my car that has been on a towing lot for nine days. One of the only times I have spoken to her, she said my car was totalled. She did not see pictures, or send anyone to look at my car. It is at an auction right now without my permission.
The staff is extremely rude and will try to lengthen your process as long as possible in order to make you just pay for damage.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for 3 weeks. Every time I call I'm on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes just waiting for someone to pick up. Their client ran a 4 way stop, hit me and then when I started to call the police she fled the scene because she was driving on a suspended license. Thankfully i got a picture of the insurance card.

I have been very patient and driving around in my truck that is mangled up. I do everything by the books. No one should go through this torture! It is completely ridiculous and unnecessary. If you are going to offer insurance to people you should be an honorable company and not treat people in a despicable manner!
