I prepaid our policy $511 before it was due to renew. A few days before the current policy was to expire we bought a new vehicle. Immediately asked to switch vehicles. They wanted to charge us $185 to switch vehicles. So we cancelled with them. All this happened before the new policy began. They just sent letter to us saying that they were only sending back $436 out of our $511. And they were very rude all through the process. I was shocked at their rudeness. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. This is stealing. They stole it from us. They flat-out told money for services that hadn't been rendered. What creeps.
