LOL how ironic, I didn't even look at the reviews ...

LOL how ironic, I didn't even look at the reviews for this company but they have 1 star rating, These people are RUDE even the MANAGER (some hispanic guy) is rude lol he is VERY rude. If I could give NO STARS I would. I got a policy with these people May 24th, paid them $180.. My first bill was suppose to be due June 13th, today is the 12th.. I go online only to find out my policy has been cancelled! I haven't received a letter, phone call, email or anything! So I was driving illegally and didn't even know it! I could have been in JAIL, this is a serious matter and when I ask these questions as to why I wasn't notified, the older lady has a very nasty tone with me and says the post office has been sending the letter back to them and they have it in my file! Soooo duh lady, if its getting sent BACK to u, OBVIOUSLY that tells u I'm NOT receiving them correct? So u may have them in YOUR file but what about MY knowledge?! If u couldn't get me by mail then why not phone or email?? They have both those contacts! and the "address" she said it was being sent to was one i have NEVER heard of or lived at in my life. I have never lived in union city, which is where they claimed my letters were going to and getting sent back to them from. Then instead of being apologetic or anything this woman is sitting here on the phone arguing back with me and justifying this F**k up on HER/THEIR end. I will NEVER again or recommend ANYONE to this DUMP! They took my MONEY and cancelled my policy without notifying me. I can't even tell u what I paid them that $180 for!
