This is the absolute worst company to deal with. I was hit by one of their clients in September of 2018 and have yet to receive payment for my medical bills and time off from work. The representative that called for my statement was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. The initial adjuster designated to my claim was difficult to get in contact with and is no longer with the company. Now, I have no idea if another adjuster has been assigned to the claim. I have decided to obtain an attorney, especially considering that I still have pain resulting from the accident and the hassle of trying to get them to communicate over the span of nine months.

So this was the worst insurance I dealt with. One of their policy holder hit my car and left the scene. We contacted the insurance and they informed us that the insurance is expired. It looks like a pattern with every policy claim.
I am giving them one star because I don t have an option of zero star.

I wish I could give negative stars. This company is completely fraudulent. After inspecting my car and writing an estimate the adjuster got in touch with me, after 3 weeks of not answering my calls. It was more than established that this accident was not my fault, which was validated by a witness. The adjusted then went on to say that this accident was a situation I could have avoided and that they cant get ahold of the woman who hit me. Therfore they wont be paying for the damage done to my car. I'm beyond furious, this is absolutely outrageous. I will get to the bottom of this. I am going to secure a lawyer as well as going to report them to the BBB and Texas Insurance board. Whatever you do, DO NOT get ACCC Insurance.

Probably the worst insurance company to deal with! Accident happened in Dec 2017 and by the time I got my vehicle in the shop it was Feb 2018. Unbelievable wait times when calling, hold times range from 45min-1 hour on average. When I got my vehicle back and noticed that the fog lights were shaking vigorously. When I talked to the auto body shop they said that ACCC did not approve the replacement of the fog light brackets. How can they not approve an importance piece? Because this deals with lights and is a safety concern, I will be contacting the BBB as well as the Texas Department of Insurance.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. The appraiser Sam Acuff is the most unprofessional person I have felt with. He quoted refurbished parts on my car and told me that they were not refurbished. He also hung up on me when I callled regarding the quote. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

Filing a claim through ACCC has been the WORST experience I have had with an insurance company. I do not know if their phone connection is bad but on my claim they listed my car make/model, phone number, and address incorrectly. The more I talk to them it feels like they are just playing games and giving me the run around.

Other issues worth mentioning would be
1- It is impossible to reach the adjustor on the first try.
2- The employees are not professional. I have received a lot of attitude.
3- They have no motivation to get moving on a claim.

I have dealt with many insurance companies - even small ones - in my life time, this is the WORST most DIFFICULT insurance company I have EVER dealt with.
They give you the run around so they won't have to fix your vehicle when one of "their insured" customers damages your vehicle. They have the most ridiculous policies that allow them to get away with not fixing your damaged car!!!! I honestly can not believe this company is still in business!
If you EVER get hit by someone with this insurance you will most likely not get your vehicle fixed - make sure you have a ton of proof (which still might not help you)!!!!!

This insurance company is the worst one heard of from most of the personal injury lawyers. I m about to go through a law suit with this company because of their negligence of not trying to pay for lost wages and physical therapy. Me and my kids life has been a nightmare being in a bind from going to physical therapy for having pains from one of their insured clients that hit me and my kids from the rear. I promise that I m going to make sure my attorney sues them to the core!! The total damages on my car were well over $1600 and I only paid $2500 for my vehicle in total. If u get into an auto accident with anyone that s insured with ACCCC, make sure u get A certified attorney!!

My wife was hit by one of their insured. Who was arrested after the accident. While she was filing the claim with them I was on Google checking out reviews. I have to admit after reading all the bad reviews my heart sunk and I was prepared to have to fight to be made whole. Surprisingly everything went super smooth. From intial claim to settlement amount was 10 days. Thanks for being fair ACCC Insurance.

I was hit by a woman who was not an insured driver on the ACCC policy she provided to police. ACCC denied my claim 4 weeks after the accident, 3 weeks after I had surgery to screw my broken collarbone back together from the accident. I could not get a hold of their physical injury adjuster, or whatever, for help or information. This company and everyone who works there and everyone who is insured by ACCC are garbage.

I was hit by one ACCC drivers, while trying to cross the street while traffic was completely stopped, including the person who hit me due to the intersection lite being red. I pursued to cross while the driver and the other vehicles allowed myself to attempt to cross and another vehicle to cross and turn in the opposite direction...the dumb driver was the only one who started driving and hit me...we move to the parking lot to exchange info...before I cld get out...he was at my car saying he was at fault and gave me his insurance info cuz HE WAS ON HIS PHONE AND WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION..how cool that he told the truth...however, now ACCC is denying my claim and the guy lied and said something different...ACCC PROCESS IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! they interrogated me like i was a criminal..Their Team 2 and adjusters need people skills.....I thought i was on trial..lol...have ur own insurance...ACCC PROCESS IS HORRIBLE and bad business....I usually don't bash...this was needed!!!!!

Long story short I was involved in an incident when it wasn t even my fault; the woman claimed a different story; when the company contacted me to get my side of the story I told them i had witnesses if they needed them; they just told me they were going to investigate; next thing you know; they canceled my insurance without even telling me what happened when it was my only incident and now that I m trying to get coverage by myself I found out that they declared me guilty when it wasn t my fault and that they paid that woman $30.000 and my rate went up because of them and it affect me for 3 years when I didn t even got a letter notifying me about it What I want to do now is suit them for canceling my Insurance like that and put as guilty without even telling me

Horrible company. Insured driver's drunk sister ran over a huge tree in our yard, destroying the tree. Called to at least get enough to have the tree cut up and removed. First told the driver wasn't listed as an insured. Then when my husband brought up all these other complaints that yes we were expecting this as an excuse and the bad reviews. The adjuster said this wasn't a reflection of their company, but the insured hadn't paid their bill. My husband proceeded to ask - OK, is it because the driver wasn't the insured, but the car is insured, or is it because they didn't pay their bill. Their plate was still good, which in Arizona, the insurance company is required to report the loss of insurance to the state and the state cancels the plate within 30 days. The state has no record of the cancelled insurance. The adjuster proceeded to tell us she had sent them letters as their phones are disconnected. He asked them when was the last payment, and he got the run around. Of course they probably didn't make their payment for the upcoming month, as the car was destroyed. Just got a complete run around. I think this company prays on the poorer folks, take their money, and then leaves them holding the bag. You can file a suit against the driver and owner of the car, but they don't have any money. A judgement doesn't get you paid, but most likely ACCC has been paid to give them a piece of paper showing proof of coverage, though it isn't any good.

I called while still at the scene of the accident to verify they had active insurance so explain that one to me. Bunch of crooks.

I can tell by my 1st conversation with the claim representative and adjuster this company is shady as hell. But Im not going to talk nor cry I will just let the my Attorney take care of them. I advise people who are insured by this company its not worth the money you saving with this company. I will prefer to spend more money with a well known company before I spend a cent to have my car insured with this company. Joke of an insurance company. They handle claims poorly, no one that works in the claims department has a head on their shoulders that allows them to comprehend anything past a 1st grade level. In a situation where we were t boned by one of their insured's and they fled the scene, ACCC still tried to use contributory negligence and say the accident was 50/50. No one I have talked to has even read their insurance contract that they have to abide by when determining coverage. In order to get the best service you must do their job for them.

When I did get the check no shop would take it! They said accc is the worst company to deal with and the check might even bounce! Do yourself a favor and just go through your own insurance on day one. Do to this experience I will always carry full coverage. AAAC is scam insurance for shady characters and drunks that just keeps them from getting tickets for $20 a month. They literally ended up stealing $475.00 out of my bank account without reason and didn't post it anywhere, so the only proof that it happened was in bank statements and they kept saying they "had no record of this transaction". This company is a joke. I got hit by their client i put my truck in the shop and because the body shop did not complete the work and the time they they gave them. I am no left pay for a rent car. I have no control of how long a body shop take after i drop my vehicle of. I don't see why i should have to pay for this rent car. this is all a big joke. these inc company can do whatever they like and still get away with it. will is the justice for the people that is in the right.

I was hit by a guy who had this insurance company and by chance it is currently my insurance as well. The guy admitted fault. My adjuster was Mel Jimenez - Vargas. I made numerous calls to Mel but never got through. After several weeks and having to contact MY agent directly he did give me a call. He claimed he had previously spoken with me and gave me details of claim etc. He clearly had me mixed up with someone else as I had NEVER spoken with him. Additionally he could not eve get the name of my agent correct. He eventually said they were to mail me a check the next day. I waited 6 days, as mail across Houston generally takes 1-2 days. I again called him and he was full of excuses. And said if I didn't get it in a couple days they would re-issue the check. Funny thing, if it didn't get here the first time why would he think the second would get here, unless they never sent the first. So I decided to give it a little more time. It is now 10 days since he said he was going to send it. I called today but got stuck on hold for 45 minutes and had to disconnect. Funny thing is, I'm not only the victim, I'M CURRENTLY ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! Not for long though!!!!

They re driver hit my truck and he s been ignoring they're calls and letters so now the insurance doesn t want to cover anything. The employees are rude and disrespectful and even with a police report from multiple officers and their driver being ticketed they still will not cover 100% of damages. ACCC says we should have taken evasive actions and when we tell them that means driving into a guard rail they have no comment other than it's not their clients fault. Instead of sending an adjuster out they have you download am app and take pictures and assess how much damage there is from that. Oscar Dominguez says if you don't like what we're paying out then sue us. These crooks should be shut down!!

I was recently hit by one of their customers and I have been on the phone EVERY SINGLE DAY since the accident attempting to get a hold of someone to file the claim against them! It is ridiculous, I sat on hold for so long that my phone had died before I was able to speak to someone. No one has that much time to sit there and be on hold, I just want to file my claim and move on with my day. Looks like with the way things are going, I am just gonna have to wait until my insurance goes after them.

Cheap insurance for high risk drivers with DWIs and then they deny liability because their insured simply doesn't answer the phone to make a statement. I dont think they even try to contact their policy holders for statements. Then they wont even bother to call you to tell you they're denying your claim. Totally unprofessional. They should be shut down. Will be consulting my attorney to pursue action against them. Also, Jose, my "adjuster", isnt qualified enough to mop the floors at this terrible company.

These people are THE WORST! I was rear ended...just like all the other reviews and it took forever to get things going. It is now a month later and my car is being fixed. They are refusing the extend my rental just because "my body shop won't release my car" because ACCC won't send them a check! I literally was in a screaming match with Shirley (the adjuster) because of this. And that was after I finally got a hold of her because she was ignoring my calls. Lady, you messed with the wrong woman.

This company is HORRIBLE. One of their insured rear-ended my daughter (who is a minor and was driving my car). In the first few days, I was unable to get anyone to do anything to help me. They just kept taking messages and saying someone will contact me. My car was drivable but heavily damaged (so much so that the trunk wouldn't close properly and was allowing rain to get inside causing further damage). I got so frustrated with trying to get them to fix my car that I finally just called my insurance company and filed a claim with them. I'm going to let my insurance company deal with ACCC. I have yet to get a return call from the adjuster, Candace Gaines. I have never dealt with a company so bad and after reading these reviews, I see that I'm not alone. It's ridiculous.

I was rear ended by a vehicle, whom was rear ended by the daughter of the Insurer of ACCC Insurance on 04/17/2018. It is almost two weeks, and I spoke with the claims adjuster Mr. Gooddall. He was very nasty, and petty. I told him that I was injured and my car was banged up, he was saying that ACCC Insurance didn't have enough money to pay for my car and the other's person car. The daughter of the Insurer never reported the accident to ACCC Insurance. I obtained an attorney. He will take care of this!!!!

My review is Spanish because many Spanish-speaking people buy this insurance because it is the cheapest but the experience is the same for everyone ... My stepfather called Accc to cancel his policy. The agent was very rude to him. She asked him why he wanted to cancel the policy. He told her that he had found a cheaper one and her response was that they would not return the money he had paid, that it was not returned. (That by law they are only supposed to charge you for the days you use the insurance and reimburse the rest) He told him that he was crazy and hung up the phone. What kind of company does not respect its customers and does not follow what is by law must do ... They deserve less than one star ...

My car was totaled loss after being in an accident with one of ACCC's insurers. I must say after reading the reviews I was very worried, and stressed that I would not be treated fairly. I gave them 2 stars because my adjuster Ms. Diaz never returned my call after 4 days. I constantly left voicemail's and literally blew her phone up not even a returned call. It took me calling another adjuster who wasn't even working on my claim to take down a note walk over to her desk, and give it to her for her to finally call me!! I was very upset that ACCC would not provide me with a rental because my car was totaled loss. They said that if it was repairable they would have been able to give me a rental. This is completely unfair. My accident took place on 04/12/16 it is now 04/21/16 and I still haven't been issued a check for my vehicle. After they finished appraising my vehicle my case was handed over to the totaled loss department. My new adjuster was Ms. Katrina Outlar. This lady is awesome!!! Very good customer service skills. She left my mind at ease and reassured me about everything!! The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of Ms. Diaz. Me personally I would give Ms. Outlar a 5 star rating if I could. Promote this lady, and give her a raise!! She never once seemed frustrated or annoyed anytime I called, and had a question. On top of that she always answered her phone! I'm hoping by the end of next week I have a check so that I am able to replace my vehicle !

I had to come read these reviews because this company is horrible I on the other end an the company that repairs your vehicle and these adjustors makes the victims feel more victimized and they are heartless. I wonder how they feel when they still lose their job and all of the people they have messed over for a company that doesn't care about them or do they get some kind of a bonus for all of the things they dont pay for. I dont know what can be done about this company or the people that work in it but people I believe that if you refuse to have this company adjust your car they might make some changes.

The insurance Adjustor "Carlos Delcid" Wanted me to put a water pump on a clients car that had 217,xxx miles on it when replacing the engine. These people are crooked and I have the recorded conversation on my phone and I stopped this guy and let him know that my phone was recording the conversation and he said he didn't care and he is pressuring me to produce records of where I get my parts. This guy(Carlos) told me that my shop was crap and complain about my hours because they wasn't the hours he wanted me to have. He also tried to talk down on my shop about how many people worked in it and he kept comparing me to corporations or chains. I provided their client with the best service and also offered a rental car. My shop had this used engine installed in 3 business days of receiving it and other supplemental works done in another 3 days because finding parts for the Dodge/Chrysler 3.7 is very hard

I fell sorry for the lady who owns the vehicle but I have to repo her vehicle in the morning because my work order has a repo agreement on it. If I let you take your vehicle on the word that I am going to get paid by a certain time My company will repo your vehicle and start charging recovery fee's and storage fee's and her insurance company doesn't even care........

"Melanie Whitcomb" plays the good person and then she dumps you on the bad guy "Carlos Delcid" and then she abandons you.

Please go to the TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) and file a complaint. This company needs to be investigated/audited.

I was rear-ended in early November 2015 by an ACCC...

I was rear-ended in early November 2015 by an ACCC customer. So far its been quite the challenge dealing with this insurance. If you are hit by one of these drivers, CALL the police and get a report no matter what!!! I called her insurance the next day to sort everything out. ACCC would not do anything since the driver who hit me would not answer her phone. She never contacted her insurance to report the accident. So, I had to wait for the police report to come out. Finally since they could not contest the report, I received payment for repairs 4 weeks after the accident. This was after multiple phone calls, purchasing the report myself, and staying on top of everything MYSELF. Now that my vehicle is in the shop, ACCC provided me with a rental for 9 days with hertz. So when I get to hertz, they put me in the smallest vehicle they had on the lot. I normally drive an SUV. So I sucked it up and said its only for a short time. What really got my blood boiling is that ACCC did not even pay the full amount of the rental. I had to pay $102 out of my pocket for the rental. I have tried contacting the insurance for the last 4 days, leaving 3 messages, and now they refuse to return my call.
I don't usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt compelled to warn people. My point is to get a police report no matter what, and please don't be a customer of this insurance. They are vultures and refuse to be fully accountable for their drivers mistakes.

How do we get this insurance co. out of business? Their insured ran a red light totaled my truck, forced me into the car next to me and all occurred 4/30/2015. My insurance Allstate handled all my financial problems except for a rental car and after police reports clearly blaming their insured and many attempts on my part to get through to someone with this fraud of an insurance co. and absolutely no success, a letter from them 9/19, claiming that their insured is not at fault and they are denying everything!
They have the audacity to suggest that if I have any information that might change their decision, please call. Like you could get through to anyone, I've tried and with absolutely no success ever!!

Literally the worst. They were so rude to me and my family. We could not speak to their staff any more so we had our own insurance take over negotiating with them. YOU ARE AWEFUL! I hope you go out of business.

Don't waste your time or money with these crooks. They don't answer their phones. They don't even have a physical address (just a post office box ... wonder why? guess to keep the many unsatisfied customers from showing up in person). They will come up with whatever lying excuse to avoid accepting liability, they will intimidate claimants and if there is absolutely no way to deny liability, they will refuse to return any calls or request for communication by fax or mail. Board of Insurance should take away their license to operate in Texas and fine them heavily for deceptive trade practice.

Returned signed release over a MONTH ago to receive settlement check and neither the claims rep or their supervisor returns our daily calls and faxes requesting info on where the settlement check is. crooks!

"So far, no luck. This company was so helpful over the weekend when I reported a claim. Now it's been denied. One of their customers backed into my vehicle at my apartment complex while delivering pizza. The adjuster telephoned me this morning and gathered all of my information and even requested I email pictures of my damages. Not even 20 mins into the conversation I had a missed call and a voicemail from ACCC stating my claim will be denied due to their customer using the vehicle for commercial purposes. How are you all not responsible for getting my vehicle fixed?. I didn't ask her to back into my car. I just want and need my vehicle fix and I don't feel I should be responsible.

Was hit by one of their clients, they called me shortly after and said they would be in contact with me within 48 business hours and they would provide a rental, neither of those things happened. I called a week later and was told they were waiting for a statement from their client. The collision threw my alignment off so I had to fix it asap and was told to seek reimbursement, I did that, then I received a letter in the mail a month later saying not enough coverage in the policy to cover damages and they recommended contact your insurance provider to cover for your losses. ...yeah..thanks. All the one star reviews are true. If you re hit by one of their clients, I m sorry. If the damage is extensive, get your policy involved immediately, but even then there s reviews saying they still won t pay. I do not see how they are still in business.

Their new payment processor, BillMatrix, is seriously faulty in storing personal pymt info, and therefore CAN cause you to lapse in coverage, They will NOT assist ANY CUSTOMER in resolving the situation, especially when it is not YOUR fault. As fact, they will LIE to you, even after you've contacted the payment processor, who tells you the truth. They will happily lapse your coverage, even when a rep says "We will honor." My next step with screen prints, I will be taking this to the BBB & filing a court case.. Mark my words, I will honor that!

I feel like it was a set up. I was paying attention to the road. Then they would not tow my car to my house or pay me for missing work. Then they offered me $632.00 for my vehicle which I just put the last pieces on it like a brand new radiator-$330.00and brand new headlights-$280.00. This car was great and these people didn't even give me enough money to get a different car. I ride the bus now for 4 and a half hours a day to and from work now. Thanks ladies at ACCC insurance. They claim that their customer is not responding to their calls, and we have to give them 30 days to respond. In the meantime my husband has had to rent a vehicle in order to still work. We are thousands of dollars out of pocket due to the fact that he can not rent a truck to due the majority of his work. This company has NEVER returned his calls, and the one time we spoke to someone they said the person working his claim is no longer there. We have hit the 30 day mark, and STILL they have done nothing. We are going to have to go through our insurance to claim on the damages.
