I was rear ended by one of your policy holders 2+ ...

I was rear ended by one of your policy holders 2+ months ago. I have been dealing with your horrible agent Gloria at ext 1362 for months now.My car was undrivable and had to be towed, something jarred the electrical system in the car, I'm assuming from the massive amount of rain we got that day, and the wiring being exposed from the damage, I'm not a mechanic, I'm assuming. I contacted Gloria several times, she kept saying she was unable to contact the policy holder, she did not have a phone number for her!! WHAT???? She waited almost a month to tell me this, all the while I'm paying for a rental out of pocket. I gave her the ladies information, you know, because it's my job to track down your policy holders. Fast forward a month, my car is still not fixed and I'm out over $1000 in rental car fees. Nobody from your company will call me back, nor will they call the shop that has the car. They're denying the claim for the electrical work that was damaged in the accident. I'm beyond frustrated and nobody there seems to know whats going on. I need to speak with someone in the corporate office immediately!
