Don't deal with these people if you have other options. Our boss purchased equipment from them in the past which required sophisticated setup and safety. They took forever to even supply the owner manual and satisfy OSHA. Gouge you on repair parts and process. Finally, we tried to sell the unit after we were done using it. It was well cared for and functioned fine, but the buyer contacted them to inquire about re certifying it. They offered to sell him a new machine instead, and gave a ridiculous price on recertifying our used unit. Sabotage our used sale to make their own sale. Unethical. Avoid.
