The driver that hit my car has ACCC insurance, and still investigating,even after their driver had taking off and after few blocks she came to stop only to said to her insurance that I was at fault, since there are not witnesses because she did not stop and police came 30 min after the fact, not to mention she didn't want to give her full information only her insurance policy no driver license nor her phone number to verify her identity, so the police had go and retrieved the rest of the information at her house, so now her insurance still investigating and I was told to use my own insurance to fix my vehicle, so far this is the worse insurance I ever had to deal with.

I got into an accident Saturday night and gave a call to ACCC Tuesday morning. Within a day they set me up with a claim #, had my vehicle inspected, and issued a check to the collision center. They work FAST and they have GREAT customer service. Their insured driver is the one who rear-ended me but I have had the most exceptional experience with them and they have honestly really impressed me. I was very worried when I Google'd them and saw all the horrible reviews... But remember it's just folks who have had an amazing experience or horrible experience who write reviews. Really happy with the repair and really happy with ACCC! Thank you Eva, Christina, and all the others who have assisted me along the way.

Poorest insurance company service ever! I wasn t even a client of theirs but I got involved in an accident with one of their customers back in 2014 and guess what the bills are still following me!! The adjuster I was assigned to assured me that all the bills were paid so I signed the release form!! HUGE mistake from my part because they weren t!!!! The EMS bills was never payed for and out of nowhere I m having a bill thrown at me!! I called them and mind you my old adjuster had left the company and the new lady that spoke with me was more than rude!!!! Please do not go there!!!!!

I been with them for a while
I never have any driving record I was really hurted by the service provided by this insurance company
They are just taking the money from people in the easiest way without anything else
After I sell my car and I don t have to keep paying for my insurance
I was calling them no answer and they do only payment online because it s the only service they provide for taking the money from people
But when it s something about putting it in pose mode or cancel it they ask you to stop your job lose hours and lose money lose fuel and mileage to get in the stupid front desk where you have to signe a stupid game for them to keep taking money for the waiting days easy money
This insurance is not good for people who don t have time
Not good for the service they provide
People who have this insurance are just doing it to avoid the ticket from the gouvernement
I wish all people try to make a cancellation and check their service

On March 10, 2018 I was hit by a ACCC insured driver. After reading the reviews on here I was so worried about how my claim was going to be handled. I met with their appraiser on the Tuesday following my accident and was assigned to Emaus as my adjuster. I had no trouble at all getting in touch with Emaus. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient with helping settle my incident. By Thursday, with all paperwork provided, they declared my car a total loss and it was picked up the next day. Janette in the total loss department was very helpful and worked very quickly to get my claim processed for payment. By March 24, 2018 I had a check in hand for the value of my car and was in a brand new car that same day. I am totally impressed with the service and the ease of communication I received and I am very thankful for everyone's help who was involved.

I have a 2016 chevrolet and they want to pay me for parts that are not original, they made an estimate themselves that neither mechanics are nor should they know anything. They have to pay for original parts in a car that is pre-owned, it is not my fault that one of their clients hit me from behind. If you are going to do your job, do it well. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! I got hit by one of their policy holders and I get a letter saying they might not cover my lost and I may need to file on my insurance. I am trying to find some more lower rate but the lowest here is 1 star only. If you ask me it should be minus either. I signed a car insurance policy (I wish I didn't) about a week later I started to receiving warning mails every day about paying more money otherwise your policy will be cancel. Each and every time I asked them what is wrong and why I should pay such a money , each time I received different answers. Finally I understand they just want to charge me only to gain more money that's all.
I am greatly recommending you as reader of this note to avoid this unreliable company. This is not an insurance company this is exactly disaster company. I mean it "UNRELIABLE DISASTER" company.

They are the most unprofessional insurance company around, I reached out to an adjuster and her supervisor 50 TIMES with no contact. I've dealt with them on behalf of my clients and filed against them, either way they are extremely unpleasant to deal with. YOU WILL REGRET PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICE (OR LACK THEREOF)

I was struck by one of this company's insured drivers in June. They are purposeful with their lack of energy and effort to resolve claims. My car was unsafe to drive, and I personally rented a car, so that I would be able to accomplish all aspect of everyday life i.e. travel with my children safely, get to work safely, etc. In my recorded statement, i made them aware; they told me to give them the receipt for reimbursement, etc. It's been weeks, and a purposeful lack of response. Emails, phone calls, VMs. No response. They lack any level of professionalism. My guess is their company is more of a sham than anything.

It's taken over a month for my car to be repaired (still in the shop; I was hit on 06/01/2018). It takes many days for the company to respond to amendments to the initial claim. Ultimately, you have to yell, scream, and threaten them to get anything accomplished. Their passive aggressive, slow to respond response is frustrating, but obviously strategic. My advice to anyone dealing with this company is get a lawyer involved sooner rather than later.

Worst company to deal with. My husband's car was rear ended by a girl insured through this company in the beginning of November. It is now the end of January and I am still trying to have the claim fully resolved MONTHS later. Everyone in this company is argumentative, rude and condescending. They do not answer their phone, nor return voicemails. They also don't seem to understand how an out of office voicemail works as every voicemail I have gotten has their vacations listed for the months prior. They can't even be bothered with changing their voicemail when they do come back to work, much less actually return calls or answer their phone. It is a JOKE. Your client hit our car. She admitted fault at the scene because of her bald tires. Yet you have undercut all damages, fought and fought to not pay for the appropriate repairs, issued an appearance allowance to the body shop without even SPEAKING to my husband, fought to not reimburse the rental car we were charged for and the icing on the cake is when I ask to speak to your supervisor... YOU HANG UP ON ME like a teenager would. My husband's BRAND NEW 2017 vehicle that we had for less than a year was wrecked by your client and you treat us like we are the scum of the earth. Learn to actually treat people with some decency and respect, which we haven't received a smidgeon of from the adjuster from the beginning. My complaints won't stop with social media, they will be on BBB and with the Insurance Commissioner.

If you have a choice, don't do business with these folks. Customer service is terrible. It is very, very hard to reach a customer service representative. They promise to call you back, but never do. In many cases, the only choice is to ask for a manager. That doesn't work in most of the time as well. They will put you on hold, essentially forever.

Checking online shows that lots of folks have problems with ACCC. The Better Business Bureau gives ACCC a rating of F, the lowest possible rating.

If you have a choice, do not "Drive With The Eagle". Try GEICO or Nationwide.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It has been 4 weeks since their insured hit me. I finally got a written claim and was able to drop off my truck for repairs. Now need info on rental no call back. I have called, my husband has called we have emailed....still nothing. Both the dealer and car rental place said they were the worst company to deal with...they were not lying. Veronica Gonzales is my adjustor. Neither her nor the supervisor return calls. I will be returning the rental tomorrow because I am not going to be inconvenienced any more than I already have by this company. This company is completely unprofessional and unrealistic. They treat you as if they are the victim and have a conspiracy theory that body shops are charging for sanding, buffing, and polishing in Austin because they didnt do work right the first time. I had a claim adjuster tell me that polishing was a covered cost as a standard for repairs, which is true in any instance when your vehicle is in an accident, it requires sanding, buffing and polish. Otherwise, you will simply have a painted over scratch that will be visible. In the minds of this company, they believe this is the right way. Beware, this company will stick you with the bill when they decline to pay for this cost with your repair shop. This could cost you $100's of dollars if not $1000. My suggestion, record everything, document everything and prepare for a battle. I'm filing a compliant with the Texas Department of Insurance which they are obligated to investigate this company. Suggest many others do the same that have fell victim to this con artist company.

I found out by the other person's company that they already assume total fault,they were already fixing the other person's car without my statement and pictures. It has been nothing but push the can down the road kinda business first they didn't have our phone number correct then all the adjusters on vacation, now the car was possibly stolen so they will not cover it. But is going to wait 30 days to give me a answer so I have to wait before I can start my claim with my insurance company. Very unprofessional I even paid and emailed the PDF of the police report and driver incident report to them to speed up thre process...They told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get the report I got it within 10 minutes.
So now we are down to one car until they to us....We work more than 30 miles from home.

I was hit by an ACCC driver. After seeing the reviews on Google I was really worried having to deal with them but to my surprise all went very smoothly. It was the other drivers fault, I had witnesses and a police report that showed the other drivers fault. I got a payment after a few weeks and was only $200 less than what I originally paid for the vehicle.
It was a very open and shut case so maybe thats why it went so smoothly.

so i'm a current holder of accc insurance and i just want anyone who's thinking about getting insured through this company to understand what they are truly like. i also want to point out before i start that when you call and the automated machine says your a valued customer that's a lie. so im posting this during the covid-19 pandemic . right now i am one of the millions of people who has lost their job . even worse i was put on furlough so i cant even collect unemployment. fun right? well accc was so gracious to give me a 10 day extension i guess they forgot that it takes more than 10 days to find a new job and get paid... anyway so the first time i called they said not to worry about paying my insurance. then i started getting the letters. even though they said not to worry about it (this was in march)... so i got one that said they were going to cancel my policy i'm like... what that's not what your employee said. so i called . and at this point is april 23 my next payment is tomorrow. i paid the 230 i didn't know i had to pay and now another 230 is due tomorrow. so i called and was like whats going on and asked for a manager because the employee wasn't helpful . she told me there were no managers available... so i hung up and called right back. the next lady i talked to transferred me directly to a manager... ok so now im being lied to. then the manager was saying i understand your situation but our policy blah blah. like no obviously you don't understand. so i asked for her manager. the managers manager. and it went straight to voicemail. so i left my name and number. its been an hour and he still hasn't called back. like i get that you have to get some money but considering insurance companies are making 2 billion dollars extra in profit a month because nobody's driving and considering other insurance companies are actually giving their customers money back because they know its wrong to take and profit off the backs of people who are literally starving i think accc at the very least could lower peoples payments. i just want everyone to know how this company treats their clients during crisis. its pretty pathetic . also some of the companies that have given money back to their clients are, geico, farmers insurance, allstate, liberty mutual, nationwide, progressive, state farm, usaa, and many more. just giving you guys some options. also @ ACCC this is why you will never be a major company

The adjuster told me that he needed to confirm the facts of the accident with his driver, that's understandable so I waited like a week. then he called me saying that they accepted liability and 5 days later I got my check. same experience I had with Farmers Insurance 6 years ago. so I guess it was ok. I don't think you expect much of a claim regardless of the insurance company.

Sheer incompetence. Not only will they not cover their insured despite a police report clearly stating he was not controlling his speed when he destroyed my grandmother's parked car, they cannot even do something as simple as mailing or faxing a denial of coverage letter to her insurance so that her uninsured/underinsured coverage can take over. The adjuster takes SIX DAYS to respond to voicemails despite her recorded assurance that all voicemails are responded to by the next business day. I have filed a complaint with the Texas insurance commission and will do everything in my power to expose this joke of a company.

Everytime I call theres a different reason why my claim has not moved forward after 3 months!!! I've left voicemails and never get a call back. Same experience as everyone else. After a month of dodging my calls they (Maria Anaya & Company) found their insured not at fault. Claimed the accident was avoidable. It was avoidable had their driver used the light at the intersection instead of pulling out of a parking lot and attempting to cross 3 lanes of oncoming traffic during rush hour. BBB Rates them an F and i couldn't agree more. I followed the BBB's advice and filled a formal complaint with TDI. I hope this brings about some sort of resolve.

How i wish i can give 0.001 star. Very bad and horrible insurance company, no wonder 99.9% of people gave 1 star, shame!. So on Saturday 4th of August my car was parked at the parking lot in my apartment. How ACCC insurance policy holder ran into my car i have no idea. Thankfully, someone called the police (may be the driver or someone else i don't know) but incident report was left at my dashboard. On Monday i called ACCC and explained what happened to them and gave them the incident case number. The lady i spoke with was asking me what happened and other silly and crazy question, i was like, i just told you i was not there that i found police report on my dashboard. About 2 weeks later i didn't hear anything from them and i called again, i was told to take my car to an adjuster which i did. Today the 30th of August i called them again since i haven't hear from them. The lady i spoke with told me, we have not receive incident report from the police and our policy holder wouldn't answer the phone. So i asked, does it take that long to get police report and what if your policy holder never answer the phone? She said in that case we will dismissed the case. I was like you are kidding! I ask to speak with the supervisor, she transferred me but no one answer the phone even after i called 3 times and to get someone on the phone it takes at least 25-30 mins. I left a message for the supervisor, i am going to sue them, they will definitely pay for the law suit and pay for my car at the same time. Please don't even take their policy for free. Bad company, poor customer service. Terrible!

Okay so I'm not usually one to post a review but seeing all these negative reviews I felt necessary too. I was hit by a driver insured with ACCC right before new years. It was their fault and they took full blame. Information was exchanged, pictures taken but no police. After the weekend I called and filed a claim. 2 days later a representative from accc called me and checked out my story. He said within 2 days I would get a call from an adjuster that will come out and look at my vehicle. That same day a couple hours later I got a call from the adjuster and we scheduled a day for him to come out. Everything went as planned they came out and took pictures of my damages. 3 days after that I got a call with a statement for my repairs and was told I would get my check by the weekend. I received my check today and I am very happy. When I first read the reviews of this insurance I really thought I was screwed. I'm not sure if I was one of the lucky ones or not but they really took care of me and settled everything fast, even without a police report. The statement came out to $1300 and they will pay for any hidden expenses as well as rental car. Todd Schaffer was my representative and walked me thru the entire process. He was very kind and helpful as was the adjuster which name was Carlos I believe. Anyways if you are hit by someone with this insurance it might not be the end of the world. My experience was effortless. I have a 2014 Cruze insured by Allstate, incase that means anything for anyone.

I called the police and filed a report and even had a pic of his truck with yellow paint on the back of it from backing into me and the drive thru sign but nope they still said oh we are denying your claim because he said you hit him. I don t care what he said I have physical evidence that I didnt plus a police report stating he hit me. Oh and when I called they also asked for my insurance name I asked why and they said they just wanted on file yet less than a minute after giving my info I get a call from my insurance stating that it s been reported to them that I ve been in a accident.

My husband and I were in a accident with one of their clients. She rear ended us and assume full responsibility. It took ACCC a month to repair our vehicle. During the accident we both suffered injuries. The personal injury department are rude and nasty.It took six months for them to settle. They offered one amount but to my own fault I did not read the fine print because they deducted the medical expenses that they are responsible for from our settlement. Get a Attorney don't deal with these crooks because they are not fair. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to deal with these people. Honestly they don't deserve any stars

This insurance company is unprofessional, inconsiderate, lies about returning calls, management is garbage... I WOULD NOT conduct business with a company that fails to even communicate with customers. I have been waiting for a follow-up call for over 2-3 months now. I have left several messages for supervisors (2) with no call back for over a month almost two. I have left a message through "customer service" who claimed they emailed a supervisor... still nothing. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

As I was trying to find a company that would repair my car, two of them told me that they do not work with ACCC because they do not pay the claims. I agreed to receive a check to reimburse me for the expenses but 6 month later the check still did not arrive. They refuse to communicate through email therefore there is no paper trail for the process. They also told me that the check will not be issued in my name but on the leasing company therefore I should find a way to endorse a check even when my car was leased with an out of town company. Very disappointed in the process.

Worst company in history. If you have to deal with them its best to just have your insurance go after them or just sue. Also GET A POLICE REPORT or the will try and deny the claim. What a fruad place of business. Their insured ran a red right totalling my vehicle, they only took 70% responsibility for her RUNNING A RED LIGHT. My Adjuster Laura Rendon was the worst she never returned my phone calls and tried to avoid dealing with the claim as much as possible so unprefessional. Im out of so much money because of this company and their insured but do they care no, they only do whats best for the company. 4 months later Im still dealing with them. File a claim with the Texas department of insurance as I did and lets get them shut down. That is what this company deserves.

She was at fault but wasn t listed on the policy and the policy holder didn t have coverage for passengers if the wreck wasn t in GA. I had to fight to get a settlement offered. They are rude and slow. They tried to deny the claim. Just waiting on the check no.

I'll just repeat what everyone else is saying...worst insurance company on the planet, hands down....and now I'll wait for their automated reply..."our goal...please feel free to fill out....blah, blah". I was at the airport in the passenger pickup lane. My lane was directed to pull forward as cars before us had left, so as we're pulling forward the guy in the lane to my left opened his car door INTO the SIDE of my car and took the panel off starting in the middle of the front driver's side tire. Runaround for weeks....finally sent for an estimate and then they informed us that I was 70% at fault. When I called, they said it was my responsibility to be "aware of my surroundings".... When I asked how I was supposed to "be aware" when he opened his door INTO my car after I was already passing....they simply said they determined that I was to blame. Then when we called to at least get the estimate so we could get the car repaired in the meantime, they wouldn't give it to us saying that this was their policy since the claim was denied. will definitely be pursuing this.

The worst Insurance company ever. You have to constantly follow up with them every 2 hours or they forget and nothing gets done.

Horrible customer service. They lie to you, then when you call back, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing; so it's very inconsistent. Make sur you keep notes of every phone call including the time and who you spoke to.

My insurer was already closed for the day, so the dealership suggested that I get a policy with this company. It was the WORST decision I made that day! After my insurer opened the next day, I got the policy I wanted with MY insurer, and cancelled the policy with ACCC in hopes of getting my transaction reversed. In a nutshell, this unethical, immoral, smudge of a company told me that refunds take 30-35 business days to process refunds!! Never again will I ever consider this sleezy, low-down company for anything!!

Both my husband and our Insurance company has reached out to ACCC with no luck. My husband did get to speak with someone at the local office in Houston, and the guy there didn t want to hear his story or even validate that the insurance was current. He didn t even seem to care about us or the fact that their customer hit our vehicle.

Scam. Their driver made a left hand turn into the side of my car and received 2 tickets from DPS. That was 4 weeks ago. After weeks of not returning calls, they now claim - as usual - they cannot get ahold of their driver. I will be filing on my insurance and filing a complaint with TDI. I just received a letter from this insurance company and it lists me as claimant for an accident in December 2015, there are two names listed under insured person and driver. I have no idea who these people are, I did not have an accident in december, nor have I ever even heard of this insurance company. I am very concerned that someone is stealing my information now, especially after seeing all these reviews. I am trying to get a hold of them and the run around is ridiculous. Not sure how this insurance company is still open. I was also rear ended by a policy holder of theirs (like many other reviewers) and would leave voicemails and emails with the person handling my case with no response. This went on for more than 2 weeks. Finally called really early at 8AM and she answered. Proceeded to tell me the policy holder who hit me has not responded and hasn't given an accident report. Therefore, they can't prove he hit me (even though I had a witness and another person involved in the accident) and that it'd be much easier for my insurance to cover it! I told her I'd be getting legal help if they weren't going to cover my repairs. I finally contacted the company that issued the policy and let them know the issue. All of the sudden I hear from the person who hits me apologizing and saying he turned in the report. I called the person handling my case and she said there was no submission. She finally "finds" it the next week. I do eventually get a check of $2,550 for my car because they declared it totaled. I think that they are taking advantage of people. I don't believe that the person who hit me knew how sketchy this company was. He barely spoke any English and was very sweet and wanted to cooperate. I think it's odd that so many people who have been hit by their policy holder have issues. BEWARE of this company. I reported them to the BBB and will be doing so to the Texas Department of Insurance.
