They insured someone who did not have a driver's license and she is listed on the policy. I don't see how they can insure someone who does not have a valid drivers license. She rear ended my car and it was a total loss. I have injuries to my head, left eye, left shoulder and arm and kneecap. No one will answer the phones....what a joke. I already sent letter to BBB and sending pics of policy and the accident. I will continue to fight them in court... They deserve negative stars....you should not have to leave a positive star!
