We did the astronauts training experience. It was a little cheesy. But staff was very friendly
Had a day out with the family and fully enjoyed the day. Great to see all the rockets and I must complement our bus driver who took us on our tour for his wealth of knowledge. Something for all ages and were still trying to work how the shuttle simulator worked. Great to be able to take our snacks in with us and we followed the advice to get there for opening time. Hope you have a great day.
did not live upto expectation....being one if the worlds biggest technological centers, all it had to offer were some videos, still exhibits, shops and eatery... was expecting to see the actual modules, working and some techology that goes into it....nothing....however being lauch day, they were offering 1/2 price tickets that makes the visit ok
Great day out so much to take in need more than a day
It was very interactive and it was great fun for all the family
Great experience! Definitely need an all day or even two days to see and interact with everything.
This whole place was amazing. One day was not long enough.
Awesome time with our family, loved every exhibit espectially the bus tour to the launch pads and the Challenger/space shuttle experience. Highly recommended while in Cape Canaveral Canaveral FL.
I'm going on Fri day and this place is awesome You should really good
Amazing experience, so happy I was able to come here. The tour was absolutely incredible, showcasing the incredible accomplishments NASA, Space X, and other companies have done with space travel. Seeing the vehicle assembly building, LC 39A was an incredible experience. The bus drivers are very dedicated to their jobs.
(Warning loud sounds) it was fun thou great for all kids parents any one there is wheelchairs accessible entry
Loved the Atlantis space shuttle exhibit and the bus tour to the launchpad.
Awsome
We never get tired of this amazing rocket launchs
The staff are very friendly, they work hard to provide best experience
Spacex and NASA, congratulations for Crew1 launch
What an adventure this was! Our tour guide John was knowledgeable and kind! He had funny little tales from Astronauts that went along with some of the artifacts. We enjoyed a clean unpacked park. The shuttle Atlanis was an amazing sight! Something everyone should see!
Amazing facility for learning about the US space program.
Well done! A visit is worth it. Good multimedia preparation of the topics. Very theatrical but coherent.
I do not recommend it for people who do not understand Inlges.
There's only 1 thing to say about this place. Absolutely Amazing!. If you're ever close be sure and go . You want to be prepared to spend the entire day. My wife and I were there for almost 10 hours. It wasn't crowded and all of the staff is great. We will definitely come back again.
Nice place to visit, so much closed. Happy they were giving free pass for next year.
This place is a complete embodiment of the real American strides to reach for the stars. It cost about $60 for each adult to get in, im addition to the $10 parking fee. Everything adds up real wuick but it is a mist see for all humans
This was an amazing trip! Only thing wrong with Kennedy space center is that I wish they would have done better caring about the safety of there guest. Your employees work hard to make sure the screen people coming in but you did nithing to enforce the rules once inside. People were not practising proper social distancing niether were the employees. Kennedy you shouldn't be doing large group tours of the facility and of you do make certain tour times and make your employees follow the markings on the floor. Other than that is was amazing hand sanitizer every where and not too crowded. I'm glad we got the deal for free tickets in 2021. We will be going back.
Visitors beware - we were stuck in the car waiting to get in for over an hour. Really frustrating. Plenty of space in the lot when we got in, only two booths open to deal with the huge line of cars. Please bear this in mind with the reduced open hours.
Amazing to see the launch sites, don t mistake this for a full blown amusement park. The information coming your way might throw some people off, we did it with a 1y 2y and 4y old and it was amazing, just bring their and your focus to the overall picture and (sadly) let some of the detailed information pass by. We had a blast!
Great place for the family. Last time I was there was nearly 10 years ago in 2009. Since that time KSC updated the area quite a bit. Very clean. Lots of new things to look at, interact with and learn about. The extra ticket for 2021 is a great consolation to the limitations due to COVID. Was still a great time.
Really worth a visit, there is so much to see, one day quickly disappears.
A great day, take enough time and book activities in advance. Otherwise it may happen that this is no longer possible on site.
Good location for family outing. Preferred to do the guided bus tour as it is very informative and has more stops than regular tour.
If you love space and have a thirst for the interstellar, I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary. There is so much to do, you cannot see everything in a single day. The tour should be the first thing you do as it will shuttle you to the Apollo/Saturn building and you will be there for couple hours exploring and taking everything in. The Atlantis building is also a must see - they have the Atlantis there for you to see and it is just incredible.
Breath taking. So much to do and see. Worth the drive from Orlando... The bus tour was amazing, the drivers are very knowledgeable. Must see!!!
Really very interesting place to visit.. want to visit again and watch a rocket launch.
I had a really great time. I loved the bus tours and the lunch with an astronaut. The food was amazing! It was a very great day.
definitely the best Space center out there in the United States as well as the most informed and comprehensive visitor center
Great place to visit. Family or what ever. Lots of interesting stuff.
Very clean and safe got to see the space shuttle atlantis highly recommend seeing a launch
Our visit to Kennedy Space Center (KSC) was a stellar experience.
The only downside was that entry is set at $57 each for adults. That said, after seeing the scale of the KSC operations (constant bus tours, video exhibits, etc.), it makes sense, but it is a fairly high barrier of entry.
However, the day we had at KSC was incredible. My absolute favorite part is how much they encourage you to take and share pictures, compared to many museums and tours that bar you from taking photos, period.
We arrived a little late in the day due to an unforeseen incident in the morning, so we immediately hopped on a bus tour to see what we could. The buses were constantly coming in, so the wait (even in a line of 50+ people) was actually very short. The tour itself took about 45 minutes, and we got to see both NASA's and SpaceX's launch operations, which was an unparalleled experience; after the tour, we got off at a separate complex.
Here, we got to see some video presentation exhibits and go through the actual launch command center used during the Apollo 8 mission, which was very, very cool. We then got a break to walk off and do our own thing, in a large hall with a fully operational Saturn 5 rocket and some exhibits about the first moon landing.
The food selection in this area was not great; it was a little pricey and fairly standard taste-wise, but that's more or less expected of this kind of establishment.
After we finished there, we took a bus back to the main complex and we took a look at Atlantis and some other exhibits (like the prototype Mars rover). Because of our shortened day, we did not see any of the IMAX movies or anything, but we still got to see a LOT of things. One thing we found especially interesting was the various explanations of how much life on Earth has been affected by space travel, in terms of new inventions and political outcomes.
Every exhibit was well crafted and all of it was worth seeing. Absolutely recommend this to anyone with an interest in space, aeronautics, history, or just science and technology in general. It's a one-of-a-kind experience that you won't find anywhere else in the world.
The movies and videos throughout the exhibits were educational and inspiring. Although activities and some exhibits were closed, there was still alot to learn. Must see Atlantis and at least one of the Imax movies.
This place is like no other, there are no words to describe Kennedy Space Center.
We had a woderful time. It was just a shame that half of the attractions were closed
Passionate or not by the space conquest a place to visit obligatorily
Very nice place to learn and see more about the work and life of NASA.
You see a lot stuff of the Apollo moon project and the Space shuttle.
It is very cold inside, caused by the AC. Take a jacket with you!
You can see films and good presentations about the apollo moon project.
I missed new project, what is NASA doing today and tomorrow? It was just a Moon project, but not really something for the future...
It would be great tobtest and see what NASA will do and plan next, how they work today, how does the technology look like today compared to the technology of the 60 s?!
Souvenir Shop was filled with cheap souvenirs of (mostly) bad quality...
Improve the future story telling, improve the products in the merchandise stores and give us a forecast screen with the scheduled new projects! We want to be fan of this projects!
You can buy things cash or with very old school magstripe payment?! - NASA, really?!
Very nicely done. Especially the Apollo rocket and space shuttle display/experience.
Way too many people to effectively social distance. I did not feel comfortable.
Awesome place to visit. Spent entire day here, would have loved to had another day here. Absolute favorite part was meeting Astronaut John Blaha. He gave a man to man speech to my 14 year old about life. Awesome!
I have visited Kennedy Space center visitor complex twice now and this is a must visit attraction. Great exhibits, imax movies are a must watch and the bus tours to the launch site can't be missed.
This is one place for full family entertainment. Do make sure to keep at least 6-8 hours for your visit and it does get crowded over the weekends.
Love it here. Price for the annual pass was a bargain.
Seeing up close where rockets are made and getting to know a little more about the history of this bunch of crazy people with bills and technology made me even believe that the man really stepped on the moon :)
We loved this place because there were so many things to look at and learn about. I thought I knew everything there was to know about space travel, well it turns out I knew hardly anything. There was so much that I didn t know, that I will have to go back many more times to keep myself up to date and knowledgeable on this subject. I look forward to my next visit to Kennedy Space Station, where things are presented in factual and FUN ways. Didn t even get into the IMEX theatre but next time I will.
What a great Florida experience. From touring the launch pads to close up inspection of shuttles and rockets. Our kids - three teens and one pre-teen enjoyed it as there are many things to do. Food is expensive but imax and other movies and simulators are included. Highly, highly recommended.
Acceptable, I expected more for the price paid. It is expensive for what you get
I've been wanting to visit this place since I was a little kid and was finally able to go at the age of 25! (I live in Idaho, so it can't just be a day trip for me haha!) It was everything I was expecting and more. I definitely got a bit teary eyed when I reached the memorial part of the center.
Not all shows were available even with limited guest allowed in
Excellent facilities with mostly indoor exhibits with rocket garden being outside!! Great movies, staff was very friendly and gift store was impressive. ATLANTIS shuttle was awesome. We arrived at 10 and left about 2:30. Some things were closed due to COVID-19, but a must do if you are in the area.
There is A LOT to do at the Kennedy Space Center. I learned a lot and had a nice time. There are so many items you can see up close and many shows to see. I liked the bus tour to the launch pad and to see them in person is an incredible experience. I just wish our driver wasn't sick because he kept hacking into the microphone...a little gross.
My kids love NASA Kennedy Space Center we have a great day.
Fantastic! Incredible! I was a bit doubtful about what an exhibition could give me, but a whole day was almost over. There are plenty of attractions, organized and yet flexible programs, active and passive shows. It would be a pity to detail who can only look at it once. Worth it!
(If the gps did not accidentally enter the Kennedy Space Center, but the Visitor Complex, the first one is an 80-mile dive tour ... Experience )
