I was in a car that was rear ended by thier insured father and I was hurt. The insured called in to ACCC insurance and they accepted liability. But I am unable to move the claim forward to resolution as I cannot get in touch with the assigned personal injury rep.

Her voicemail said my call we'll be returned in 24 BUSINESS hours which is equal to 3 business days!

I just want to have my claim resolved!

My claim was finally resolved after 5 and a half months!
