I had a great experience with them as there was a problem with my order, which I was emailed about very quickly and suggested an alternative. I emailed them back that I would like the alternative and it was dispatched the next day!! It arrived a day later and it is amazing quality for the price I paid. Very friendly staff and very good prices!! Would definitely recommend!!

Currently waiting for a refund, they have acknowledged that they have received the phone back and that I'm due a refund in my bank account by 17th Dec 2018 - I will update this feedback advising whether or not I received the refund.
Outline of issue:
- Ordered Goods 11th Nov 2018
- Received goods on 13th Nov 2018 there was a defect, I contacted the company via email as I could not get through via chat or phone
- Received email from company asking to return goods
- 15th Nov 2018 returned goods to QMF
- QMF receive returned goods on 17th Nov
- since that date numerous emails sent and managed to get through to online chat once!
- Eventually on 28th Nov they agreed to refund - take 10-14 working days. My gut feel is that they either wont refund by 17th (they will add another delaying tactic) or they will leave it to the last day to pay.
Overall feedback.
I'm very disappointed with the overall service due to the following reasons:
1) I did not receive goods fit for purpose (Goods received were in an unsatisfactory condition)
2) Poor customer service
3) Not answering phones
4) Chat off line more than it is on line, and when you get through the person at the other end responds to you before you press return - which indicates they can see what people are writing live - but we cannot see what they are writing until you press return - that's unacceptable and smacks of underhandedness, as a result the chat was disjointed until I pointed this out to the agent, then and only then did they do me the courtesy of allowing me to finish before they responded - rude behaviour not impress at all.
5) Not responding to specific questions - standard responses sent until I said that I will start legal proceeding unless I receive a refund - leading to the next point
6) Delaying tactics: standard responses sent, not answering specific questions, leading to the next point!
7) Lengthy Refund process in this day & age of technical advancement it should not take them 10-14 working days to process refunds, it should only take a few days to refund, other companies that are not clued up to technology manage to refund within 5 - 10 working days. Considering they are using a secured provider to process payments they should also have refund mechanism in place too.
13th Dec 2018: In response to Quick Mobile Fix response - in previous emails you have already said you will review the order (numerous times), no need to review, you have agreed to refund, so I would prefer you just get on and refund me my money, its a lot of money that can ill afford to lose - so I will pursue the matter until I have it back, so just stop dilly dallying around and refund me my money!
14/12/2018 approx. 16:40: Still no sign of a refund they have until Monday 17th Dec to give me my money back, if I don't have the funds in my account by 12 noon on Monday, I will be contacting my bank, trading standards, and start legal proceedings I have been looking into CCJ and its look quite straightforward. Also it appears that there is an option to raise 'an order to obtain information' and if they disobey the court order it can carry a prison sentence - quite interesting. The Citizens advice web site is very helpful.
17/12/2018 16:31; No refund given, I have contacted citizens advice and raised a complaint, they will contact trading standards on my behalf.
I was advised to wait until tomorrow morning, before I take further action, because QMF will be in breach of contract if they fail to refund me by midnight 17th Dec (due to the fact i have an email from them on Nov 28th that states they will give me a refund), after that they are in breach of contract (i.e. they failed to refund me within the time period) and if they don't resolve in a reasonable time then it can be considered a criminal offence. Please if you are having problems with refunds or not receiving goods from this company - contact trading standards even if you get your money back via credit card, bank or pay-pal etc. the more people that genuinely complain they will more than likely investigate QMF

I phoned them and told them that I m not going to repair it and asked them to send it back . However, its been 10 days and I still haven't received the phone. In the advertisement they say we can repair your phone within 24 to 48 hours. They could not send the phone without reparing it within 10 days. Its not reliable. I definitely not recommend them.

We bought a phone from this company in July 2017- first one didn t work properly, returned it to be fixed, returned to us eventually and still didn t work! Agreed to send a new phone which never turned on!!! Refusing to refund our money! After around 100 emails they agreed to refund us in December which we received at the end of January but not full amount! It has been extremely stressful dealing with them! Customer service is non existent!

I presume I'm banging my head off a brick wall here and asked them one last time to do the honourable thing...Its very handy that it took them over two weeks to tell me this when it says 24 to 48 hour services. Dreadful.

Overall I would rate quickmobilefix well. I sent in a phone to repair its charging port, and had to provide extra instructions since I could not wipe the phone before it lost power. They followed these well. While I did have to chase to get the repair done, it was easy enough getting hold of someone (via email) and they did explain that they had high volumes due to the bank holiday. They then managed to turn around the repair quickly. The repair worked and there were no secondary issues which has happened with high-street vendors. I would use them again.

I'v used Quick Mobile Fix for 3 repairs and they've been fantastic everything done spot on and very quick but i'v also bought 2 Iphone and an Ipad all reconditioned and they've came back immaculate and in perfect working condition infact they look brand new and after 2 years of my 4 year old granddaughter dropping and playing about with it the Iphone it still has no problems at all. I'v recommended QMF to loads of people and i know quite a few have used them without any problems. Brilliant company to deal with.

The phone arrived very quickly and was as described. It now has a Virgin Media SIM in it.works well. When I compared prices to he high street prices Quick Mobile Fix were much lower. I share the same opinion of this company as other people. I bought a refurbished phone from them at the end of August, the touch screen wasn't working properly so I took it back to them. On the day I took it back it also wouldn't charge. That was three weeks ago they haven't contacted me to give any updates. I have emailed them twice and the only reply I get is "The phone is with their technicians". I haven't been given any indication of when I might see the phone again. It's obvious that my son won't have his phone over Christmas.
The warranty doesn't currently seem worthwhile having.

Phone was dispatched after the 10 days. I purchased a Grade A bundle. Phone looked in mint condition and all seemed great.

However joy was short-lived as the home button on the phone did not work and more importantly the phone would not notify of incoming calls.

Returned the phone in the post and have now waited another 10 days to get a response as to whether the phone will be replaced or refunded. Communication is dire. You cannot get through on the phone and no one in a position to do anything gets back to follow up the emails, despite daily assurances.

There is nothing 'quick' about Quick Mobile Fix and I feel I have just wasted weeks dealing with this company and tying my money up.

I looked on line and found QMF and got a quote for repair which was very attractive, and which I was pleased to accept. Within minutes I received a postage free label by email and I posted the Ipad same day, I received it back 4 days later fully repaired and as good as new. Granddaughter now a happy bunny again

Currently still dealing with this shambles of a company! Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy s7 edge and it took just under two weeks to arrive. When I received the phone it was jailbroke/rooted and after a few hours of usage it shut down and would not reboot. So I've returned it and I am waiting for a refund which is proving difficult because of the awful customer service. No one and I mean no one ever answers the phone and when your sending emails the responses take at least a day and when they do reply the responses are generic automated ones and from different people every time. AVOID!!!!!!

It came, the screen was unresponsive. Returned it and said I want my money back. I'm not really one for leaving reviews, but i'm not hugely happy with the service i received.

For a start, communication is fairly slow. but the main issue was the "repair" or lack thereof.

The phone i sent in was an old handset of my bosses. It had been in my drawer for over 2 years and as such, neither of us knew the iCloud details. The problem with the phone was that it wasn't booting up. I understand the protocol of Quick Mobile Fix is that they need the iCloud info to test the handset but when the phone physically isn't turning on, if they just got it to a stage where it turned on, I would have personally deemed that as fixed. But after a week of having it, i was told they couldn't do ANYTHING without the iCloud info.

To me, this just seems a tad obtuse. But it is what it is...

I have changed my review from 5 star to 1 star.

We have ordered 3 phones from this company. All 3 were in excellent condition and we were very happy.

One of my daughter's dropped her phone and damaged it and over the next few weeks it stopped working. We sent it back to see if it was worth fixing it (or we would buy a new one) but in the 2 months since we have had nothing back apart from about once a week they say they will get back to us within 24 hours, we then hear nothing else till we email again.

We just want the phone back so we can try elsewhere, I've looked at the reviews and respond on Twitter and this looks like a common occurrence.

Happy with my refurbished, second hand iPhone from Quick Mobile Fix, which is in excellent condition. It arrived quickly, and was easy to set up. It is not much different to having a brand new phone, except the finger touch does not work, which was clearly written in the phone description when purchasing. I feel I am not only saving money, but contributing to less carbon footprint in buying second hand. The phone also comes with a year guarantee, so there is really no need to buy a brand new phone. I would only trust Quick Mobile Fix to get a phone from, and no where else. Lots of choice and really affordable. Highly recommend.

Really, really disappointed with the service from Quick Mobile Fix. I think this is my first review ever of a business, but I feel people should be wary and I should explain my experience. I waited a month for my phone. I would constantly receive emails saying they "regret my delivery can't be made" and pushed the dispatch date back time and time again. I was without a phone for a month and run my own business. I wanted to cancel the order but as it takes 14 days to process a return, it wasn't feasible to buy another one in the interim. I would suggest eBay to anyone looking to purchase a new phone.

Do not use this company. I ordered an iphone and received no indication it was going to be delivered late until I chased. However, even after i chased i was promised it would be dispatched. However, still no delivery.
My suggestion is if you have not recieved your product call your bank immediately and raise a dispute. Quick mobile fix gave the excuse stating my mobile was going through testing. Not sure how they can be testing this for three weeks. Companies such as these need to be shut down. What they will do is hold your cash for as long as possible. Furthermore after looking at the company i noticed they were based in ilford. This area alone can be a dogey part of london so there is no surprises I have experienced issues with my order.

Don t even consider using Quick mobile fix!!! Absolutely nothing quick about them. I ordered my son a phone a week before his birthday, after I d paid I got an email to say orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days. If I d have known this, I d have shopped elsewhere. After 10 working days (almost 3 weeks with bank holidays) I emailed and asked where my order was. I had a response to say there was an issue with quality control. I asked if anyone was going to bother telling me had I not emailed to chase to just keep getting the response please accept our apologies .
I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, which itself takes 14 working days to process (still waiting) I then went on eBay and used a trade company on there which had better quality phones for the same price and 12 month warranty...and it came the next day! I d advise anyone considering using this joke of a company to do the same as I did, use eBay. Sent this company my iPhone recently for repair as the battery was faulty and needed replacing. Phone was duly returned but still had the same problem. Sent it back to them and after nearly 3 weeks they returned it, unfortunately it still had the same problem, ie battery was discharging in few hours with very little use.
It was obvious they hadn t fitted a new battery so I took it to an authorised Apple repair centre who confirmed that the battery hadn t been replaced.


Have now been to CAB who have put me in touch with Ombudsman with a view to going to small claims court. Looking through reviews on here there seems to be lots of unhappy customers, I would advise avoiding this company like the plague

Sent my phone in October 17th 2019 for diagnostic. had a response November 5th and paid for the diagnosed repair. They should have reduced the cost of the repair by the cost of the diagnostic but didn't-still waiting for the refund. I email customer services regularly to find out what is happening with my phone as it is now Jan 10th their last response on 2nd Jan. "Please be aware that diagnostics is non -refundable service" no mention of the phone.

Ordered 17th December. Still not received. I'm not really sure what to do next. Quick fix not responding to my emails.....after finally receiving an email to say you would be in touch shortly .... Still not happened. I just want my money back now ! Since writing this review I still haven't received my order and still haven't received my money back. Today's date is 160119 .a month on. I have had so many emails saying my order is just being finalised. Then another email saying it takes 30 days to process refund...... I actually don't care anymore. I've emailed back to say do whatever is easiest for you. Complete order or refund. Don't care

I ve reviewed this company before and wanted to provide an update. I bought a phone from them which was faulty when I received it.
Having sent it back I waited the 14 working days as per their refund policy and no refund arrived.
They then assured me that my refund would be in my bank on or before 30th June 2020. I chased this on 29/06/20 and was told my refund had been processed and would be in my account within 7 working days.
I asked them to give me the date the refund was processed at which point they then said that there had been an issue and my refund would now be processed on or before 22 nd July 2020.
They are full of lies and I have now started proceedings against them via the Small Claims Court. I urge you to spend your money elsewhere and if you re owed money, please take them to Small Claims Court.

Waited the 7 working days for an iPhone 7 to arrive at my address, with zero correspondence from the team and then waited an extra 3-5 days before I had to demand to hear absolutely anything about my order to which I got a pre-written response asking me to wait for an enquiry.

The enquiry claimed the wait was due to delays with quality checking process at the 'factory' and that I STILL had to wait 10 more days for it to be dispatched, let alone for arrival. (totalling 22 days without dispatch)

Having asked for a refund, I was called after 4 days and told that the phone would conveniently be sent to me using Next Day delivery. It has now been 5 days and I am still without the phone... or refund.
I was willing to give the company an opportunity for redemption hence why I agree to the proposal of next day delivery.

However, it is slowly becoming more apparent that customers and the company's service to them is not a priority here. Had these same issues occurred but the correspondence had been professional and sufficiently expressed the issue with sincere apology then perhaps I would have something good to say.

Yet I'm still without the product or my money and with flimsy attempts at apology with little to no action being taken. Would strongly encourage others to look at other options first before giving money to such a company unless you have a lot of spare time to wait.

Used these guys a few times now and they provide a great service and, rather importantly, at great prices.

I did experience bit of a slow turnaround last time, but I believe that was because a bank holiday sat right in the middle of the repair time.

Will definitely use again, try them you won't be disappointed!
