If only I could put minus stars!
Ordered a phone end of November, took over a month to come. Arrived and didn't work, returned and it was so knackered they said they would replace it....waited weeks for it to arrive. It came, the screen was unresponsive. Returned it and said I want my money back. I just keep getting emails saying you returned it out of time, when I call they say yes you are marked for a refund...they delay and delay it and still the emails saying out of time arrival!!!! Have said fine, lets go to court and had an email saying my details had at last been passed to the refund department....received an email this morning (Saturday so I can't speak to them...another of their practices) saying I can have an exchange or they can fix the 2nd broken phone!!! Ive bought a phone months ago as I don't want their rubbish!!
Have told them either refund my money or I'll go through civil court....and I'm confident I will win. I can't stress enough, do not use this company .... 2 plastic cups and a bit of string would work better than the iPhones they sent me.
