Purchased a phone back in September 2020 and have not received the phone nor a Full refund which we requested shortly after not having recieved the item. We were told it would take the usual 10-14 working days for the payment to get back into the account. Still not received anything, in conversation with the bank to resolve the matter. Unfortunately been multiple other people who have been scammed around the same time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
