Appalling. My husband ordered our daughter a phone on the 7th April. We were told it would be dispatched in 7-10 working days. We are now on the 8th May and no phone has arrived. Having asked for a refund we've been told we have to wait another 2 weeks. We will be seeking advice from trading standards and our credit card company. So disappointed by lack of care and communication.
