DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought a secondhand i-phone and it had a malfunctioning keyboard. I am still waiting for the refund nearly 30 days after they received the phone back. They say they will refund within 14 days which is bad enough anyway. I have contacted them by e-mail numerous times and each time they say it is being processed. You cannot get through on the phone. If I don't get refunded within the next day I will raise a paypal dispute.
