Don t even consider using Quick mobile fix!!! Absolutely nothing quick about them. I ordered my son a phone a week before his birthday, after I d paid I got an email to say orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days. If I d have known this, I d have shopped elsewhere. After 10 working days (almost 3 weeks with bank holidays) I emailed and asked where my order was. I had a response to say there was an issue with quality control. I asked if anyone was going to bother telling me had I not emailed to chase to just keep getting the response please accept our apologies .
I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, which itself takes 14 working days to process (still waiting) I then went on eBay and used a trade company on there which had better quality phones for the same price and 12 month warranty...and it came the next day! I d advise anyone considering using this joke of a company to do the same as I did, use eBay. They re actually rated top when you look for best reconditioned phones, wish I d have done that 3 weeks ago and my son would have had his phone in time for his birthday!
