Sent this company my iPhone recently for repair as the battery was faulty and needed replacing. Phone was duly returned but still had the same problem. Sent it back to them and after nearly 3 weeks they returned it, unfortunately it still had the same problem, ie battery was discharging in few hours with very little use.
It was obvious they hadn t fitted a new battery so I took it to an authorised Apple repair centre who confirmed that the battery hadn t been replaced.


Have now been to CAB who have put me in touch with Ombudsman with a view to going to small claims court. Looking through reviews on here there seems to be lots of unhappy customers, I would advise avoiding this company like the plague
