*Order reference ID195568* I purchased a phone in early October as a gift. It took well over 10 working days to be delivered and arrived after it was needed. It was sent back shortly after as it was faulty and I was assured I would have a replacement within 3 working days of receipt. This has not happened. I requested a refund several times and they have all but refused to give it to me. When you call customer services no one ever answers and when you email you get an automated response and then it's pot luck if an actual person responds adequately to your query. Its now the middle of December, no phone, no money no birthday gift and no explanation as to why I'm left with nothing This has to be the worst retail experience I've ever encountered.
