Dont order a phone off this company. I have previously ordered phones off them and found them pleasant to deal with so I ordered a phone early December for my son. As the weeks were passing no phone no emails. After many emails on my behalf they admitted 5 days before Xmas that the phone wouldnt be there in time. I then started the refund process 14 working days and no refund. I was then told by the finance department the 6th of February and still no refund. Very frustrating loads of time wasted and still no further on. If I get my refund that I was promised I will update this post
