Waited the 7 working days for an iPhone 7 to arriv...
Waited the 7 working days for an iPhone 7 to arrive at my address, with zero correspondence from the team and then waited an extra 3-5 days before I had to demand to hear absolutely anything about my order to which I got a pre-written response asking me to wait for an enquiry.
The enquiry claimed the wait was due to delays with quality checking process at the 'factory' and that I STILL had to wait 10 more days for it to be dispatched, let alone for arrival. (totalling 22 days without dispatch)
Having asked for a refund, I was called after 4 days and told that the phone would conveniently be sent to me using Next Day delivery. It has now been 5 days and I am still without the phone... or refund.
I was willing to give the company an opportunity for redemption hence why I agree to the proposal of next day delivery.
However, it is slowly becoming more apparent that customers and the company's service to them is not a priority here. Had these same issues occurred but the correspondence had been professional and sufficiently expressed the issue with sincere apology then perhaps I would have something good to say.
Yet I'm still without the product or my money and with flimsy attempts at apology with little to no action being taken. Would strongly encourage others to look at other options first before giving money to such a company unless you have a lot of spare time to wait.
