Please whatever you do...do not get your mobile phone from this company. They are 100% fraudulent. I ordered an iPhone 7 a while ago, and they stated it would take up to 10 days to arrive ..so 10 working days came and went and nothing , no sign of any phone, no email , no contacts , literally nothing, so I contacted them first by trying to ring them , but apparently (they are not using a phone service anymore,) how convenient for them! ..they claimed to be active on a live chat but when I went onto the live chat the person was just messing around and it literally took me an hour to get an answer to one question about where my phone. I was then told on the live chat that unfortunately there was a delay in my phone being posted to me , but it would be with me within the next five days. I asked them why they did not let me know this, and I did not get a response. Anyway five working days came and went and guess what? Nothing! I then tried to email them, and they state that they will get back to you within 24 hours. So I emailed them and explained that I ve been waiting for this phone for over the specified period of time and if they could explain to me where and when it will be with me , and they then said that they re having delays so it will take another seven working days, I then explained that I wasn t very happy about it , because no one contacted me to let me know , and for a company that claims to have the phone in stock already I don t see why it should be such a problem to get the phone out in the specified time, but anyway seven days came in seven days went , and again nothing ...something dodgy was definitely happening, and so I asked for a refund but they did not respond back to me for 72 hours, and they stated that they will get back to you within 24 hours via email...when they finally respond and I then asked for a full refund they told me it would take a further 14 working days to get a refund back so 14 days came and went , and guess what? ! Nothing ! I then kept emailing them every single day for four days after that and nothing ,no response , they almost seemed to be blocking my emails. I then asked to speak to management and of course didn t hear back. In the end I got my bank to claim the money back on my behalf , and my bank did it straight away , because they realised instantly that this is a fraudulent company and so my bank have now collected the money on my behalf from quick mobile fix. But I have never in my life ever had an experience like this or experienced such bad service from any service provider , it has been the most appalling and most stressful situation I have dealt with when trying to buy a product, and these people are corrupted , and liars. So if I were you , I d think twice before going anyway near this company, do not even attempt to get your phone from this dodgy place especially with Brexit looming you might not find it so easy to get your money back. You have been warned!

The First repair:
Good price
Posting option was much easier than having to sort it out separately.
Received my repaired phone back very quickly, within three days.
Only negative was that the replacement screen didn't fit completely flush into the frame, which I believe contributed to it cracking again around a few months later.
The Second Repair:
Quality of the fix was much better, screen has been fitted very neatly, no problems so far.
Negative: It was over a week between sending it off to receiving it back this time, around twice as long as the previous repair.

Emailing constantly and eventually offered a refund within 14 working days That was on the 15th October. 45 emails later and still no refund. I've been in touch with my bank and a solicitor. AVOID, ABSOLUTE CON MERCHANTS.

On 12th May I bought an iPhone 7 plus, everything seemed fine, so next day I went back onto their website and purchased a wallet. Over 7 weeks later still no wallet, despite several friendly emails enquiring as to delivery date as their promise was 7-10 working days. Yesterday phone fell out of pocket and screen smashed. Exactly the accident I wanted to avoid by buying a completely enclosed wallet. Don't believe wallet is ever going to turn up so now have smashed screen to pay for plus another wallet and no chance of getting my money back. Customer Support still wont respond. I am extremely angry and dissatisfied with Quick Mobile Fix and would certainly not recommend their service. I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 7 (paying for "excellent condition") for my partners birthday on the understanding that it would be sent within 10 working days.

First of all, the phone was not sent within 10 working days and when I contacted Quick Mobile Fix, I was told that the delay was due to "Stringent quality control checks". While I was annoyed that the phone wouldn't arrive for my partner's birthday, I was happy that these checks were being carried out.

Unfortunately, it has become apparent that in fact, these checks were not sufficiently carried out as when the iPhone 7 arrived, we have found multiple defects within 24 hours of using it. The headphone (lightning) port is broken and doesn't recognise when the headphones are plugged in and charging only works intermittently.

I am writing this review as I am trying to phone Quick Mobile Fix to resolve the problem but despite their opening hours, their phones are not being answered (not even voicemail) and I can't reach anyone.

I would strongly advise any potential customers to look elsewhere when looking to purchase a refurbished phone as I feel completely let down by Quick Mobile Fix.

Great process from start to finish, easy to send off and you get updates once they receive your phone and throughout the repair process. Quick repair turnaround time and quick return delivery! Pretty cheap as well, was cheaper to send here than go to my local repair shop.

tl;dr - Avoid at all costs no matter what.

If I was to see Quick Mobile Fix on an episode of Watchdog s Rogue Traders, I would not be surprised.

After reviewing the website, it seemed that QMF was a professional mobile repair company. Services like express repair and local drop off intrigued me due to the fact I lived very close to the site. As I was not sure whether it was the Battery or Charging port that was malfunctioning on my HTC 10, I gave it in to them for a diagnostics check. This was quoted on their website and then in person when I went to physically drop the phone off to be between 4-5 working days . I agreed and at first it all seemed well. The online tracker was updated with details and maybe the day after, a review of the phones condition was entered to show what it was like when I handed it in.

Sadly this was all they did. In total they had my phone for 3 weeks. They gave no updates regarding any further progress of the phone. Their customer service number does not actually call through to anyone which is comical, it just rings constantly (they only answer when you select the dial in option to book a service). Despite this they were relatively faster to reply to any emails I sent. Sadly again the replies were incredibly robotic and always completely and utterly ignored questions I had asked them directly.

Do not believe that you item is being treated as a priority, do not believe they will give you and update later on that day or soon, and do not believe that they are still diagnosing 3 weeks on. In the end I demanded my device back and full refund. This took several emails where they often ignored I had asked for it back. It helped that I was local so I could pick it up in person. My device was exactly the same as when I handed it, the only thing they had done was take off the screen protector.

Would give 0.5 stars if I could because one of the only positives from the experience was that they were actually very quick at returning my refund (one I thought I would have to continuously chase them for).

Please just avoid. This is a DANGEROUS waste of time and money.

Purchased and paid for a refurbished iphone 5S on the 6th July, (order reference ID64836) but it was not delivered until the 22nd July, 16 days later. I did however want another similar phone for a family member, but obviously wished to avoid the lengthy delivery delay, so with some reservation, ordered and paid for another iphone 5S.

This experience was completely different. Again the phone was pristine and appeared to work fine, but on this occasion, ordered on the Thursday and delivered to my home on the Monday. Excellent service, really first class. An 'as new' iphone was obtained, considerably cheaper than many other places and it was delivered very speedily and without issue. Really pleased and recommended to others.

I bought a used iPhone 5S (order 51213). The site specifically states that Touch ID, along with a bunch of other features, work because they've done a lot of checks on the phones. However, the Touch ID does not work.

When I reported this and sent them screenshots as proof, they gave me instructions on how to repair it - these didn't work. Then they asked me to send it back for repair (which could take up to a week). Because I do not want to be without a phone for a week, I asked them to give me a partial refund instead. They refused and offered to rent out a phone to me (expensive and has a massive deposit required).

I am really not happy with this result - paid for a fully functioning phone, but did not receive one. I want to come to an easy resolution - partial refund - but they are refusing.

I sold a Samsung galaxy s8 to QMF. They received the phone on the 13th March and a few days after the phone was checked and passed. A week went by and I still didn't receive any money so I decided to call them. After spending hours trying to get a hold of them I finally managed to get through. Talking to the advisor he said "the phone is all cheked and the payment will be processed on April 1st", its now 11th and I haven't seen a penny of the money I was promised. Is this the "fast payments" they claim on their website, I am ANGRY and DISGUSTED by this company, even today I can't get them on the phone, the phone rings and rings but nothing. I really would not advise anyone to sell the this company.

I made contact via email and was told 24 hours till despatch, then the next day when no despatch came it was 72 hours till despatch, left it over the weekend and now again today it was "prioritised this but have to do all our safety checks" (which makes no sense!) and still with no despatch. Having paid via paypal I will now initiate a claim for the funds to be reversed immediately as there is no reason for this level of poor service and lack of product or despatch notification. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY if you actually want a phone that you've paid for, or if you expect them to pick up the phone and answer customers whose money they have taken in good faith. How they are still operating is beyond me...

Have attempted to contact them several times since the 3rd of September regarding a phone I purchased but NEVER RECEIVED.

Every single customer service adviser (most probably the same person with different name) gives the same answer as everyone else as if they copy and paste from a script written by a dodgy manager.
oh and the funniest part was that when i questioned if the chat i used was just a bot answering questions they told me I was insulting them and that they would terminate the chat! The cheek.

Their phone lines are always in maintenance or you're always left on hold as (2nd caller in que )

Awful company. If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. Bought an Iphone 7 and found was faulty, I contacted quick mobile fix and they did respond quickly and sent me a label to return to them. I thought ok it may have just slipped through the net. They sent me the phone 2 weeks later which I was not happy about. I don't even think they looked at the problem as it still persisted. So I asked for a full refund and they said they was unable to refund even though I was well within my consumer rights to receive a full refund as they had sold me a faulty phone. They said they will exchange so I reluctantly agreed.
It has now been a month and still no phone, they have even stopped responding to emails.
I have notified my bank and they refunded me my money and will write to quick moblie fix and get the money back from them. I have also told trading standards as I just think why should these people get away with it.

Service has been OK once I was able to get in contact but often this meant sitting in a phone queue for 1+ hours, coupled with long delivery times means it will be a month since my order when a (hopefully) working phone arrives. Buyer beware! We bought a refurbished iPhone 6S for our daughter from this company. There was a fault. We returned it and it took them over a month to get it back to us and it was still faulty. We have sent it back and we asked for a new phone but we have had nothing back from them. Our daughter has had it for 41 days out of 101 possible days and it is impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone and they keep making false promises by email. What is worse is the lack of transparency. It seems impossible to get through to a CEO/ senior manager of the company. We are beyond disappointed at this stage because it looks like our daughter won't have her phone to take photos on holiday. Do not purchase anything from these people; the service is beyond terrible.

After 18 days of back and forth emails which consisted of them continuously advising me that there were going to be further delays in shipping out my replacement handset, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund.

Although they respond to emails within 24 hours, they do not actually respond to the content of your email, rather they just respond with generic emails which state that they are experiencing delays.

I am very disappointed with my experience.

What a complete shambles this company is!
Purchased a prestine phone only to be told they don t have what I ordered yet they were still selling this phone!
Finally received phone over two weeks late.
The phone suddenly developed a fault and would not switch on. Sent back for a repair only to receive it back after two weeks supposedly repaired. Upon receiving the phone back I asked what was the issues to be told three different reasons but they really didn t want to tell me.
As I was unhappy with this I contacted Apple and they confirmed the battery cannot be repaired as it s a sealed component and can only be replaced.
Upon charging this repaired phone the battery lasted less than two hours and it hadnt even been used!!
Enough was enough and after several calls I returned the phone back to the company stating that I wanted a full refund as the phone was still faulty and not fit for purpose.
I was told over 10 times I wasn t entitled to a refund although both Trading Standards and the Consumers Advice Centre states that by law I was entitled.
They now have up until 18th June 2018 to refund myself. I cant see this happening though reading other reviews from other customers. If no refund is in my account I m left with no option to take this to court and believe me I will as at every opportunity this company has made every step awkward and does not abide by the Consumers Act.
Please anyone buying from this company and you experience any faults please do your research as they will try and get away with everything.
How I wished I d read these reviews first.

I ve taken this to Trading Standards and anyone with complaints please contact them as they are building a case against this awful company!

It s now deadline day for refund and I ve now been informed that this company goes by working days and I still have to wait a further week.
Luke who is a Custoner Service call handler has informed myself that the legal advice I have sought is incorrect. This employee really needs to be re-trained. PLEASE EVERYONE MAKING PURCHASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RIGHTS AS THIS COMPANY WILL TRY AND GET AEAY WITH EVERYTHING.
I ve tried everything to resolve this but I m now left with no option but to take them to court.

I purchased a phone 10th October and cancelled it a few hours later as I found out my partner had already organised an iPhone from Apple.

I was told to wait 14 days for the refund. I wait over 14 days to received this email from them.

Owing to the current Government guidelines a few of our departments are working with limited staff numbers and some refunds are taking longer than usual. Quick fix mobile made fixing my daughter's phone, quick and hassle free. Brilliant service they provide and before even sending the phone off they offered me ideas that may help fix the problem. Unfortunately this did not work but they were so helpful and kept in contact with me, so I knew when they received the phone, what they were doing and then when they would be sending it back. The courier service was great too and text me a time slot of 2hours so no need for waiting in all day. Great company and will be using for any future repairs.

I also should have read the reviews! It took nearly 2 months for the phone to arrive which I accepted due to Covid, but the wrong phone arrived with less memory than I paid for. I emailed with photos and got a reply nearly 3 weeks later saying I need to pay for postage and send the phone back and I am responsible for any damage. I don't trust it wont take another 3 months to get a phone or that I will get the right phone and I don't want to pay anymore money so I'm keeping a phone I overpaid for!

Do not use this company. I ordered a phone nearly 4 weeks ago. I had to keep emailing for an update on when the phone I ordered would be dispatched. I was lied to over and over again about when it was going to arrive. I emailed again yesterday asking when it was going to be dispatched as I was told early this week, I was then emailed back with a reply " we are sorry to hear you would like to cancel" when all I emailed was asking when the phone would arrive. I went to check my order online and they had cancelled it. The customer service is appalling. Don't believe the fake reviews below how "fast" and "good" the service is when it's really not. I've been told I will receive my money back in 14 days which I doubt will happen as your company is full of lies. Once again, do not use this company and do not believe the "good" reviews.

I have never encountered a company that just doesn't answer the phone!
- other than once weirdly at attempt number 28! And then never afterwards - I guess they can see your number and don't answer, because they have previously lied to you..
I spent two weeks making phone calls to Quick mobile Fix and couriers APC Overnight/Streetwise trying to find out where the iPhone 5 that I have paid for is.
APC Overnight/Streetwise doesn't answer phone calls either: soul-destroying elevator music punctuated every 10 seconds by a chirpy woman telling you how important your call is. Gave up after 45 mins.
Lied to (at attempt 28) by Quick Mobile Fix, who said they had spoken to "someone quite high up" at APC courier (gave me a different phone number for APC), and the iPhone was waiting for me at APC Crawley depot.
Drove (35 minutes) to APC depot to be told (after waiting 1 hour) that they have lost the package. Then drove home again (35 mins). Empty-handed.
The different number QMF gave me for APC doesn't work, so I know they weren't being truthful.
Another week, many emails and the assistance of a different APC depot, and QMF have finally said they will give me a refund. I'm waiting...
The iPhone was for my daughter's birthday, long since passed.

Appalling! Ordered an iPhone 8 which I was quoted a delivery day of 10 days on Feb 25th for a present on March 15th. More than enough time one would have thought. On the 9th March I hadn t received the iPhone so I emailed to query the delivery date. I was told there had been a delay and that it wouldn t be sent out for a further 10 days. Clearly this would have been too long and so I cancelled my order and was told I would receive my refund in 14 workings days. A full 2 weeks late I have queried when I will receive the refund only to be told it would be a further 45 days!! They are nothing short of incompetent liars. Use Music magpie. Quick, efficient and no point have they let me down, I placed my order on the 10th March and received the device on the 11th.

Emailed them, received reply saying will definitely be dispatched by the end of the week at the latest and the delay was due to quality checks.

This process was repeated three times, with similar false promises and still no phone.

Cancelled the order. 14days to process the refund!

Guess what, yep, no refund after 14days.

Had to raise a dispute with my payment method to get the money back.

Terrible service. I ordered an iPhone 8 which never got delivered even after 3 weeks. Looking at the reviews seems like its a hit or miss with these guys. Either you get what you ordered or you are on the other end of the spectrum. Unfortunately I was on the other end of the spectrum.

My phone never arrived and I have now requested a refund which apparently will take 30 days to process. For something which was never dispatched and the order never fulfilled, not sure why the refund processing will take 30 days.

Quite ridiculous in this day and age. I ordered something from Amazon and even deliveries from the US and China took less time to arrive.

I would never recommend using this company to buy a phone. I order a phone through them and was told it would be delivered within 10 working days. Which didn t happen obviously and then when I got into contact with them I was told the phone I ordered wasn t available?? I was obviously surprised that money had been taken from my account but wasn t updated on what wasn t going on until I chased it up. With other companies they tend to give you a refund as soon as they realise the product is not in stock. I then cancelled my order. And I am waiting for a refund which supposedly takes 10-14 working days. Today is the 14th working day and there s still no sign of any money being refunded into my account. I tried calling their customer service number but seems to me that it s not working. I m going to take this up further with my bank and trading services. Seems to me this is a fraudulent company.

Sent my phone for repair and it was received and 'inspected by a technician' on 7/6. After 10 days of no updates I receive an email on 17/6 to say that they need to order a part which will take 4-7 days to arrive. Quite why this wasn't identified by the first technician is beyond me.

Only use them for repairs if you don't mind not having your phone for 3+ weeks. Absolute joke of a company. Communication has generally been rubbish and I've had to chase them for updates.

I ordered two IPhone 6 plus on the 12th of December. I left it a while as the company did say they where really busy with the Christmas rush. I phone this company on the 18th and was told they would be dispatched within 2 days max. Today I called them back and guess what I am now not getting them. I believe this company never had these in stock and just take your money and hope they find the phone you require. I would NEVER use this company again and wouldn't recommend anyone to use them for buying a second hand phone.

Bad service, bad phones, charged for a battery they clearly did not fit correctly. now every time i contact them i either get ignored or on the rare occasion i get a reply i am told its all out of warrant. (But to be clear it was not when all this started in Nov 2019)

I sent it back for a refund, and they confirmed they received the device on 25th February, and that my refund would arrive in my account within 14 working days.
