I'm really enjoying my stay in 39 hill street. Residential Land have a really good services and its a quit building. Monika is really professional and helpful, she respond to my emails really quickly, also she do her best to finish my requests as soon as possible, She is the best. I would highly recommend the building.

Very Good building but most important excellent people running the building. The Building Manager and all he's team always helpful and supportive always fixing every issue you request making you feel, comfortable like you have being their ages.

As a student in London I have been renting a studio flat through residential land for quite some time, i recently had a problem with the plumbing and residential land where very prompt and helpful about getting the issue fixed for me.

Very good experience. Feeling like at home. Lovely neighbourhood. Quiet place though is in a very busy area of London. Shops, banks, transport (underground and buses) very near by. Very nice area by the canal to go for a walk.

my son and 2 student friends rented a 3 bedroom apartment in Paddington and we are all very happy and pleased with the apartment, the location and the support by Residential Land. Very open and quick and short communication lines!

Gary is very professional, helpful and friendly. He is very patient in addressing all my concerns, and always take the time to respond no matter how small the concern is. From taking care of the contracts, to helping me out with delivery or setting up of the utilities, he makes sure that it is very convenient for me! I couldn't have asked for a better building manager!

Only had a short time within residential land accommodation, but i was looked after and cared for by attentive staff and a designated building manager to deal with any queries, the apartment itself was a beautiful space and I could have only wished to stay longer. We have rented Luke House for almost 5 months and we have never regretted it. The place was strategically located in the center of Westminster. There are 3 tube stations within 10 min walk and bus stations right outside. Just a few min walk to Westminster abbey. Thanks a lot to building manager Gary who has been a tremendous help to us. He is patient to listen to our needs despite he is very busy. I think he is an excellent building manager.

The building is new and the flat is nice and modern. The building manager is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable.

I really enjoyed my rental apartment with Residential Land. The apartment I was in was magnificent, hosted many a dinner in there for my friends. In fact, one of my friends ended up renting an apartment in the same building as me because they liked mine. Also, renting directly through a landlord saved me on agency fees! Great company. Great service. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

ResidentialLand took over as landlord about midway through our last tenancy. The improvement compared to the previous owner and agency was significant. We are grateful to Gary in particular for being responsive and professional at all times and I will be looking to rent from the same landlord in the future.

Residential Land has been a very good landlord, I have been their tenant for nearly 12 months now and just signed my tenancy renewal. I have had a good experience with them so far and all maintenance queries have been dealt with efficiently.
My point of contact and who manages my tenancy is Sasha, she has been really helpful and worked hard to get things done, even when we had maintenance issues over the weekend.
I have had other landlords in the past and Residential land is a professional landlord, they seem to do things by the book which is what I need.

I would highly recommend them to any prospective tenants
