I find this company extremely poor to deal with, I initially received a promise of 7 days from order for shipment of phone. The following email stated that if you have not received a tracking number by close of play on the 10th working day then contact them, that is 3 days later than the order states.
Impossible to contact by phone as they state the phone system is being updated, this goes on for over a week. Sending emails you receive an automated email stating they will aim to contact reply within 24hrs, they do manage to respond in very badly worded emails and state that they have issues with quality checking and give you a date for dispatch. The promised date comes and goes, correspondence then takes time again to receive a further excuse and promised date, which not surprisingly they fail to meet yet again. Next is to try online chat which is what they suggest as they no longer have a telephone number to call, is this because they are fed up of customer complaints, I will leave this for you to decide. The online chat does not appear on their website so have to like on Facebook in order to use messenger, this takes a couple of days to receive a response. At this point they claim that I was told a different date, even though I actually have the email correspondence, facts in front of me are clearly in writing. Offered then a further date which is another week later which they believe to be acceptable, so the initial 7 days is now well over 1 month. Requested a full refund which in opinion is ridiculous that it now takes them 14 working days when the poor performance has been from them since order placement, why so long when other companies manage this in 3 working days ?
Requested to be contacted by an actual person on email as opposed to a generic company email address or messenger and as you can probably guess they failed to do this too and I received a message via messenger sometime later which could simply have been from the person I had been speaking to previously.
In all honesty this is one company I would never do business with again, there prices might seem low, but their performance is even lower. Why is a 1 star the minimum you can give before even starting a review.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
Still awaiting a full refund which was promised to be 14 working days after cancelling the order on 03/10/19. Numerous emails have been sent however as yet I have not received any reply.
Would you honestly want to deal with a company that behaves in this manner.
