This webshop is a hoax. I bet they don't have most of the phones they put out on display. They take your money and put you in hold indefinitely. After waiting for months. Try to get a refund and again they put you on hold indefinitely. We'll pay you by the end of the month.... nothing...... sorry, we will pay you by the end of next month.....nothing.....really sorry we'll pay you next month etc etc. Stay away from them. Any tips on getting my money back from them are most welcome! Thanks

Stay clear of these thieves and liars! So I purchased an iphone X on the 8th june 2019, weeks went past with apologies for the delays which were due to quality control. More time went by, and I noted from the internet, my problems were common. I called them out as to not having the phone in the first place, and demanded a refund, they stated this would take 14 days... why?

It's now the 8th of August, still no money, so literally on the phone to bank to make a claim. Save yourselves the bother...

And to the quick mobile fix, you are complete lowlifes and scumbags... you should be stopped.

I ordered a phone and headphones from Quick Mobile Fix,after 2 weeks I chased my order and found it had not been dispatched. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund as I could find the same item with next day delivery elsewhere. My refund has still not been issued, it has been over 1 month since I cancelled the order, when I try and contact Customer Service I am ignored. This is unbelievably bad service.

Absolutely terrible company, had my Samsung note 5 screen repaired here 4 times. I should have learnt from the first time and had it repaired elsewhere. Their screens aren't 100% genuine and are some sort of aftermarket screens. One little thing and the screens LCD liquid starts to pour out regardless if your phone is in a case or not. The most recent repair I did with them the screen started peeling away from the phone and they have blamed me which is all nonsense. It was Due to poor workmanship and rushing a job that I had waited some time for. Waste of money and waste of time, if you can avoid please do.

Also quick fix mobile please do not reply with one of your generic messages as you clearly couldnt and won't do nothing to help me. So never using your services again!

I have tried numerous attempts to PHONE someone to assist and Quick Mobile Fix has no possible way to speak to anyone
On their voice machine they explain they have a 'chat" button option on the website , there is NOT a chat button, only an email option
I have been waiting for email replies and despite asking for someone to please call me, I always get an email explaining my order is being processed.

I am shocked at this service and am not a happy customer

It was a Christmas present for my son and I had to go and buy another on a credit card so he had a present on Christmas Day. Appalling service, conveniently ignore correspondence. At the time of writing this bunch of cowboys have had my device for a screen repair for nearly three weeks despite their website claiming that most repairs are carried out in 24-48 hours, by my reckoning that means its taken them so far about 336 hours ( excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) and counting.

Like other comments posted here I've received generic customer email replies. Don't even waste your time calling as no one answers, now my emails are being ignored. No updates on their Order Tracker - USELESS. No attempt whatsoever to manage customer expectations.

Take your device and spend your money elsewhere and don't get misled by the positive reviews on this site which frankly are a sham.

STILL NO PHONE. SEVEN MORE DAYS OF UTTER GARBAGE EMAILS FROM VARIOUS FORMS OF LOWLIFE. THE VERMIN THAT RUN THIS OUTFIT SERIOUSLY NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO BOOK.
Have requested the phone be returned for the last few days so I can draw a line under this sorry saga. Guess what ... they still have not returned my property and yes I paid for the privilege of this service. Christ knows what state it will be in. Going to go Legal.

Very, very poor customer service. I have been sent from pillar to post for over a month and have still not revieved a refund for an item I cancelled before it was shipped.
Each email requesting an update was answered with a variation of a stock response that basically said my refund would be arranged within a few days. Calling the customer service phone number resulted in being told that I was caller number 27 or thereabouts each time I called it. It was impossible to speak to anyone.

A terse email yesterday reminding me that I would be paid within their terms of 14 days! was the final straw.

Quick Mobile Fix is either badly managed and unable to fulfill its contractual obligations at this scale or is simply a cynical exercise in holding onto people's money in the hope that they will give up and go away through sheer frustration. Either is totally unacceptable and each person who answered my emails should be ashamed of themselves.

I would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere in case a problem arises with your order but if you do get caught up in their customer service shambles paying by credit or debit card means that your bank can recharge them on your behalf, which mine is now doing.

Please read this review. DO NOT attempt to buy a product from this company. I bought an iphone x on the 18th of november. On their website they say they ship the phones within 5 working days. which is not the case as I received the phone after 2 weeks. The phone had 2 major faults despite how much they brag about the quality control tests the devices go through, which clearly is a big lie. The inner speak wasn't working so couldn't hear anyone on calls. And the sound's quality was very poor when you turn the volume up. I sent the phone back for it to be fixed which they said can take up to 7 working days. I kid you not, I only just received the phone 2 days ago. I spent nearly 2 months waiting for this phone to arrive after the date I purchased it. The cutomer service is horrible. You have to send them multiple emails for them to reply. They do not even have a phone number you can reach them on. At some point I thought I genuinely got scammed. Do not buy a phone from these people. They do not run qualty checks on phones and you will spend quite a while waiting for your device to arrive, and you won't be treated very nicely by their customer service.

Absolute disgrace of a company and terrible customer service.

Different people answering simple query so email chain is massive for no reason. promised call backs three time without success.

Order lost (which is fine, it happens) but wouldn't cancel order and refund money.

Ordered a different phone as I need it to travel and they are now going to ship the original phone as well and make me return it.

I'd love to speak to someone in person about this but they put their phone number offline so it's busy and don't ring outwards.

the price of the phone is only relative if you don't receive it, spend a few extra pound and buy of a reputable company and STAY AWAY from Quick Mobile Fix!!!

an absolute joke. i ordered an iphone 6s plus on 22/12/17 and was promised that the phone would be dispatched within 3-5 working days. a week later i emailed them asking what was going on. they soon replied saying my order had been prioritised which all the other bad reviews were promised too. i received an email from APC Overnight saying my phone would be delivered to my door on 01/01/18 (today) and big surprise it has not arrived and it is the following day!!! at this rate i honestly do not believe my phone will even arrive this week. Absolutely outraged with this. i will be cancelling my order if i do not get it soon. i have emailed both quick mobile fix and APC overnight and i have got no reply. would not recommend to anybody looking for a quick delivery.

It s now been 3 months since I 1st ordered a phone...

It s now been 3 months since I 1st ordered a phone, (8th May) in that time I was sent a faulty phone which took double the amount of time they said it would take to receive it. Once I sent the faulty phone back I got no updates.A week later, after I d sent several emails asking what was happening with then phone, still no reply until I asked for a refund. Then I got sent emails telling me the phone was bent & I d have to pay to have a diagnosis test & pay for it to be fixed (this was not the fault I d reported, the touch screen was broken & had a mind of its own). The actual phone was in very good condition when I got it, & when I sent it back! I told them this & still the told me I needed to pay for it to be tested! After a week of getting nowhere with emails I rang, spent 1hour & 40 minutes in a queue before getting to speak to someone. They then confirmed that the phone I sent back was bent & was probably done in transit. I was then offered another phone or a refund. I asked for the refund & told to allow 14 working days for it to appear back in my account. No surprise that the 14 days came & went with no refund! Another hour & a half phone call resulted in me being told it was the finance department that needed to be notified of this. I asked to be put through to them & told there wasn t authorisation For me to be put through to them. I asked for a direct number, told there wasn t one. After telling them I was calling trancing standards I Was told someone would contact me within 48 hours! I received an email that day saying a payment would be made the on the 5th August, today, the 8th, 3 months on I finally got the refund!
Unfortunately I didn t bother to check the reviews before ordering from them, If I had I would of seen that everything I ve experience seems to be a running theme with them!

Customer service have been very good. Replied my email within 24 hours.
Phone arrived a few days late but I was notified. It was in very good condition but the battery was a bit faulty. When I contacted them, they send me instructions to send it back for further checks. Waiting for it to be sent back with a better battery. So far I have been happy with service even though I had to send phone back but issues happens and they seems to be very professional. I find this company extremely poor to deal with, I initially received a promise of 7 days from order for shipment of phone. The following email stated that if you have not received a tracking number by close of play on the 10th working day then contact them, that is 3 days later than the order states.
Impossible to contact by phone as they state the phone system is being updated, this goes on for over a week. Sending emails you receive an automated email stating they will aim to contact reply within 24hrs, they do manage to respond in very badly worded emails and state that they have issues with quality checking and give you a date for dispatch. The promised date comes and goes, correspondence then takes time again to receive a further excuse and promised date, which not surprisingly they fail to meet yet again. Next is to try online chat which is what they suggest as they no longer have a telephone number to call, is this because they are fed up of customer complaints, I will leave this for you to decide. The online chat does not appear on their website so have to like on Facebook in order to use messenger, this takes a couple of days to receive a response. At this point they claim that I was told a different date, even though I actually have the email correspondence, facts in front of me are clearly in writing. Offered then a further date which is another week later which they believe to be acceptable, so the initial 7 days is now well over 1 month. Requested a full refund which in opinion is ridiculous that it now takes them 14 working days when the poor performance has been from them since order placement, why so long when other companies manage this in 3 working days ?
Requested to be contacted by an actual person on email as opposed to a generic company email address or messenger and as you can probably guess they failed to do this too and I received a message via messenger sometime later which could simply have been from the person I had been speaking to previously.
In all honesty this is one company I would never do business with again, there prices might seem low, but their performance is even lower. Why is a 1 star the minimum you can give before even starting a review.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

Still awaiting a full refund which was promised to be 14 working days after cancelling the order on 03/10/19. Numerous emails have been sent however as yet I have not received any reply.

Would you honestly want to deal with a company that behaves in this manner.

DO NOT BUY! Stay away. I paid for iPhone refurbished which didn't arrive within 7 working days as promised by the company. I called them and I was caller number 31. I waited for 2 hours to talk to customer services. I asked for refund and the agent said he will pass my message to relevant team. I then looked at reviews and found that it would be difficult to get refund or phone from the Quick Fix Mobile.

I called my credit card company and they refunded the money with in a week.

Apparently they have a backlog of orders to November and problems with suppliers. Even though I changed the colour (no rose golds) they couldnt even send out the alternative in time. Ordered the phone 12th December and just been told that no chance that will get it before Christmas.

I bought a refurbished phone from here and Was so easy . My item was delayed on delivery by a day but I could look at the tracking and it told me . Also git a text to give me a delivery time within a couple of hours so I wasn't waiting in all day. Phone works great and was a good price and came with a warranty . Would recommend and already have done to family .

I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing a phone . I am so upset.



Last month I bought another phone, on behalf of my pensioner father who needed a new one , which to my surprise discharged too quickly again.-!within an hour or two. (Despite the fact they advertise they are fully tested) . He had only had the phone a few weeks realising early it was faulty.

I said I would take locally for a battery as I did mine as he didn t want to be without phone either. They went to change battery but no new batteries were working either so they gave me back the phone to send back.





All we want is his phone fixed and sent back or a phone sent as a replacement that actually works when it is sent.

Communication over e mail with customer services has become frustrating .

DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!! They take your money straight away for phones they do not have. Then they wait to get one in until they send it. It takes ages. They say over and over again "the phone has not passed our quality control" and so it will take another TWO WEEKS!!!

To top it off once you have done with their overt lies and decide to opt for a refund, they take THREE WEEKS to pay you back. Well, I'm hoping it only takes 3 weeks because I'm still at 2.5 weeks and considering they never told me the truth once, I am expecting to have to call them again!

(Update I got my money back nearly 2 months after the cancelation. SO I was lucky! I had to chase it up a number of times though)

Oh, and when you do call them, you always magically seem to cue for the same 43 minutes before they think about answering.

SCAM artists. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Ive used this site previously and had no issues so I decided to use them again for my new phone. I ordered a phone from them over a month ago now and have still not received it. No update emails, no contact from them, absolutely nothing. I have been emailing constantly for an update to be told they will get it to me as soon as they can. Originally I was told once I ordered that delivery would be 7-10 working days which wasn t ideal but I d already paid so I thought ok, I ll have to wait. 2 weeks passed and no email for despatch etc so I get onto them. They say they have put it on their priority list and I will receive within 3-5 working days . Now another two weeks have passed and still nothing. I can no longer wait without a phone so I have asked for a refund so I can purchase else where. I am now being told I have to wait at least 14 working days for my order to be cancelled. I definitely will not be using again.

I ordered an iPhone 7 on the 16th March and after a week, I received an email saying there was delay of a few days, after a another week, there is still no delivery. I requested through email asking for refund so that I can buy from somewhere else but since then, almost two months has passed, they just refuse to refund me! Ordered a phone that arrived faulty (touch screen not working properly) when I got it , had to send it for repair that took another 2 weeks and it arrived with an even worse fault (brightness level of the screen very low)
Shocking customer service that just send automated service type email.
I have now waited 1 month for a phone that works and was served with one that still doesn't.

Update 30/7/19 - Phone has been returned and I've now been advised there is a further 14 BUSINESS DAY wait for my replacement phone. What an absolute scam this business is operating. They're clearly selling products that they actually don't have. I'm willing to wait my 14 days now (even though the law is a maximum of 5 business days) for my refund, which will probably never come, just to get these morons out of my life.

Similar to the review before me, I ordered an iPhone 6s with 64gb of memory for my daughter and received an email the day before it was due to be delivered (ie after 6 days) that there was a problem with quality control and it would take more than two weeks longer. Since this is how long it takes for them to process a refund I decided to leave the order in place ... finally the phone arrived and both the volume and the silent button were broken on it.

All backed up by shocking customer service and no accountability. Use this company at your absolute peril.

Stay clear of this company. Customer service is awful, have never received such bad customer service from any company at all. I received a refurbished phone with minor fault which led to whole screen lifting off, they unsuccessfully repaired it twice, failed to replace it when they promised they would and now claim I have to pay for repair. Sold me a faulty phone and are not willing to resolve.

Truly awful! Neither is it 'Quick' still waiting for a new phone to be delivered after 2 weeks. Neither do they fix, returned a phone with exact same fault after another slow turn around. Fair enough they said would exchange but still waiting. Very slow answering the phone, just waited 15 minutes first thing on a Friday morning.

UPDATE....Finance dept is incompetent according to email received. Not so great service! Couldn't supply the phone ordered. Now on 19th working day and no refund! Will not be recommending them again.

Quick fix mobile took about 1 month to fix and return my Google Nexus 6. After emailing them to ask why it was taking so long, they claimed to have none of the parts needed for the job. I understand that these things happen, however I felt the situation was poorly handled by QFM.

So about a year ago I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6 from QMF. All was fine, until my phone needed a new battery, sent it back, paid for repair, all was ok again. But about 2 months later, my phone just died and never turned back on. I sent my phone back again as they said they would look at it for me.

About 10 days later I am told they have received my phone and that they will look at for me. About 3 weeks later I am told my phone has been repaired and will be sent back to me. I received no progress updates at all, I was not informed of what was going on, this whole process left me without a phone for 5 weeks. This also meant I lost the final month of warranty for the new battery.

I still don t know how they fixed the phone as they never told me a thing.

Due to a fault from Royal Mail, I hadn t received my phone on the expected delivery date. But I didn t know this at the time, so after numerous calls to QMF, I finally got through to someone. I got a very slow and grumpy hello . The conversation was so slow and a waste of time. The operator asked for the order number on my email, she just kept saying nope that s not it she didn t help me find which one it was.

After all that she then tells me that my phone hasn t actually been delivered to me? She says she will sort it for me but doesn t take an email or contact number, and I never heard back from her. I also emailed, still now I have had no response. I did get my phone but my complaint is about how unhelpful customer service was.

My original experience with QMF was great but I have been extremely let down by the amount of time the repair took and the time I was left uninformed. Customer services also let the company down.
