I bought a refurbished iPhone 7. It was faulty when received. I returned it and received an email on 17th Aug, saying it would be repaired within 5-7 working days. This did not happen. I emailed again and was told on 3rd September that my repair was a priority and I would be emailed when it was ready for dispatch. No email!
I rang this morning (10th Sept) and was told that a replacement would be dispatched today and I would receive a phone call this afternoon. Nothing! I rang in the afternoon and after half an hour trying to get through, someone bothered to answer. She confirmed that no replacement had been arranged by the previous person i'd spoken to. However she refused to refund my money and said I needed to wait until tomorrow for her to ring me back. If she didn't I could email them, which from past experience would result in an automated response telling me I could expect a wait of 24-48 WORKING hours to be contacted. So a week.
Since returning my phone for repair, I have had no human replies to emails, refusal to refund me and no replacement phone.

Been waiting 8 days for payment for a phone I sent in. Keep chasing and keep getting told its being processed and still nothing. I picked this company as said fast turnaround...... Most concerned as reading all sorts of similar complaints. Today received email saying passed to manager and still I've heard nothing. I have used QuickMobileFix twice for repairing damaged iPhone screens. The experience has been excellent - a label is provided by email for sending the phone, and the phone itself is returned just a few days later with a nice shiny, well-fitted screen.
This place is a joke. Sent the iPhone back for repair(under guarantee). Apparently ready for dispatch 2 weeks ago now.... still waiting for the phone. Zero update from customer services. I now have a few excuses: the email system was down the next day the phones system... laughable. Still no explanation as to where the phone is. The place is constantly engaged, more chance of calling Elvis. Don't touch this place with a barge pole.
Update 2: Having receive a email promise from Faheem (27th July)that they would send out a new phone in which ever colour we want the following working day. We still have no phone or dispatch code....

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 4s as a spare phone when travelling. I took it to Japan and it didn't work kept shutting down. They replaced the battery and the next time I needed the phone - now - it still shuts down randomly. Brought it to the Apple Store. They say the battery is faulty.
I'm so disappointed with this company. Went with them because of the reviews but am again let down while travelling so stuck without a phone to use with a local sim and paying roaming charges again. This adventure has cost me a lot now.

Unfortunately, the delivery of the phone I ordered was taking longer than anticipated. This was a birthday present for my wife's mother and we needed it for a certain time. We emailed and were told that the order was being processed as a priority. However, after a couple more days my wife decided to phone customer services. After being left in a queue for an hour, my wife finally spoke to someone. They said they would try to bring it forward and eventually, we agreed to accept a different colour to the one ordered. At this point, the staff were helpful and did make sure we got the phone in time for the birthday.

choosing a phone was no problem and it is fine just as described. the problem is the chosen courier. I do not have time or the inclination to track its progress on the computer. they come without prior notification and of course it needs signing for, thats fine but a text or email giving an hour window would be helpful. After telling me 3 times the parts had been ordered and that they where delivery they have now just informed me today that they cant get the part I require and its only a new screen !!!!!.

I sent my water damaged phone to be repaired, I d seen some of the negative comments and paid for my own tracked postage to ensure the device was sent and insured.
The site clearly states no fix no fee so now that I ve paid for recorded delivery, I had nothing to lose right? WRONG!

Got a good price for my old phone but I had to call several times and hassle for my money, after I was told it was already paid into my bank account, but wasn't. Could be more organised on that front. That said, the person on the other end of the phone was always polite and tried to help.
Stated good condition but bad damage to mute button, scratches on screen and outer case, phone is more like average condition, a litle dissapointed.

Loved it just doesn't say enough, dropped my iPhone on the Monday, posted it on the Tuesday, kept track of its progress and received it back the following Tuesday and it was like new. I put it through its paces trying to test for any fault of any kind and low and behold it is perfect. Brilliant repair, excellent service and in great time.

Received the wrong phone twice, and customer service is the worst I've ever come across. No one has picked up the phone when I tried calling (at different days and different times).
Edit: to clarify - I placed my original order, immediately talked with customer service to upgrade. CS suggested I just pay the difference for the upgrade and they would make a note to send the upgraded package rather than cancelling and placing a new order. First phone received was the one I originally purchased, so I returned it requesting the upgraded device that I paid for. Second phone received was again the same device (all while getting conflicting customer service emails regarding the delays in receiving the phone).

The phone was in good order and worked perfectly well. The only reason why I gave the review 4 stars instead of 5 is because the delivery was slow, with no communication in-between so we had to chase when our order was going to be delivered.
This is an appalling company.....they are not to be trusted PLEASE do not use them. My son has waited over 3 months for a refund of a phone that never arrived despite several requests and a promise that a refund was on its way! They should not continue to trade and we too will be contacting trading standards as well as trying to claim through the small claim courts....they are CLEARLY in trouble.
This company is highly devious and dishonest. I wd go as far as to say that they are involved in criminality. Opened up a case with MET and the NIFB. Never ever purchase anything from these individuals and in case if you have done so, immediately report it to the MET or the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. The more cases the better. My case is pending and further reported cases will match with mine on the database, so that we can get justice for all of us.

My phone took over a month to arrive, without a single unprompted email/call from the company. I ended up settling for a different phone to the one I originally wanted due to issues with the first model- I was only informed of this after my 5th contact with customer service.
Through out the whole ordeal the customer service team have made false promises, given misleading information and at times been very rude and alway unhelpful and unprofessional.

I don't usually leave reviews but thought I would because Quick Mobile Fix seems to get a lot of stick! I placed my order on November 29th and have just received the phone today. At working day 18 I give up and ask for a refund.

I am glad I didn t get the phone as I would struggle to get it fixed. Overworked staff who are hiding behind unrealistic timelines / demands dictated to them from above.
I ordered an iPhone 8 plus (256GB) in the Champagne Gold colour (Pristine Condition) on 25/09/18 and awaited the whole 10 days for it to be 'dispatched' where I received an email stating they had another phone in a different colour on 10th dispatched day, which was white. I responded stating I didn't want this phone colour and if I didn't receive the phone I ordered within 1 week I wanted a refund. Where they responded saying there would be a 1-4 working delay on my original order which I believed was going to be much much longer than the period they stated so asked for an immediate refund.
They then sent off my details to someone in the 'cancellation department', and said they would contact me within 24 hours on the 10/10/18 (surely everyone works for all departments?...). I still not have yet received a response from this 'cancellation department' and have been ringing the phone with no response.
Upon receiving the email from someone on their team for my contact number, they still not have contacted me since to talk about my order.
They then decided to the ship the phone I told them I did not want and that I wanted an immediate refund for leading me no choice but to return it and proceed with trying to get my money back, no matter how long it takes.
I would avoid this company at all costs as I am now having to get my bank involved and seek legal advice to get my money back.

My wife broke the screen of her Samsung galaxy, she was really upset about that and I heard about Quick Mobile Fix and immediately I sent the mobile with their fabulous free postage, it was repaired and returned within days and the price was incredibly cheap in comparison to others, the mobile now looks as new, and my wife is happy again.

Disgusting. Was enticed by the recommendation from Google but wish I had read the reviews first. All emails were automated and no personal contact could be made. No webiste should take over a week and a half for delivery. The whole operation seems close to criminal. It took a report to PayPal for them to get scared and instantly refund me. Avoid at all costs.

This is a SCAM company. I ordered a phone in August 2020 which didn't arrive. My money was taken and 2 months later after many promises from them to refund the money, I'm still waiting.
They occasionally reply to emails with a cut and paste reply saying it's because of COVID and limited staff. I have no choice but to contact Trading Standards now as it looks like this is theft rather than 'staffing issues'.
I suggest potential customers check out reviews on Trust Pilot before considering paying for a device that might not arrive and money they won't refund.

Please avoid this company unless you are prepared to lose your money. After being promised a refund for 2 months I stumbled across a Facebook group with 1300 angry and dissatisfied QMF customers. They suggested I go to my bank to request a chargeback for the money they took and failed to refund (for a phone I never received!).
My bank were very helpful and the lady I spoke with had helped previous customers scammed out of money by Quick Mobile Fix....
I got my money back today after more than 3 months.
Can I suggest any out of pocket QMF customers look up the Facebook QMF complaints group to get lots of helpful advice about how to get back your money from this cowboy company.
Also you can find the link to BBC 'the one show' who investigated them this month for unhappy out-of-pocket customers like me who paid good money and did not receive the paid for goods ordered or the refund continually promised.....followed by customer service ignoring emails.
Sorry to go on, I don't want anyone else to go through the same stress as I and at least 1,300 other QMF customers have gone through...
