I'm not really one for leaving reviews, but i'm not hugely happy with the service i received.
For a start, communication is fairly slow. but the main issue was the "repair" or lack thereof.
The phone i sent in was an old handset of my bosses. It had been in my drawer for over 2 years and as such, neither of us knew the iCloud details. The problem with the phone was that it wasn't booting up. I understand the protocol of Quick Mobile Fix is that they need the iCloud info to test the handset but when the phone physically isn't turning on, if they just got it to a stage where it turned on, I would have personally deemed that as fixed. But after a week of having it, i was told they couldn't do ANYTHING without the iCloud info.
To me, this just seems a tad obtuse. But it is what it is...
Probably my fault, but i thought they'd want to try and accommodate me
