I ordered an iPhone last week 10/10/18.
Having made a mistake I cancelled my order the next day. I received a generic email saying I would be contacted by the cancellation team but almost a week on and no communication at all.
Customer service seems completely non existent. I have tried calling, emailing and messaging on Facebook to no avail.
Would never use this company again, happy to take your money but they won t give it back!
