Crooks, cheats, liars. Nearly had to go to the Small Claims Court to get my funds back after non-delivery of goods, but the bank kindly arranged a chargeback to refund my wasted money. They will come up with all sorts of excuses, written in poor English and none of it is to be believed. Nothing to do with any Covid 19 problems either, they are inefficient and dishonest - you have been warned !
