Brutally honest: I received a phone that had been QC tested but when i received it had a faulty charging port and wouldn't charge the phone at all. I called the company who blamed the transit could have caused this fault, (really on an iphone x). I got sent labels to return the phone only to take 7days for them to receive and a total of 10days to process the return, i have still not heard back about the repairs. I had to call 3 times to ask for updates which took 1hour 50minutes in a queue only to be cut off. 24-48hrs repair time they say well its not its 7-10working days. It has taken 3weeks so far excluding the initial shipment of the phone from order replacement and i am still without a phone. The company offered no appology or discount whatsoever or have any regrets about the treatment of the customer. Yes my review won't get much attention nor affect the company much but i would seriously strongly advise to avoid using this site to pirchase the phone.

I got an iPhone 6s within 5 business days from ordering it. It works like a new phone and it is in great condition even though it was only rated as good . I d highly recommend this option if you don t mind not getting a new phone (which in my case still looks and is like new) and want to save money by buying one 1/2 - 1/3 of the price of a new one.

Was advised in email that it would take no longer than 14 days for the refund to be paid, but they needed some bank details I.E BIC, IBAN etc. I didn't hear anything back, so emailed them.
Just had an email back stating please be advised refunds take 10 to 14 days to be PROCESSED. So one representative says it'll be paid within 14 days and another says it'll be processed within 14 days.

Why 1 star you ask! Because I had a good experience, I advised my daughter to use quick mobile fix to save some money on a new phone. She ordered an IPhone 7, pristine, delivery to Ireland. 8 weeks later and she's still not received the phone. As I'm sure we're all aware, it is the responsibility of the company up until the point it's been delivered. Apparently the item has been lost in transit. Not my daughters problem, unfortunately it is an issue between Quick Mobile Fix and their delivery partners. So why hasn't my daughter been refunded? She has been fobbed off a ridiculous amount of times asking her to give another couple of days, 8 weeks has gone by, a refund is needed ASAP.

What can I say - this has to be the biggest mess around I have EVER experienced from a company that I based my sale on through Google Reviews (seeing the overall 4.2 out of 5 review).
I purchased a refurbished iPhone 5c that was listed as: "Fully Tested, fully functional and working ... In very good condition, light signs of use".
Upon receiving my phone (June 29th/30th) I realised there was an LCD defect where the screen was pink, I instantly returned the phone the next day and was told that my service on the phone would take around 5-7 days... this was at the start of July.
Now on the 20th of July (THREE weeks after they have received the phone double the time promised to process my order) and multiple phone calls /emails that I never received later, I have been told that I am going to receive my phone by Friday. Also to add to my problem, I have been told I CANNOT claim my money back because I have "owned" the phone for over the 14 day return rate DESPITE not having the phone in my own possession for any of that time.

Quick fix mobile was great, the order took 10 working days and it seemed like a long time as we had bank holidays in between. The phone is exactly as was it was advertised however it only came with a i phone cable and not the plug itself. Overall good service when I emailed them they got back to me promptly.

Never having ordered a refurbished phone before and after reading many reports about bad experiences. I was a bit reluctant and worried I can say. However I went ahead anyway. I can say without a doubt that Quick Mobile fix did what they said they would. My phone was classed as Good condition when it arrived mine was in great condition. it was better than I expected and arrived in just 4 days. So without banging on too much. It has been a great experience and the iPhone is working well. In my opinion jump right in. My wives phone is due a replacement soon I will buy from them again. if they can deliver the same quality again its way better than buying new from a price point of view . (Great service)

Avoid. I would give minus stars if I could. Sent my phone in for a screen replacement on 22nd December. Quick Mobile Fix confirmed receipt on 5th January. OK, it had been Christmas, maybe they were busy and had less working days. BUT I then spent months emailing back and forth, while yes I did eventually receive responses to my emails, my questions were avoided and I was never given a date that my phone would be returned. I was told 7-10 days on several occasions and still no phone. It was only after I sought legal advice that I finally received my phone back in April along with a refund... Still not fixed after 4 months. I have since used another company who returned my phone within a week and its as good as new. Save yourself the time and stress and go elsewhere!

First time I have used such a postal service to repair a screen. Usually take to a shop or call out. Was a little concerned re sending a phone through the post but I have to say that all went so smoothly. It was VERY EASY to do. Communication through the process was excellent and the phone came back in very quick time. I would recommend and certainly use again.

Absolute terrible service, I paid and sent my phone for repair and I was expecting it back within 3-4 days, however, it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received my phone and I am absolutely furious. They said that I had to wait 7 working days for the parts to come in and my phone is still not fixed. Words cannot describe how angry I am, as this was my main phone. I chose this service because it's supposedly 'quick', turns out they take your money and take ages to repair phones as if its a joke. Not to mention, customer service is just as terrible as they just repeat themselves and not giving me enough information on the matter.

In 2019 was kind of hoping for a faster delivery, to be honest after reading other reviews and having little contact from Quick Mobile Fix was very relieved when the phone arrived. 11 working days later.
I ordered an iPhone in September 2020. I cancelled within 12 hours of ordering as it stated 7-10 days delivery - ridiculous. The money left my account straight away, however, I ve been fobbed off ever since for my refund!! Apparently it s due in today now (27/11/20), but this will be the third date I ve been given for a refund into my account. Initially when looking at reviews, they were 5* but it seems they ve become a cowboy company!! Trust me... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Worst experience trying to purchase something from the internet i have ever heard. Cancelled my order after the process took the exact same turn 90% of what i read on here. That was on March 8th where I was told my refund would take 10-14 days. 15 days later and surprise surprise like so many others i am still waiting for my money.
Scam artists, after 3 and a half of waiting I was told phone didn t past the last quality check so I cancelled my order. Was the told I would be refunded within 14 days. It s now 18 days since I cancelled order and now there not replying to my email. Steer clear from them.
Was sent a shoddily refurbished phone (despite paying extra for 'Excellent' quality) on which the LCD died slowly over the first two weeks with no impact. Was informed this is not covered by the warranty even though there was no accidental damage from me. Customer service chain unhelpful and not plugged in. Please do not respond to this review saying to contact CS and they will 'look into it' because I already have.
(Thank you for responding although there was no impact/pressure - the phone came with a chipped corner which slowly caused the screen to die. By the time I noticed QMF would not cover it)

So so so slow and awful customer service that continually hang up on you they have already had my phone for 5days and only now have I been informed that they don't even have the part that I paid for. Furious is an understatement.
Received a response to this review which Is useless to me and only serves to make it look like they have addressed my complaint (they absolutely haven't). Still nothing from customer services at all meaning they can't even keep to their own response timeframe (24-48 hours). Considering the response to this review only took 8 hours they clearly care more about their appearance than customer experience.
Also responding to this review with the exact same excuse you did the first time is nothing less than offensive. Allow me to be clear I don't care how many people have ordered repairs or that you think this is acceptable I am telling you it isn't and that taking money for services you cannot provide is a criminal offense. In short your "service" is essentially a theft that I have paid for.
One month on I still have not received my phone back from the repair.
Two months in I have still not received my phone also they haven't touched it since September 10th.
I have contacted customer services 25x but not a single time was the the phone answered sent an email only gotten an automated response.
Finally get a response to tell me it will be 1-3 Working days two months and two weeks after they have received and "repaired" my phone 4 times. Only after calling for a week straight do I actually speak to a lady called Tanya who unhelpfully informed me that the same issue has reoccurred in that they have ordered an incompatible screen again and that this time they need 3 weeks......
I have cancelled my repair and have been told I should receive my money after two weeks and my phone after 3 at a time I am not at home to accept it.
I hate this company and more than anything look forward to watching their own business practices bring them down.
The phone received is fantastic especially for the price paid. There is not a scratch on the phone and all is in fantastic working order. This is where the 2 stars are earned as unfortunately the customer service was lacking.
The phone took more than the 10 days stated to arrive and during this time there was no real updates even when chased. They just say that the dispatch team will contact you but no details. I wouldn't have minded the wait if i was informed of what was happening. It the not knowing that makes it frustrating.
On losing patience I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. I was told this had been done and then an hour or so later received the message I had been waiting so long for....'The order has been dispatched'. You couldn't write it!
If the company worked on their customer service and communication there could be no complaints as the product is fantastic and much better than I was expecting. They were eager for feedback but need to act on this feedback as it seems a regular complaint. I hope this helps encourage improvements and customers have a problem free experience with them from now on as this would help them thrive in the market!
The item, an iPhone 6s, arrived on time and as discribe, and was beyond my expectations! It even came with a screen protector and sim pin which was on in the discription. I am very pleased.
Bought an Iphone 6S in good condition which is unlocked. Arrived on time in good packaging, considering it isn't in the highest quality you can buy from the site; it looks pretty damn good, almost new to me. A lot of customers seem to be saying bad things about this company, I put that down to bad luck and arrogant customers demanding too much.

My phone was returned to me by post. The things I requested was not repaired. My device was not put back together and from what I can see the new parts was never installed or even sent to me when my phone was returned. So I basically paid them to open my phone and babysit it, then send it back to me in worst condition then I sent it in.
I order a phone on the 29th of December, It is now the 14th of January and I still have not received my phone, it hasn't even been shipped! When I contacted Quick Mobile Fix they just kept adding two additional days to the delivery time. Not happy with the service.
Very Good service that was really Fast. They fixed my IPhone LCD after I dropped it, and it was back in a couple of day as good as new. Highly recommend this service and have told most of the office about it.

Ordered phone 29/12 7-10 day delivery. contacted at end of that period and told discount weekends and holidays given more time - no phone - told problem because of covid. Cancelled order asked for refund. Eventually told refund 8March now told 5th April. Told 8/3/21 it will now be 5/4/21 for refund.
Probably the worst company Iv ever ordered from. Purchased a phone from them at the start of summer I then spent the entire summer trying to get it delivered. Weeks after they said it was going to be delivered it hadn t arrived. It took countless emails for them to even get back to me. When it did finally arrive almost 2 months after promised it didn t work. I then sent it back before spending weeks repeating the same ordeal to get a replacement or a refund. They didn t reply to emails or offer any information even when asked for and ignored emails for weeks on end.
I brought the phone and was a bit scared after reading the reviews but the phone came after 10 days and is working perfectly fine with a few minor scratches, great deal and I would recommend the company
First time I ordered with the company, all was great. Phone came on time, good condition etc. Second time the phone was faulty and it has been three months since and I still don't have a working phone. Awful.
Took well over 3 weeks to have a refurbished phone delivered which has led to extra payments on contracts and missed birthday present for my daughter. Shame because the phone is great but would prefer the potential wait was clearly explained -10 working days to receive phone - so the phone couldn't have been in stock when my order was taken. Then a problem with the courier causing further delays - could always use another courier!
My phone was dispatched in 6 days and the appearance of the phone is high quality, the battery's maximum capacity is 85% of what it was to what it was when it was new. I have experienced 2 unexpected shutdowns however this seems to be an issue with apple phones rather than an issue with the phone in particular.
The charger plug was a genuine apple plug however the headphones were not and only one ear worked. The box provided was also for a 32GB phone when I ordered and received a 16GB phone however this is only a minor issue.
Overall this is been a good experience although I was unsure of what to expect when I ordered.
