Appalling service. Purchased iphone 5 and 6 from this company after researching and checking reviews. If it seems too good to be true it generally is. Sadly we thought it was a battery issue and as we are in Ireland and found out the free postage for repairs dont apply to us I chanced bringing it locally to get a new battery. Big mistake as they say I have voided my warranty, pretty conveniently as I had sent them an email two days beforehand. But what really is very unsatisfactory and
convenient is the fact that I posted the phone 19 days ago and 16 days
later after I send them an email of complaint and annoyance and...
several days after purportedly being with their repair service this is
what I am told that components are missing. I can't argue with either them or the third party and am caught in between. As stated before I thought it was a battery issue and rather than pay postage which I hadn't anticipated and then wait for it to be returned it seemed more convenient to have it attended to locally. It seems a very handy way to swerve your warranty and in the interest of good customer relations and nearly 600 euro spent with them already in the space of four months that they could have sorted this for me. I presume I'm banging my head off a brick wall here and asked them one last time to do the honourable thing...Its very handy that it took them over two weeks to tell me this when it says 24 to 48 hour services. Dreadful.
