I bought my phone on the 30th of September and still yet to receive the handset. I have been told numerous times by the customer support team that I will soon be sent a tracking number, but so far have had nothing. Going on my current experience I would avoid purchasing from this company at all costs, as their service is an absolute joke. if i do ever receive my phone I would be more than happy to amend my review - but until this issue is rectified, I need to warn others of the terrible service this company offers.
