I bought a iphone 6S Plus from QMF on 3rd Jan. I have had to return it twice due to the fact I couldn't hear the person I was calling. It is now 21 Feb and I'm still waiting for a phone that works. Despite numerous messages to the department they call customer service, they still haven't had the decency to inform me when I will be getting the replacement. I will wait until after this weekend then demand a refund. Totally unacceptable service and only one star from me - I would have given no stars but you can't post it unless you give at least one star.
