No phone delivered after 17 days. When I contacted them they cancelled the order. Told me I would refund a refund in 14 working days ... that was over three weeks ago. I have been forced to issue a charge back against this company. AVOID!!! They are clearly taking money with no intention of delivering the goods after reading recent reviews!

outrageous service. They sold me a faulty phone which was replaced by the same faulty phone. It has been going on since October 2016. This time I asked for a refund! I will never use this company ever again. They are not genuine in what they sell so you can`t trust them at all!
Poor service from this company no communication on delay to order for 2 iPhones. on 2 occasions have had to chase and have been promised phone would be with me in 2 days and still doesn t turn up. 16 days later no phones and no answer when calling. When eventually got through no apology just informed phones are being dispatched. Going to cancel order.
I have been buying a number of Apple devices from QMF over many years. They offer great products that are well serviced and make great sense to buy. They also have good customer service. Might be a bit long to respond sometimes but are professional. I wouldn t go anywhere else if I needed to buy some kit.

i ordered a phone which never arrived despite many promises of "imminent dispatch". Waited nearly 2 weeks and they still didn't provide me with any assurances of date of expected delivery.
It took 4 written messages instructing a cancellation, before they finally accepted the cancellation notice.
I'm now being told it's another 2 weeks until they will process my refund.
It also takes ages to get through to them on the phone.
I can only assume they take money for goods they don't even have, then use your money to source the item - hence delays / mixed reviews..
I wouldn't use them again ever!!!!! .

There is nothing 'quick' about this company. I ordered a refurbished i phone 7 and was advised delivery would be within 7 to 10 working days. Nearly a month later and still no phone I decided to cancel and get a full refund as I'd got fed up and purchased another phone from elsewhere. Instead of processing my refund, a week later they decide to send the phone that I had cancelled and keep the payment. Shocking service from QuickfixMobile, I would never use this company again!!

Please do not use this company. I ordered an iPhone 6s on the 25th April from QMF and it has been an absolute nightmare. I waited the 14 working days and heard nothing. I contacted them via email and all I got in return was pre scripted emails about quality control Obviously they don t stock the phones that are advertised on their website. After waiting 1 month I wrote to them to cancel the order and give me a refund. I then was told I had to wait 14 working days to get refund. Guess what, after 14 working days, no refund. I have reported them to trading standards (who were already aware of them) and yesterday I started proceedings with the small claims court. It worked as today I received my refund. Please avoid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Ordered a phone with them, was told 7-10 days for dispatch. This did not happen so requested a refund. I was told the refund would take 14 working days. This also did not happen and was told a refund would take another 10days. Never order from this company.
I placed an order on 1st of February. I already placed an order in June wich arrived in 2-3 working days, and the phone is still fully working so I did not check any new reviews. Bad choice. Emailed them that I have to leave the country on 9th, and asked if it will be dispatched before that date as the phone will be a present for my brother's birthday, reason why I am going home. Answer was quick but not really helpful, as it was not concrete at all. After few mails sent, I've been told to check online tracking for future info. Now is 13th, order still not dispatched. I left the country, without any present. I asked a friend to pick up my order when arrives and send it to me wich will take another week or more, and good money of course. But after reading all the reviews I am afraid that IF my order will ever arrive I'llbe not there to check if is fully working and running out of time to return it if needed. So dissapointed
Purchased a phone from QuickMobileFix back in May and since then till beginning of August had a problem charging it, no charging (Lightning Bar) icon.
Since then we have sent it back, three times, they keep looking at it, and kept saying that it was charging, and told us to go and buy a genuine apple charger, we told them that we already had two and have had no problem charging our other two apple phones, we took it up to our local apple shop, who very kindly looked at it for us, and tried to charge it themselves, they informed us that the charging port was damaged, and the power was just trickling through.
We then informed QuickMobileFix again sending then the report that our apple shop kindly printed out, but again was informed, and I quote the device was charging fine and displayed the lightning cable and that the battery was increasing at a normal rate end of quote, I asked to speak to the manager as we were not getting anywhere, ( with the support team ) on two occasions but we never did receive that call, there appears to be little or no communications between the help desk, management and the client.
We have sent many emails and have spoken to 6 different so say help support staff. ( could name them all )
It is now August, ( 3 months on ) this has called so much stress and time as all we wanted is a phone that we could charge up within the normal 2.00 to 2.5 hrs, ( we believe this is not to much to ask ) not having to put this Phone on over night (due to the very low charging trickle power) to fully charge it up.
We will not be waiting for a response from QuickMobileFix, we are in our very late sixty, but do want to warn other people of a stressfully 3 months that we have encountered, and suggest you go elsewhere not QuickMobileFix.

They NEVER answer the phone. They were advertising on their website a screen replacement for my phone. I went to their office with my phone and they told me they could repair it but had to order the screen and took payment from me. I then spent the next week trying to contact them to find out if they had got the part in. 30 calls. No answer. So I emailed them. I then got an email from them telling me they don't do that repair. Still awaiting refund. Appalling service.
I bought a refurb i-Phone 4S and even though I chose a Grade A it was in even better condition than I expected and came with a good protective case. Delivery was quick and efficient as well. Would definitely use Quick Mobile Fix again.
I m sorry but will not use again. Phone took ages to arrive what dispatched on the lead time of the seventh working day however if you order a fine from EE they normally dispatched next working day only stock is low.
I wasn t updated on the order until it was dispatched on the seventh day so was wondering what was going on and was given a generic email that they sent out to people explaining that it takes 5 to 7 working days so they didn t answer my questions correctly.
I Had to take time off work to except the phone in because they refused to change the address to my work address as this goes against company policy & didn t inform the delivery company APC of this either. APC told me that quick mobile fix could change the address on my order which was not the case of lack of communication between both parties. When if you contact any other delivery company I.e. DHL/Royal Mail they will change this no problem.
Don t feel like they completely understand what customer services because majority of the time they were sending me generic emails and were not very helpful when ever you called through you could not get through to them they seriously need to look at their customer service skills and get them improved quite frankly I feel disgraced if I was working there today in those conditions and speaking to customers in such a manner.
Personally I would not use them again if you want to buy a phone I would definitely look else where!
Have had my new phone for a few weeks and it's been working really well. It looked brand new when it arrived, just as it was advertised.
Like some of the previous reviews. I recently experienced a very disappointing experience when ordering a refurbished phone for my autistic son. Quite surprised to see on my order confirmation that I'd have to wait 7 business days for dispatch as most competitors do next day delivery. Emailed for an update and was told it was awaiting dispatch. A few days pass and I checked again and was told that they were awaiting stock. I did not feel reassured by their response and asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund to be issued.
In the meantime, ordered a refurbished phone from another company which arrived within 48 hours.
Quick Mobile Fix did not reply to my cancellation request so I instructed my credit card to process a charge back. Over 3 weeks later, Quick Mobile Fix notified me a phone would be couriered despite cancelling the order. I refused delivery and only just been reimbursed by my credit card.
Ignore the company name quick as this does not represent a true description of their service. There are far more reliable companies out there.

I had 2 emails about leaving a review one on Google and another one which offered a free gift if I left a review. I have never received either of these and get completely blanked by them when I try to ask where they are.
Luckily so far the phone is ok as I would hate to think how hard it will be to get them to sort out a problem so be careful if you buy from these then do not believe their offers the bombard you with by email.
Quick mobile fix are appalling. I bought a A+ grade iPhone 8 plus from them in July 2019. They didnt dispatch item and had to wait until 1 whole month before they realised thier error. They couldnt find the order on thier system. Luckily due to have tracking numbers they eventually did, it took them a further 2 weeks to confirm order is being ready for dispatch. At this point having waited 6 weeks to just confirm dispatch I decided to get a refund. As the order had not left the warehouse I instructed them to refund the money as i lost all confidence in them. It took them a further 3 MONTHS to issue the refund and I just received it yesterday after months of emails and threatening action via the watchdog and ombudsman!
They dont respond to emails if they recognise your email address. The only way I got responses was to email them as a new customer with a sales enquiry and they respond within the day! Then I would ask them about my redund and they would have to respond. The communication is extremely very poor to the point of non existence and they dont have a landline. They are an awful company and would never ever recommend them to anyone.

I would not even rate this company 1 star. Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered a phone on the 26th of October. I was told my phone would come within 7-10 working days. I waited patiently. On the 10th day, I rang Quickfix, but their answer machine had an automatic response telling you the lines are being worked on and to send an email instead. Anyway, i sent them an email and they advised to wait a further 5 working days. 5 working days later, still no phone. I sent them another email and they advised to wait another 5 working days. Another 5 working days later and still no phone. I sent them another email and they adviced a further 3 working days. 3 working days later, still no phone!! I was getting worried at this point and started researching their company (something that would of saved me a lot of time and money if I had done it at the start!) Upon researching their company, I was absolutely horrified to find out I was not the only victim that had been blindly robbed!! I sent an email straight away asking to cancel my order, to which somebody named Amy, actually rang me from Quickfix and advised that a refund would take 14 working days, however if I stuck with my order, she can promise me my phone would arrive within another 5 working days. I trusted her promise, which i now regret, and 5 working days later, still no phone!! I rang back the number Amy from Quickfix rang me from, and there was still the same automated message saying the lines are being worked from and to send an email. I emailed Quickfix and requested a refund. Quickfix emailed me back saying the refund will take 14 working days. 14 working days later, no refund! I emailed quickfix and their reply was "we are doing everything we can to process your refund" another 5 working days later, still no refund. I rang Trading Standards who advised to speak to my bank to see if I can recover my money whilst they look into the company.
Luckily, I am in the process of recovering my money back via my bank as I claimed their company as FRAUD. WHICH IS THE ONLY WORD THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY CAN BE DESCRIBED AS.
If anyone is going through the refund process, my advise would be to speak to your bank. This disgraceful company will take money very fast, but will not refund you.

When you read one person's review indicating a negative experience you often think it's their fault. In an instance such as this where there are so many terrible reviews it's a clear indication that this business is trouble and you should AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
You can do a chargeback with either your debit or credit card provider for 6 months following the transaction date.
You can do it for a number of reasons:
1. Pure fraud - the merchant namely QMF cannot challenge this. You are guaranteed to get your money back and keep it.
2. Goods or services not received - if you have paid for an item or service and you have not received it or the quality is not up to standard (in your opinion) you can ask the bank to return your money whilst they investigate the merchant namely QMF. If they can provide evidence to substantiate claims they provided the service or goods then the bank will take the money back off you (rarely happens). If they can't you can keep it.
3. Refund not received - if the merchant namely QMF have stated verbally or ideally in writing that an refund will be issued you have to allow them 15 days. QMF say that that time period does not include weekend or bank holidays, this is just another delay tactic, the bank allow them 15 days from the point of them informing you a refund will be issued. If you haven't received it by the end of 15 days contact the bank and they will return the funds to you and investigate further.
If you get the money returned under reason 2 or 3 and then somehow QMF provide some sort of evidence to get the money returned to them don't worry. You can still ask the bank to rechallenge it. They cannot defend against a second chargeback. Put pressure on your bank or credit card provider they are there to protect you against firms like this and have a legal obligation to do so. Not all staff members are aware of the various reasons a chargeback / dispute can be raised.
Do not write off your money as a mistake on your part and accept it. Put the time in and challenge it, raise it with the bank and get your funds back.
I have also taken time to inform both Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and also Action Fraud. Both are aware of this company. If they get enough complaints they will investigate, so take the time to do it to protect others in the future. Make a fuss but make it structured and factual.
Finally a case action is not out of the question. It can be easily formulated and I've spoken to solicitors who will take the instruction on a no win no fee basis. Let me know if there is any interest.
The wording of the positive reviews sounds like a sales pitch. Features and benefits listed to close those into parting with their money. Absolutely TRUE that they are NOT REAL REVIEWS from REAL CUSTOMERS.
I cannot stand firms like this. They promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing at all. A shame as if run in the right way it could be an excellent operation.
The reason this firm is still able to make people's lives a misery is due to duped and disappointed clients and ex- clients not making enough fuss and putting the effort into getting those funds back. The chargeback route takes 20 minutes and works so use it. Get your money back and notify anyone and everyone. It takes time but is definitely worth it.

There is nothing really about the phone it s self that I was unhappy with. It was the delivery! I understand it needed signing for so I put a note on the door to let a next door sign because they was in. Anyway it got delivered to a shop. Very poor service. Ordered 2 phones over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of either of them! Impossible to reach them over the phone and replies to emails seem to be generic apologies/excuses despite asking for a refund. I would think twice before ordering as they are obviously advertising phones that they do not have in stock.
I am very happy with Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered a refurbished Iphone+Apple Headphone. The delivery arrived 2 days late, so basically 9 working day after I placed my order. When I saw all the bad review I was so scared conserning this company. But the company answered quickly to my emails, the phone was in good condition and with a protective film on the screen, which I didn't expect. Overall 2 days late is nothing and I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Quick Fix Mobile for buying refurnished phones.

After sending my iPhone 6 to be recycled they have claimed they have not received my phone and the relevant paperwork.
I have confirmation via the tracking system with Royal Mail that they have received the phone. I packaged the phone securely myself with the relevant documents.
I keep getting generic excuses via email. I will either be looking to claim the money back via Royal Mail or small claims court.
Avoid this company at all costs.
My daughter knocked my phone off the kitchen counter and it landed face down on the floor breaking the screen.

NEVER SHOP WITH QUICK MOBILE FIX
I purchased a phone on the 26th June for delivery within seven working days. After 6 days i received an email to say they had stock issues and that my phone would take another 2 -3 weeks. I phoned the company up on 4th July and cancelled the order (the customer service adviser was rude during call). I received an email on the 5th July confirming cancellation and stating my refund would be processed within 14 working day. Im now 31 days later still no refund and no answer after several calls lasting 40+ mins. The company are thieves. DO NOT buy from them!!!!!

Absolutely appauling customer service and to be quite honest a SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! I ordered an iPhone XS Max and after 6 weeks and after 6 weeks later I have not received my device. After numerous attempts of of asking the status of my order all I was given was generic email and not a real reason as to why my order has not arrived I would stay far away from these thieves as I am currently waiting for a refund which has been well over 3 weeks and have been told to wait an additional 6 weeks!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable as they are so quick to take your money and leave you with nothing. Worst customer experience I have ever witnessed!!!
My mum bought be a pristine condition iPhone 7 on the 30th which arrived today (1st) with the standard courier delivery. The phone seems perfect and I am thrilled for the time being.
Joke of a company .... stay away. My daughter ordered me a phone and after 2 week and 2 emails from them advising of more delays we advised to cancel the order and was going somewhere else. We still don t have our money back and are having issues getting it and they have had our money since 25th April.
I bought a reconditioned S7 Edge on 4th May. It arrived fairly quickly but within a day it had crashed with a "Bootloader exception" message and nothing would work. I sent it back for repair. They told me they had changed the battery. I got it back for the second time on 17th May. within 3 hours of getting it back the same error message came up and the phone wouldn't work. I sent it back again and asked for a refund. They told me it would take 10-14 days to arrange a refund, which was too long to be without a phone so I asked for a replacement - they told me I could have replacement within 3-5 days. It is now 7th June and I do not have replacement phone.
Their customer service is terrible - they will only respond to emails and never promptly - they will not call me to discuss the issue. I have spent ages on hold to their phone line dues to there being "nobody available to take my call", and since yesterday they have simply been disconnecting my calls before answering - 3 times now I have waited to speak to someone and the line has been disconnected.
I have never had such a bad experience with anything that I have purchased

How can you ignore this? Clearly you are a very dishonest company that make it incredibly difficult to get through to as you take at least 24 hours to reply to any message and then deny that you have received the item
It is so stressful and I have had to continue dealing with you since the 4th August.
It is interesting though that you manage to find the time to reply to unfavourable reviews and try to show that you are in the right and not the honest customer!
I bought an iphone 7 32gb in hoping to gift it to my son, i found a reasonable one in QMF stating that its in prestine condition. I went ahead and bought it and this was on the 1st of feb 2018. 11 days later and its still processing, am not being told of anything which shows the worst customer service. Very disappointing, last time i had a chat with one of the people that work there told me it will take 5-7 days but they tend to deliver earlier than that and once dispatched UK deliverys are next day. Am really disappointed and still waiting for this to get sorted. ID 148521
