Ordered a phone, still no word or tracking informa...

Ordered a phone, still no word or tracking information offered two weeks later; finally I bit the bullet and sent them an aggressively worded email a MONTH later and they shipped it within 2 days. Epitome of a fraudulent business - they could've shipped it within 2 days of me ordering a month ago! Best part is all the other reviews here are people who've had similar experiences...Avoid them like the plague.
