Despite getting a reply on hee I am still waiting for my refund 18 days later. Spoke to Vicky in customer services at 9am this morning who said she would provide me with an update. My refund was due in my account on Thursday 22nd March at the latest. I imagine I will be waiting a month like everyone else but have contacted the bank to retrieve my money from this cow boy outfit

fantastic service. I have used Quick Mobile fix company several times this year as I work for a school where all students use iPads in the classrooms. We need a quick turnaround of service when iPads need repairs, Quick Mobile Fix have been prompt in returning the repaired iPads within three to four days. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a phone from them, delivery was delayed so I chose to cancel the order as it was taking too long, choosing to order a phone from a more reliable source.

Took me FIVE attempts to even cancel the order - they just kept ignoring what I was saying, telling me it would soon be dispatched.

And despite several reminders I STILL haven't been refunded despite it being over a month since the order was (finally) cancelled!!!!

DO NOT use this service. God knows what the quality of the product would be like based from the pure awfulness of the customer service.

RE to the response. Details were pass to the finance manager 5 days ago and I STILL have heard nothing further.

I don't understand why it has taken this long to begin with, the cancellation request was put through by Quick Fix Mobile on the 18th July. I was told the refund would be processed with 10-14 working days. I still haven't received it.

And btw your customer service number rings and rings and rings and no one ever answers.

Unbelievably fast repair service! I'd thoroughly recommend them. Posted on a Thursday and they sent it out on the Monday. This was close to Christmas too so I wasn't expecting it so quickly. However, I drop a star because they use APC. I waited in a whole day and lost a day's pay as I got a message saying APC were delivering on the Tuesday. Eventually on the tracking it said "delivery not attempted" - didn't find this until 8pm. So after saying "make sure someone is in to sign for the package" they didn't even attempt to deliver. APC are utterly useless. I deal with a lot of courier services and APC are one of the worst and most unreliable. I didn't get my phone until the Thursday thanks to their awful service.
I can't fault QuickMobileFix other than in their choice of courier. Choose a more reliable courier service and you'd be five stars all the way. But APC REALLY inconvenienced me. A whole day's pay lost thanks to them. I was furious.

This is just a short review of quick mobile fix. As there are so many negative reviews. As others have said I should have read the reviews first before my purchase. Well a month ago I ordered a reconditioned Pristine I-Phone from this company. They say it may take up to a week to come. After many emails to them, and the same reply back. The delay was due to quality control issues. You cannot speak to a person, as the phone is always engaged. Anyway, the phone arrived 3 weeks later. It was a present for my daughter as her previous phone was stolen.
Well the phone did not work properly, couldn t even get the passcode to open the phone to work once we set it up. This was obvious from the beginning. I contacted them again on a number of occasions and they replied a few times back, just reset the phone and it would sort it out usually. I was just asking how to I send it back for a refund, as per the guarantee of a refund (14 days). Anyway after a few more emails they sent an email to say to send it back the way it came, using the printed label. The label jpeg is attached to this review. This I did, putting the original order email, a covering letter inside. Order ID and my details were on the package. Well guess what, a week goes by and they say they have not received the package. I think it is just a tactic they use to delay giving you anything back. I would be very surprised if I ever get any refund. They truly are the worst customer service I have ever come across, not just in the UK. I have lived in other countries and I have never come across such a sham company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I cannot understand how this company are still going. I'm in a similar position to many other reviewers. I've requested a refund numerous times. It is discraceful that it has been 8 weeks and I still haven't recieved anything. I've since received an email (at the point I should have received a refund) confirming I need to speak to my card provider and it can take a further 8 weeks to arrange. Do not use.

I also used an eBay company who sent me a brand new phone iPhone 7 for a cheaper price and the service was great the username is goodmedal17. I'd highly recommend them over this joke of a company.

I bought the phone for my son who has used the phone over the last two weeks .... since delivery (which took 7days) he has had no issues so far. I'm very happy with my purchase as well as the price I paid. I would definitely recommend this supplier.

Don't even deserve a one star. Please do not deal with this company. I purchased an IPhone 7 from them and waited over a month to get the phone. Within a matter of days there was problems with phone so it was returned and a new phone purchased elsewhere. I am now in a battle to get my money refunded. Customer Service is appalling. I will give them another week to resolve then a dispute will be raised with PayPal, trading standards and service ombudsman will be getting contacted. Avoid dealing with this company.

True, it takes a little while for the phone to be delivered but I was made fully aware of that at the point of ordering. All in all, very happy with the service. Plan to use again in the future.

Update: Their response to my review means nothing. They say my order is processing . Well it s been processing for 3 weeks and if I don t receive my money today I will be taking legal action. They also say they can be contacted my phone or email yet they won t answer either.

Have been waiting 3 weeks for the money offered to me for me iPhone 6s. Their offer email said 3-5 days. When I contacted them they then say it s 10 days. Either way it s way past both deadlines and still no money. They no longer reply to my emails and don t answer phone. Avoid

I bought a phone in May that worked for a few days then the touch screen began to start playing up. After a few weeks, the phone was unusable. The company refused to provide me with a replacement phone whilst they repaired the defective one they've sold me. It's been a week now, they received my old phone on Thursday and are now refusing to answer emails. I am appalled at this poor and dishonest service and will be reporting the company to trading standards.

It has been returned twice, once within three months and the second time four months later. To date the issues are still there. Never buy from them and always get a new phone. Better service and better quality. You pay for what you get.

Ordered a new phone which had not been dispatched after 2 weeks. Tried to cancel order & get a refund. After a week of back & forth I get am emailing detailing that dispatch had been delayed.

Finally after nearly 2 weeks of asking to cancel the order get a confirmation this has occurred. I am informed it takes 10 - 14 working days to get a refund. On day 15 I rang- after the 12th attempt I get through to be informed they couldn t process my refund as they had changed banks & I was lost in the system so could I forward my account details. After doing so I was told to expect refund soon. Tried to call to find out when soon was, after 2 days of trying they cut off the call & didn t answer. A week after being told this I tried to contact gain to request my refund. Only when calling from a different number did I get a response saying to expect a refund today. I have had no refund issued.

Every time I tried calling, waiting time would be about an hour and they gave me false information. This company is a fraud avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience, paid for an iPhone 8 which took a few weeks to arrive (fair enough as it was due to the pandemic), however when it arrived it didn't charge unless it was turned off. I sent it back to get fixed and waited 2 and a half months with barely any communication despite my numerous emails, only to be told they won't fix it unless I pay them more and they wouldn't refund my money. They were quick enough to send my phone back to me when I told them to just to get the whole experience over with & now that it has come back, the phone is in an even worse state and utterly unusable. Would be 0 stars if possible.

However, after 6 weeks I have still not receive this refund which has been promised to me several times, I would not trust this company, they lie and do not deliver. Other than that the phone I have received is excellent. Have only rated 4 stars due to the delivery time scale. Would have been nice if you had informed me of a delay but I had to contact you to find out what was happening.

Reasonable prices, a foolproof system for repairs and all transactions smoothly and rapidly completed and delivered.

In the past two and a half years, I have had one iPad repaired and bought two refurbished iPhones and had no problems whatsoever, to the contrary Quick Mobile Fix have been exemplary in every way.

Except, that every time I have tried to log in to my account on their site, since 2017, it rejects my attempts every time. This despite my Password Manager being up to date. even manually entering still produces this error.

I have never had a response from QMF despite using their online Support portal and also e-mailing them, hence I have only 4 awarded stars.

Purchased a refurbished iPhone 5s 32gb grade A. Fantastic price. I have noticed prices on refurbished products do fluctuate frequently, probably due to avaliability, so if possible wait out for best price. Perfect condition, no scratches, looks, feels and works as though it is brand new. Came with charging cable and screen protector only. Took 4 working days to deliver but great customer service when I enquired whether it had been dispatched on day 3 (1-2 working days dispatch rate stated.) Highly recommend, have great confidence that if any goes wrong with this phone it will be promtly fixed with their 1 year warranty. Will use again for other repairs.

They claim 24-48 hrs to turn round a repair but it s been 9 days now and no sight or promise of a date to get my phone back. Also I am asking for a refund for my iPad which I sent them but they say they never received. They are stalling on that too. Totally unreliable, inefficient and ineffective.

I wish I could leave zero stars! Orders are meant to be dispatched "up to 7 working days" but they "aim to dispatch quicker", however after 2 weeks they still hadn't sent anything. I emailed them on several occasions and finally received a response to be told the phones would be dispatched between 1-4 days. After messaging them yet again 7 working days later they're unable to offer a delivery date. I've subsequently cancelled the order and have been informed refunds will be processed within 14 working days! SHOCKING! I can't believe they're top of Google search engine! They need to be removed and reported to the relevant body!

I placed an order with them shortly before lockdown. My device did not arrive before my offices were closed. I therefore had no way to receive the device. I contacted them, which is a pain in itself, and was told I couldn't change the delivery address but I could cancel my order, which is fair enough. I therefore cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was advised that a refund would be in my account within 14 working days.

I check after 15 working days and had nothing back. I then got in contact again to be told that I would have to wait longer, in fact I would have to wait 2 MONTHS for my refund and there was nothing I could do because of COVID and reduced staff. Despite reduced numbers of staff, they still responded to my emails within a couple of hours. Hence my one star.

I have now reached the 2 month mark and still no refund. Contacted them again to be told it would take 5 working days for a refund. We are now at working day 6 and guess what... . no refund.

I am now in the process of seeking legal advice to take this company to small claims court for my refund as it would seem nothing I do personally will get my money back.

I recieved an iphone 6s last April which i was happy about but about a month ago the battery expanded which us a problem with using cheap replacement batteries. After sending it back for repair I recieved a message saying it had been despached to their courier on the 13th Dec and a tracking number. This courier company is a joke as their tracking system never changes from having recieved the item to what is happening, where the phone is etc. I have contacted quick fix to highlight the fact i still have not received my phone. They have come back to me saying that i have to contact "my courier company" for a start it is not my company as the company i used to get it back to you for repair had it there within 3 days. Being their ourier company that they have used to deliever the phone it should be up to them to find out why it is still not delivered 14 days later.

Unfortunately within a week it was "freezing" and i parked it in the "messy draw". that was 9 months ago and last week I took it into the Iphone store in regents street to see if a software upgrade would fix it. they took the serial number off the back, then opened it and checked other numbers on the inside of the phone and confirmed that the phone was A FAKE - it does not exist on their records and secondly trim around the camera gave it away to them. I have messaged Quick Mobile Fix last week and await their response

Worst company to 'repair' a phone. Received four separate occasions still faulty, and getting worse each time. Sent with broken screen, total faults after their 'repairs' as follows: broken speaker, microphone, camera shutter button, visually damaged speakers, screen leaking light, screen not flush, middle of screen faulty, auto rotate faulty, brightness faulty.
They will not refund unless you, believe it or not, return the phone to assess damage. I luckily did not have to do this. You can never speak to a manager as they use the same number and email as the customer service team. Their excuse is they give a year warranty for issues such as above.
After taking to a new shop it was discovered the phone was full of superglue, sellotape, iPhone 6 parts for a Sony phone. Casings and coverings missing. The superglue had melted parts of my internals together and instead of replacing the whole screen panel as they should, they cut the glass out and replaced this only meaning flex's were damaged and causing more issues and the seal around screen was peeling away. It has cost me 3x as much to repair these faults.
As my new technician said aptly, they are complete cowboys.
It has been reported to Watchdog and Trading Standards.

Ive been trying to call this shop always engaged, automated email answering service, finally got through to a guy after 15 minutes who pretended he could not hear anyone on the line and hung up, They obviously leave you on hold then do this to everybody. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wish I had read these reviews first this was my sons money for his confirmation so annoyed, my ID 154385 it would be a miracle to expect anything to come from this.

I note your reply, but did you read anything I said, the email is automated reply, no one answers the phone so do you have another email address? can you email me? you have my mobile number can you call me? prove to me that you have a good costumer service, I have already spent a small fortune ringing ( I live in Ireland) and been on hold for ages each time and no one answers.

I have been ringing weekly for an update on my phone but have been consistently lied to and fobbed off, not least by a manager who was also very patronizing. Latest phone call I made after being promised that the phone would be dispatched yesterday (the third time i have been made such promise) the sales assistant hung up on me. Shockingly bad experience. Really don't bother with these people

Gone for a very average 3 stars here im afraid and thats pushing it. Postage of the phone was brilliant all you have to do is read your emails and it states you need to print off the postage label - what dont people get about that? Costs all included - fab. When i received my phone back i was happy as larry and i couldnt wait to get started again! However shen i turned it on i noticed that the screen was not 100%. I saw that light was emitting from between the glass screen and the actual phone outerwear so they werent together fully and the touch sense is also a bit slow still. I also thought that they would check basic function of the camera on both sides but didnt and neither of them work so now my phone has to be sent back. I would have prefered it if they had checked basic function before sending it back to me and notified me with an email to say they have found further problems and if i was happy to pay and have them fixed, i would say that comes under basic customer care and taking the extra steps to have a happy customer. I will return to them as i think they are fairly priced especially for my phone as not many places will fix it. Its definitely an inconvenience but i shouldnt have to send my phone back a second time.

I ordered an iPhone 7 on the 3rd of August, and received an email to say they aim to deliver in 7 working days, but try to get the products out sooner. It also says that if you don t receive your phone within 14 working days then you should call.
I called yesterday, on the 11th working day, and was on hold for a good 20 minutes. I was 14th in the queue. When I finally got there the phone rang and rang and rang, then I believe I was hung up on.
I ve also emailed and I did get a response. The person apologised and said they were conducting final quality checks and that it would take another 4 working days. That takes us to next week as it s bank holiday weekend.
I ve told them I want the phone this week or my money back. I could have ordered this on amazon prime.
I ve also noticed the person responding to these reviews is totally ignoring negative feedback.

So, the issues continue. My phone was received and an offer made on May 14th which i was told the money would be with me in 72 hours. Its now the 24th May and i have been told, the money will not be with me till the 31st May. OVER TWO WEEKS to pay me. Disgusting and i am furious that they have acted this way. I will be reporting it to whomever i can, a trade body, them, even the police if they don't return my phone at once so i can sell it to a reputable company who don't treat clients like idiots. I cannot EVER get through to anyone on the phone, emails go days without a response and they have changed the payment date on me 4 times....4 TIMES. Just yesterday they said id have payment today and now its been pushed back ANOTHER WEEK. Disgusting - In my opinion you should NOT USE THIS FIRM

17th Dec Email received to state that this is possible and a note had been added to account for dispatcher
24th Dec Phone delivery attempted at incorrect address
24th Dec Phone calls to QMF to sort this out Told someone will call me back
27th Dec Contact courier however they were unable to do anything as needed confirmation from QMF Office was closed till 2 Jan
2 Jan Courier contacted me to state that they were trying to sort out the issues
3rd Jan Phone delivered
6th Jan Contact QMF as phone didnot work with any sim
7th Jan QMF asked me to check phone has been set up correctly
7th Jan I replied explaining that it had been done and i had checked it with an existing sim card
8th Jan Waited 90mins on hold with customer service - to be asked to do a hard reset and call them back if this did not work
8th Jan I emailed QMF to explain that this had been tried and not worked and I was requesting a refund
10th Jan QMF replied to state that someone was looking into the case
14th Jan I wrote as noone had contacted me
15th Jan QMF requested the IMEI number
15th Jan I sent the IMEI number
15th Jan QMF offered to repair my phone as a priority
15th Jan I requested a full refund
16th Jan QMF emailed me stating a 2nd email would be sent and that I should return the device it would be checked and confirmed
16th Jan I emailed to state still waiting for 2nd email
16th Jan Email received
21 Jan Phone returned
28th Jan Phone confirmed as delivered
30th Jan Emailed QMF for update on phone and refund
?? Was told to wait 28 days for a refund
6 Mar Emailed as no refund had been received
6 Mar QMF state passed to finance team for investigation
12 Mar QMF emailed to say that refund would be be in account on 19.04
12 Mar emailed QMF to explain that this is unacceptable
13 Mar Phone call and email received to request bank details for a refund
13 Mar Details sent
18 Mar Emailed received to state that payment would
be in my account between 20.3 and 22.3
22 Mar Email received to state that as I paid my credit card and they have changed provider I need to request a chargeback from them or bank refund will take 6 to 8 weeks

At no point has anyone apologised or tried to help without a prompt
