I ordered an iphone 6 in october for a birthday present for my grandson.
The phone worked fine for a couple of weeks but have had problems with it holding charge.
My emails have been totally ignored nobody is replying to me

I need the phone replacing or reparing. But goodness knoews if anyone will ever reply. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
