Absolutely disgusting company. Ordered the phone in Dec 20 for my mother in a care home, phone never arrived so finally requested a refund. With C19 excuses and the 14 day refund date long past I was given a refund date for a month later. This has also now past. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ID321697
