The worst! I ordered a cutlery set from @home on m...

The worst! I ordered a cutlery set from @home on my account ! And it never showed up! Ive struggled more than 4 months now to get it canceled and to get my refund, phoned 6 times, canceled it 6 times and claimed the refund! Still it is on my order list and account and they just keep adding the Interest Rate and Service Fee. !!!

Tfg online shopping is by far the worst ever.. Incompetent call center agents that have totally different answers for 1 question, their online doesn't give you different options of method of payment in future payments once you used a specific one. You can't reroute parcels and they take forever to refund you. You get told more of what you CAN'T do then what they can actually assist or do for you. I've had a very very very bad experience. Ewww!!! Don't deserve a single star.

Omnye usisi that I was working with at Discom Sanlam Centre in Site B while I was still a student at high School, ndimbone ephangela e Superspar Philippi Plaza when it was openning, few months back I saw her she is working at Goal Super Market Philippi East Industria. I think she was also at Superspar Gugulethu Square when it was opening.

My last time to be at Discom was in 2009 with the openning of Jet-Mart Gugulethu Square, then few months later because of community pressure was on they sent me to Discom Nyanga Junction.

Discom was a luxury store in customer experience, you live once. its very expensive and worth it. with the current situation Discom is no more. As Jet Mart is selling variety it has helped.

For me I have opened Jet Mart Gugulethu Square in 2009, Cape Town Stadium during 2010 soccer world cup, TFG Call centre at Parow Centre in 2012 including changing its name from Sanlum Centre including new high school at TSSS in 04 MAY 2002.

Literally the worst online shopping experience, do yourself a favour don't bother to shop online, its so inconvenient! I ordered a few items and they all arrived individually on different days, you are not able to track the packages, so be prepared to stay home for 2 weeks to receive them... ON DIFFERENT DAYS! Also its a different courier everytime... during covid 19 this is not what you want

Terrible service - I placed an online order which was a birthday gift for me bought two bags and shoes only to find out that they only delivered on bag, waited for the bag it never arrived phone call center they still cannot trace my bag , they don't even bother to follow up

Terrible service. I bought something online with @...

Terrible service. I bought something online with @home. I paid on their website through insta eft as i have done many times on other sites with zero problems. Not only did your site create 2 different orders and then send me cancellation emails, for some reason but when i treid to sort this out with your call centre I either got broken lines so i couldn't hear or very rude emplyees. I will never order or buy from TFG or its affiliates again. I don't believe the customer is always right but i do believe when the mistake is on your side and a customer is upset have your staff be helpful. I was in retail for 5 years and no matter how upset a customer was i remained calm and impatial so not to make matters worse. Make sure your staff don't rattle off email addessses and get mad at customers for asking to them to slow down as the email has a long unusual name rather something like info or admin. That's on you, not the customer. Will be spreading the word. I've had better servive at Home Affairs and government/ public services. A private super wealthy company should do better if you eccept people to keep coming back and paying your prices.

Shocking service - I placed an online order which was a birthday gift for someone and the system showed stock available, only to be told 4 days later that there are no stock and my order could not be fulfilled. Delivery would've been 3-5 days since I placed my order so I was under the impression that the gift was out for delivery already and I've already told the person receiving it. Needless to say I will never shop online at TFG again.

Been a customer for the past 10 - 12 years. Support for online service is HORRIFIC!!!. Trying to register online but unable to do so as the system detects an older number of mine. Spoke to 3 different consultants, wasted airtime. Tons of emails, back and forth, via email support, and yet they still unable to resolve the issue. PATHETIC!! Would make it a zero star review, but there is no option available for that.

My 5 stars derives from being helped and assisted by two individuals who sensed they had an irrate-to -be customer on their hands and actioned immediately. Sonia and tash.... well done on the quick response and handling the outcome of the situation with such profesionalism . it is noted that you feel for the customers and will always do your best to keep said customers happy. That to me is the biggest deal ever. With people like yourselfs working for the foschini group , things can only get better with customer liaisons. Thanks again to Sonia and Tash from the publishing department for Tech magazine in Cape Town

Your customer service sucks big time at your financial department no customer service at all the lady I spoke to over the phone had a huge attitude and for that I won't pay my account on time youse can wait until next year this time

I ordered an item online using my account 2 months...

I ordered an item online using my account 2 months ago. The item was supposed to be delivered to the store in order for me to collect. I've never received the item even though I've paid and even after continuously speaking to the online customer care service nothing has come of it. I've been refused assistance and I feel hopeless.

One of the best companies to work for that actuall...

One of the best companies to work for that actually looks after their employees. Giving them more in use value then monetary value.

Situated at Parow Mall 3rd floor and occupying another 2 floors above that with the Stanley Lewis Centre just opposite it.

TFG has 20 brands with about 2500 stores. If you apply at one store and you get approved you can immediately also buy at the other stores with the same card.

Applying for an account is so easy. You can do it online,at a branch and even over the phone.

They even you notify you via SMS if your application is successful and ready for collections.
